Based on the PatSnap database, the patent data of the wind power industry (1900-2019) was obtained, the technical knowledge life cycle was divided according to the change of patent number and logistic s curve, and the knowledge graph of the patent network was constructed according to the citation relationship for analysis. Due to the significantly fewer samples of certain classes in imbalanced datasets, the performance of classifiers may be negatively affected. To solve this problem, we introduce the Local Outlier Factor (LOF) algorithm to remove boundary noise on the basis of the SMOTE algorithm, and use a Gaussian kernel function to consider the similarity of generated samples. We conduct experiments on real intrusion detection data, UNSW-NB15. The results show that LOF-Enhanced SMOTE outperforms SMOTE and Borderline-SMOTE algorithms overall, and significantly outperforms them in detecting certain minority classes. This information, especially the expiration date, needs to be printed correctly before the product is brought to market. Failure to print the correct expiration date can lead to public health problems and recalled products causing financial losses to the company. In this work, we propose an automatic detection and identification of validity areas that can be achieved efficiently and accurately. First, the DBNet network-based approach is applied to detect the expiration date region on food packages. Then the detected expiration date area is intercepted and input to the character recognition network CRNN for character recognition. Finally, the proposed model is deployed on Jetson Xavier NX to implement edge computing of the algorithm, while inference acceleration of the model is performed using TensorRT and FP16 or INT8 quantization. Firstly, the fisheye camera is corrected for distortion and perspective transformation, and a weighted fusion algorithm is used to generate partial panoramic images of a single vehicle body. Then, the articulation angle algorithm based on feature point matching is used to obtain the articulation angle information, and the panoramic view image of the entire vehicle is generated by combining the articulation angle information. Finally, a simulation scene is built in Prescan to verify the stitching effect. However, the previous research focuses on the tracking of the wearable device and the radio frequency signal to the body part. This article will launch a lightweight, portable yoga private education system that can be mainly in line with coaches. A smartphone can realize real-time tracking of user body motion, combining the evaluation model feedback and valuable guidance. We predict the composition of the limb occlusion by the algorithm and use the segmentation to normalize the accurate calibration of the bone node. Improve the accuracy and robustness of the system while helping users achieve freedom and practical yoga training. A search criterion based on the maximum standard deviation is proposed to obtain the optimal pout of FRFT, and then the echo signal is processed by optimal FRFT and inverse Fourier transform. The signal is decomposed into different sub-bands through TQWT for optimizing the wavelet coefficients, and an Ikurt feature selection method is used to extract the wavelet coefficients for reconstruction, so as to achieve the separation of the target from sea clutter. Finally, simulation experiments with measured data from IPIX are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The open source RISC-V architecture defines a complete set of interrupt mechanisms with hardware definitions that do not support interrupt nesting in embedded systems that only support machine mode, and software support for interrupt nesting adds additional time overhead. This paper is based on the interrupt mechanism defined by RISC-V, using a state machine to control the global interrupt enablement of the processor to support interrupt nesting, and to save the site and restore the site through hardware stacking and out-stacking to avoid the time consumption caused by the software level; a dedicated entry point for interrupt service program jumps further speeds up the response. In this paper, we design and implement a fast interrupt system using Hummingbird E203, an open source kernel defined by standard RISC-V, as an experimental platform. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Gauss-Kruger projection and other methods are used to solve the problems of outlier removal, coordinate unification and distance correlation judgment derived from the fusion of AIS and radar information.
