Seiring perkembangan era teknologi, rumah sakit mengalami dampak dari perkembangan tesebut. Rumah sakit harus memiliki sistem informasi untuk melaksanakan kegiatan bisnisnya. Hal ini tercantum dalam PERMENKES No. 82 tahun 2013 tentang rumah sakit harus memiliki Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit untuk melakukan kegiatan registrasi pasien baik rawat jalan, rawat inap dan gawat darurat. Dalam hal ini Rumah Sakit Unit Daerah Lagita merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan bisnis di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya belum mengikuti permenkes no 82 tahun 2013 sehingga kegiatan registrasi masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku registrasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, dampak yang terjadi menyebabkan data pasien yang di daftarkan mengalami duplikasi data, rentan kehilangan data, lamanya waktu pelayanan dan berdampak terhadap akreditasi rumah sakit nantinya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tersebut, maka peneliti akan melakukan Analisis dan rancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lagita. Some studies have examined factors causing claim return; however, the issue has not been figured out yet because every hospital has different troubles. This study was conducted to identify the troubles possibly causing claim returns faced by hospitals. This qualitative study was conducted at a type-C hospital owned by the government in Central Java province. In-depth interviews were conducted with assembling staff, coder, case-mix officer, internal verificatory, and head of the medical record unit. Results showed that claim returns occurred because the hospital information system had not been integrated with e-claim and v-claim apps. The hospital lacked the number of case-mix officers, and old-fashioned information about the INA CBGs payment scheme from the officers including coders, doctors, and other medical officers; the hospital also had inadequate supporting facilities such as echocardiography and endoscopy, and its staff had a lack of work experience and training for coders. The success of an information system depends on how users are willing to accept and use it to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to find out how the SIMRS was implemented in the medical record work unit with the TAM method. The method used in this study is a literature study to examine journals regarding the implementation of SIMRS in the medical record work unit with the tam method, the data collection used is using secondary data and analyzed descriptively by describing the existing facts, data analysis was carried out by looking for similarities, dissimilarities, views, summaries of several studies. The results of the 12 literature study journals show that in terms of the SIMRS components, they are not adequate and sufficient in providing services. The acceptance of the system by the user from the aspect of usefulness and the aspect of ease of knowing that the information system is already useful for users and easy to operate. The acceptance of the system from the attitude of the user is quite satisfied with the existence of the information system. Acceptance of information systems from the user's behavioral intentions assume good and have a desire to motivate other users. In addition, the acceptance of information systems depends on the real conditions of users where the information system increases their productivity which is reflected in the real conditions of use. One of the efforts to achieve zero accidents is to take advantage of information technology such as android in increasing the effectiveness of recording and reporting OHS incident. The purpose of the study was to analyze the needs and create a prototype of an android based application. This research is qualitative with research and development design. The results show that it is necessary to add an incident reporting component related to hazardous and toxic substances. The application can answers the problems such as the delay in manual reporting and the documents are still fragmented. An e-incident application has a menu for reporting incidents, occupational diseases, and hazardous toxic substances. The menus have been made in accordance with OHS incident reporting standards in hospitals. Pada pelayanan rawat jalan sering terjadi duplikasi data dan ketidakakuratan data pasien.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan survei dan dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS. Evaluasi ini dengan menerapkan metode UTAUT. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu : Pengaruh variabel PE terhadap BI memiliki nilai koefesien parameter sebesar 0,260 dan nilai tstatistik sebesar 1,169*. Pengaruh variabel EE terhadap BI memiliki nilai koefesien parameter sebesar 0,038 dan nilai tstatistik sebesar 2,027 *. Pengaruh variabel SI terhadap BI memiliki nilai koefesien parameter sebesar 0,089 dan nilai tstatistik sebesar 1,795*. Pengaruh variabel FC terhadap BI memiliki nilai koefesien parameter sebesar 0,260 dan nilai tstatistik sebesar 2,217*. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Variabel independen (EE, SI dan FC) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (BI), sedangkan untuk variabel (PE) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi merupakan faktor yang harus ditingkatkan karena faktor tersebut mempengaruhi para petugas dalam menggunakan SIMRS. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang telah diusulkan yaitu: Melakukan pengembangan (upgrade) aplikasi SIMRS. Melakukan interoperabilitas/integrasi SIMRS dengan beberapa unit/bagian pelayanan dan aplikasi lain.
