The processing of SiC catalyst is extremely difficult by pyrometallurgical methods, but proposed technology is based on the electrochlorination method. The scientific novelty of the proposed method lies in the superposition of two independent electrolysis processes in direct and alternating, with varying frequency, currents under conditions of forced, continuous, and complete recondensation of the electrolyte. The study of the diesel catalysts processing by the electrochlorination method have been carried out.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117192688","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nonetheless, a real cooperation framework has not been successfully implemented yet due to the limits of the contemporary technologies. However, the newly proposed architectures for both broadband and broadcast allow the development of new solutions for multimedia and entertainment content delivery in multi-tier radio access networks. In fact, the convergence of broadcast and broadband technologies is one of the solutions that has been already proposed. Convergence would offer a better spectrum efficiency, improving the quality of service of the broadcasted services to mobile receivers. The main contribution of this paper is a comprehensive state of the arte of the past efforts and on top of that, the definition of the most relevant use cases for several future scenarios.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126911183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found that when the pressure of the Ar + O2 mixture increased from 10-3 Torr to 10-2 Torr, the grain diameter of the films decreased from (196±7) nm to (137±5) nm, and the obtained films at the pressure of 100 consisted of separate clusters with diameter (59±4) nm. Abelian group decomposition algorithms realizing the sub-word parallelism technique are obtained. This method can be applied to distribution of boundaries within a word. The sub-words obtained in this way do not need to be of the same size in contrast with the other known optimization approaches. It makes the algorithms used quite flexible, universal and easily understandable since they can be graphically demonstrated. The main idea of such algorithms is taken from the theory of direct decompositions of torsion-free Abelian groups, which admit decompositions into indecomposable summands of different ranks.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123451420","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
