Dalam penjualan kredit akan menimbulkan piutang sebagai hasilnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan piutang tak tertagih dan untuk memahami strategi pengendalian internal untuk mengurangi piutang yang tidak tertagih di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu data piutang tak tertagih di PT XYZ selama periode tahun 2020-2022. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal piutang di PT XYZ belum dilakukan secara efektif. ABC adalah perusahaan yang beroperasi di sektor pembuatan pupuk dan bahan kimia. Laboratorium merupakan lingkungan kerja yang khusus dan memiliki karakteristik yang unik. Di dalam laboratorium, karyawan seringkali dihadapkan pada tugas-tugas yang kompleks dan membutuhkan pemikiran yang intensif. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan karyawan mengalami peningkatan beban kerja mental. Beban kerja mental merupakan perbedaan antara tuntutan beban kerja dari suatu tugas dan kapasitas yang dimiliki. Beban kerja mental adalah evaluasi atau penilaian manusia terhadap batas beban perhatian selama menjalankan tugas secara optimal. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh tuntutan beban kerja dari suatu tugas dan kemampuan pekerja dalam menanggapi tugas tersebut. Beban kerja mental lebih menekankan tuntutan mental atau psikologis dibandingkan dengan aspek fisik. Metode NASA-TLX (Task Load Index) adalah instrumen pengukuran subjektif yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi serta menganalisis tingkat beban kerja mental. Salah satu penyedia layanan pos terbesar di Indonesia, PT. Pos Indonesia KCU Surabaya, menjadi subjek dalam studi ini. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan SERVQUAL untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelanggan menilai kualitas layanan Pos Reguler pada lima dimensi: tangibles, assurance, responsiveness, reliability, dan empathy. Sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan dari basis pelanggan PT. Pos Indonesia KCU Surabaya berpartisipasi dalam studi ini. Pendekatan SERVQUAL dipakai untuk menilai kualitas layanan dalam studi ini, yang berusaha untuk memeriksa tingkat layanan yang diberikan oleh PT. Pos Indonesia KCU Surabaya. Sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan dari basis pelanggan PT. Pos Indonesia KCU Surabaya berpartisipasi dalam studi ini. Pada setiap dimensi layanan, tangible mendapatkan GAP sebesar 0.39, reliability sebesar 0.12, responsiveness sebesar 0.15, assurance sebesar 0.06, dan emphaty sebesar 0.15. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya gap antara harapan dan kenyataan dalam metode SERVQUAL untuk mengukur kualitas layanan. Temuan studi ini mendukung pendapat bahwa, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas layanan PT. Dengan menerapkan prosedur pemberian kredit yang maksimal maka akan dapat meminimalkan adanya resiko kredit bermasalah yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kesehatan pada koperasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera cabang Balongpanggang dalam menerapkan prosedur pemberian kredit sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapakan. Analisis yang diterapkan dalam pemberian pinjaman kredit meliputi 5C (karakter, kemampuan, modal, jaminan, kondisi). Namun, dalam melakukan analisis 5C pihak koperasi masih terdapat kendala saat melakukan analisis character dan condition of economy dari calon nasabah. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the study show that regional specialties play an important role in the cultural and social identity of the Indonesian people, especially during the month of Ramadan. This can be seen from the consumption patterns of the people who prioritize regional specialties as the main menu when breaking the fast. In addition, regional specialties are also a medium for maintaining and developing cultural and social values that exist in society. This research also shows that cultural and social identities associated with regional specialties have influence on the consumption behavior of Muslim communities in Indonesia during the month of Ramadan. This study uses a qualitative approach and case studies to collect data from respondents who meet the research criteria. The data collection method used is in-depth interviews and observations, which are conducted online and offline. Respondents consist of Muslim consumers and online store owners who buy and sell online during the month of Ramadan in Indonesia. The results of the study show that factors such as cultural, social, personal, and role & status factors influence the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in Indonesia during the month of Ramadan on online shopping platforms. This research method uses an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, thus finding 17 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2021 as research samples. The data that has been collected is then tested using Eviews, namely testing several tests which include, descriptive statistical test, multicollinearity test, panel regression model selection test, panel regression goodness-of-fit test, partial test, simultaneous test, coefficient of determination test, classic assumption test which includes the normality and heteroscedasticity test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tim kerja melalui kajian teoritis dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada data sekunder dari studi literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti komunikasi yang efektif, kepemimpinan yang baik, dan kepercayaan antar anggota tim memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tim kerja.
