This term (concept) is used more and more in conjunction with many areas of human activity, which are often standardized (or being in the process of standardization) at both the national and international levels. Naturally, this raises the question of standardization of big data too. And this kind of work should, of course, begin with the fixation of, and what it is, and that it is subject to standardization. Показано существование режима авторотации с минимальной вертикальной составляющей скорости, что позволяет применять конструкцию как систему спуска. Проводится  оптимизации угла отклонения скорости центра масс авторотирующего тела от вертикали. We are talking about the standards related to the development of this project. As a basic example, we use the project of the digital railway in the UK. The aim of the standards is to ensure the most cost-effective, efficient and consistent means of implementation of railway systems while ensuring the absolute safety of the railway. The paper discusses the need for railway standards, existing levels of standards, commitment to ensuring the application of their model, the ratio of European and British standards.
