On Open Data

Abstract

This work is devoted to reviewing the concept and structure of open data, the state of development of this direction, the existing positive aspects and disadvantages as well as possible solutions. The main objective of this article is to discuss the current state of Affairs in the field of open data, existing difficulties and ways of overcoming them. Also, it describes the possible model and the architecture of the open data portal, which, according to the author, is a continuation of development in this direction.
