Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana komunikasi yang dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani permasalahan pandemi covid-19, baik itu komunikasi melalui media sosial ataupun komunikasi dalam penyampaian informasi publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode kualitatif dan studi pustaka (library research). Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang bermula di Wuhan, China pada Desember 2019 dan disebabkan oleh virus corona. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) pada Maret 2020 menyatakan Covid-19 sebagai pandemi global, yang artinya virus ini menyerang seluruh negara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komunikasi sangat berperan penting dalam menyikapi ekspansi rasional virus korona (covid-19). Komunikasi yang baik dan efektif penting untuk menghindari kebingungan tentang pemberitaan Covid-19, baik disengaja maupun tidak. Sayangnya, komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh beberapa pejabat pemerintah tersebut masih menuai kritik. Masalah komunikasi publik dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 antara lain data dan informasi yang tidak akurat, kurangnya sosialisasi tentang berbagai isu, serta kebijakan yang tidak konsisten antar tingkat pemerintahan yang menyebabkan keributan tersebut.  Oleh karenanya pemerintah harus lebih meningkatkan lagi keakuratan dan akuntabilitasnya dalam setiap memberikan informasi kepada publik apalagi disaat krisis seperti ini. Fokus utama dalam hal ini ialah penggunaan Whatsapp sebagai wadah komunikasi.Media WhatsApp merupakan sarana media social yang digemari oleh berbagai kalangan untuk melakukan proses komunikasi kepada siapapun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Studi kasus adalah studi empiris yang mempelajari fenomena kontemporer dalam kehidupan nyata dalam konteks ruang dan waktu, yang dalam prosesnya menggunakan berbagai macam pengumpulan data. Pengumpulan data lapangan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan informan untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang memadai untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwasanya adanya keinginan perantau ialah untuk mencari ilmu dan hidup mandiri , serta memiliki nilai agama yang tinggi merupakan alasan yang menyebabkan atau memutuskan seseorang untuk menempuh pendidikan di luar kota tempat tinggalnya dan berada jauh dari keluarga. Data penelitian ini adalah berita terkait negara Rusia yang dipublikasi pasca Orde baru 1998 hingga 2008. Metode dan teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis Teun A Van Dijk. Dalam struktur makro, topik yang ditampilkan berfokus pada permasalahan Rusia. Menyinggung apa yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Rusia terhadap sejarah dunia didukung data sejarah masa lalu. Dimensi superstruktur membahas mengenai skema keseluruhan berita. Kemudian dari struktur mikro berdasarkan latar, detil, maksud, dan premis, Majalah Tempo menyinggung terkait konflik yang melibatkan Rusia dan negara persemakmurannya yang menelan banyak jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk bahasa kasar dan fungsi dari bahasa tersebut yang digunakan oleh remaja laki laki BTN Karang Dima Indah Sumbawa dalam pergaulannya. Metode kualitatif deskriftif diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan pada saat para remaja ini sedang berkumpul seperti di lapangan sepak bola BTN Karang Dima Indah. Peneliti telah mewawancarai 20 orang remaja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk bahasa kasar yang digunakan oleh remaja laki-laki BTN Karang Dima Indah Sumbawa dalam pergaulannya adalah mengungkapkan kata-kata dalam nama hewan, profesi yang “buruk”, sifat buruk seseorang, dan bahasa gaul. Bentuk Kata-kata kasar dari hasil penelitian ini seperti anjing, asu, anjir, anjay, bangke, kampret, sialan, bongol, bangsat, sundal. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teori STP milik Kotler dan Keller yaitu (Segmenting, Targeting & Positioning) yang merupakan sebuah teori yang digunakan untuk memetakan masyarakat, menentukan target pasar dan menentukan tujuan akhir perusahaan berdasarkan hasil dari segmentasi dan target pasar. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan penentuan informan pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. \u0000                Berdasarkan hasil penelitan, toko mr.kickshoescare menggunakan strategi STP (segmentation, targeting, & positioning) sebagai langkah awal sebelum melakukan pemasaran. Adapun strategi pemasaran yang digunakan yakni memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai sarana pemasaran produk dari toko mr.kickshoescare berdasarkan hasil dari strategi STP (segmentation, targeting, & positioning) sebelumnya. Untuk segmentasi, ada empat aspek yang diperhatikan yakni segmentasi geografis, segementasi demografis, segementasi psikografis, dan segmentasi perilaku dasar. In addition, in this film there is also a depiction of the struggle of a girl who is determined to prosper her family until she has to go to war to replace her father. Women are not weak, women can stand on their own feet and women can play the role of men, is a representation of feminism that can be observed in several scenes in this film. This study was analyzed using Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotics which focused on finding out what scenes represent feminism in the live-action film Mulan. The method used to research this Mulan Film is descriptive qualitative; the data collected is in the form of words and pictures, not in the form of numbers. This study aims to determine the meanings of motivation contained in the lyrics of the song\"Self\". This research uses semiotic analysis method according to Ferdinand De Saussure. The results of thisstudy indicate that in the lyrics of the song \"Self\" the meaning of self-acceptance motivational messages isfound, namely by loving yourself. The first stanza has the meaning of being at peace with oneself. The secondand fourth stanzas have the meaning that human beings are too precious to continue to receive wounds. The concern that mosques will be used as a place for spreading radicalism-terrorism fanatics is something that has existed for a long time. The facts and assumptions that spread make mosques often get the label as a location for spreading radicalism. With a phenomenological approach, this study aims to find out the efforts made by the management organization of the Abu Dzar Al-Ghifari Mosque, Malang City, to fight stigma and prevent the spread of radicalism-extremism-terrorism in their mosque environment. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020-2021 has an impact on the survival of the community, causing a decrease in the ability to pay taxes and things that are not related to basic needs. One of the government's steps to reduce this impact is to implement economic policies and strategic steps in the field of public services, such as by launching the Motor Vehicle Tax Incentive Program.The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy of Bappenda UPTB - UPPDK Sumbawa Regency in increasing compliance with Motor Vehicle Tax payments during the 2020-2021 Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with primary and secondary data collection techniques through interview and documentation techniques. The period of this research starts from January 2022 to May 2022. The informants of this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used is source triangulation. Different cultures have different languages, but the difference does not make the two tribes live apart, they socialize with each other regardless of cultural background. The location is in the Labuhan Jambu Village, Sumbawa Besar, Nusa Tenggara Barat. This study aims to find out how cross-cultural communication between the Bugis and Sumbawa to cause the occurrence of fusion of culture in the elements of language. A qualitative study case method was used in this study and used interview, observation, and documentation for data collection. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that there is a process of cultural assimilation between the Bugis and Sumbawa in the Labuhan Jambu Village. The citizens are using a mixed language between Bugis and Sumbawa. The processes of cultural fusion in the Labuhan Jambu Village are due to the existence of cooperation between the two tribes in meeting the necessities. The cooperation is mutually beneficial for both parties. Apart from social relations, there are also cultural similarities. The last is because of the tribe intermarriage.
