So far, people who have only been media consumers can now produce messages or act as journalists. Usually they are referred to as citizen journalists or citizen journalists. This study discusses Citizen Journalist Participation in News Writing at Kompasiana.com. The purpose of this study is to understand the participation of citizen journalists in writing news on Kompasiana.com. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. The method used is a case study. The results of this study indicate that the participation of citizen journalists in writing news at Kompasiana.com is driven by their desire to voice their thoughts and continue to train their writing skills as an effort to self-actualize. The factors behind their participation in writing news on Kompasiana.com are their passion or interest in writing, experience factors and other supporting factors that cause people to participate, namely the existence of k-werds or gifts for writers in Kompasiana.com. Padahal, bermain game bisa menjadi hal yang menyenangkan untuk mengatasi stres. Namun, jika dilakukan secara berlebihan, kebiasaan ini bisa berdampak buruk bagi penderitanya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi dan perilaku pecandu game online Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang (MLBB) di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. \u0000Hasil penelitian menyatakan motivasi bermain pecandu game online MLBB di dasari dengan 3 hal, yang pertama untuk memperoleh hubungan relasi pertemanan yang dianggap sepemikiran, kedua untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bermain agar bisa menjadi pemain Professional, dan terakhir untuk mengejar Rank Point dan MMR yang tinggi agar bisa disegani pemain lainnya serta memperoleh ketenaran dalam bermain game dengan menghasilkan konten-konten yang menarik. Perilaku komunikasi interpersonal pecandu game online MLBB pada umumnya terbilang kurang efektif dan masuk ke dalam sikap introvert karena kurangnya rasa ingin bersosialisasi dan tidak peduli dengan orang lain lingkungan disekitar. Media sosial memiliki banyak fungsi antara lain sebagai sarana menyampaikan/menerima informasi, sebagai sarana untuk membangun/menjaga hubungan. Selain itu, media sosial juga di manfaatkan oleh para pedagang sebagai media promosi. Seperti pada penelitian ini yang membahas tentang media sosial facebook sebagai media promosi kuliner di kabupaten sumbawa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan facebook sebagai media promosi oleh para pedangang dengan menggunakan teori media marketing. Metode penelitan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dalam jangka waktu penelitian dari Juni-Oktober 2021. Sumber penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder melalui teknik wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan facebook sebagai media promosi sesuai dengan teori media marketing yaitu, Content Creation yaitu informasi yang dibagikan harus menarik dan jelas agar pembeli tidak perlu bertanya terkait dagangan yang di jajarkan, Content Sharing yaitu kegiatan membagikan informasi ke komunitas dagang yang ada di facebook maupun di beranda pribadi, Connecting yaitu bagaimana cara penjual agar bisa terhubung dengan pembeli dan dapat mempertahankan hubungan itu dalam jangka waktu yang lama, terakhir ada Community Building yaitu bagaimana cara penjual bergabung dengan komunitas sosial yang ada di facebook sehingga pedagang dapat mempromosikan dagangannya. Film tersebut terinspirasi dari kisah nyata atau disebut sebagai film biografi. Dimana pada abad ke-17 hingga abad ke-19, yang juga menjadi latar waktu kejadian dalam film. Pada masa itu dipercaya menjadi awal mula atau cikal bakal terciptanya sikap bahkan aksi diskriminasi serta rasisme yang hingga kini masih kita rasakan. Walaupun tidak seburuk pada saat perang dunia ke-II, dengan tokoh utama dalam film tersebut bernama Phineas Taylor Barnum sebagai salah satu pengusaha yang menciptakan sirkus pertama dengan manusia sebagai pemeran sirkusnya. Film yang rilis pada tanggal 20 Desember 2017 di Amerika Serikat tersebut berhasil meraih banyak penghargaan, dalam ajang Globe Awards ke-75, untuk kategori Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy dan Aktor Terbaik – Musikal atau Komedi untuk Jackman. Kemudian untuk lagu “This is Me”, berhasil memenangkan kategori Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song dan dinominasikan untuk Lagu Orsinal Terbaik di Academy Awards ke-90, serta menjadi salah satu film terlaris kelima sepanjang massa. Tradisi tersebut dibawa oleh para leluhur untuk menjaga kulit dari sengatan matahari, dapat dikatakan Seme’ adalah bentuk sunblock tradisional yang bahan dasarnya berasal dari alam dan mudah didapatkan. Adapun Seme’ dalam sebuah perspektif identitas menjadi ciri khas yang menghasilkan bentuk visual pada wajah wanita Sumbawa. Misalnya seorang wanita menggunakan Seme’ pada siang hari di sawah artinya wanita tersebut berprofesi sebagai petani, juga menandakan cuaca sedang terik sehingga memakai Seme’ akan membantu menyejukkan wajah. Identitas ini yang kemudian menjadi topik penelitian ini, menggunakan teori komunikasi identitas milik Michael Hecht yang membagi komunikasi identitas diantaranya tahap personal layer, enactment layer, dan communal layer. Ketiga tahapan tersebut menganalisis bagaimana sebuah identitas dapat terbentuk dalam suatu masyarakat baik indvidu maupun kelompok. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Seme’ dalam sebuah identitas tidak hanya sebatas media perawatan wajah, namun bagi orang Sumbawa Seme’ memiliki manfaat kegunaan yang kompleks dalam hal ini Seme’ sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat Sumbawa. Contohnya Seme’ dalam tradisi ritual adat Barodak, Seme’ dalam tradisi sunatan (Basunat dalam bahasa Sumbawa), Seme’ sebagai media pengobatan tradisional. Dari hasil wawancara kepada 11 narasumber, rata-rata informan memberikan jawaban yang hampir serupa terkait manfaat dan tujuan penggunaan Seme’. IndiHome adalah salah satu produk dari PT. Telkom Indonesia yang merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi satu-satunya yang bestatus BUMN di Banjarmasin. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan tipe eksplanatif. Populasi berjumlah 58.100 dengan sampel sebanyak 350 orang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang di mix dengan teknik stratified sampling. Penelitian menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyatakan nilai signifikan diperoleh sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (241.288 > 3,868) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Komunikasi Pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. So in this study the researcher intends to find out how the communication patterns of agricultural extension agents in the program to increase the capacity of maize farmers in Sumbawa Regency.This research uses a case study qualitative method. The theoretical analysis used is the SMCRE theory from David Kennet Berlo and the Communication Patterns from Effendy so that farmers can find out the communication process and communication patterns that occur at the agricultural extension agent with the Luk Village farmer groups. The informants of this study were agricultural extension workers and farmer groups in Luk. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the capacity building program there is an SMCR communication process, the SMCR process itself includes:Message source, message, communication channel, message recipient, and finally the communication effect. Thus, the utility can find out how the media of the Women Solidarity Community Sumbawa in the campaign of protection and empowerment of women in Sumbawa district. Even though the located 80 km away from Dompu City, Taropo can not be separated from the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) development. Nowadays every home starts to have television and cell phones. Most of young people also have using smart phones. This paper will explain how the development of ICT in Taropo Village, along with the impact of cultural changes that happend in their daily life. The development of ICT in Taropo community started from post, telephone, handphone, television, laptop, and computer. Increasingly tighter competition makes various fields of information media to be able to maintain their existence by presenting interesting and actual news. One of the solutions is by implementing directed editorial management. The basic functions of management consist of four, namely POAC which stands for Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. This study aimed to determine how the implementation of POAC management in the editorial of Radar Sumbawa, both in printed and online media. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and the data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation. From the research results, it is obtained that the POAC management applied to the editorial of Radar Sumbawa newspaper has been implemented properly in accordance with POAC guidelines, namely by holding projection and evaluation meetings to plan coverage, evaluate, select professional human resources (HR) in their fields, and hold training for journalists to further hone their skills. Radar also pays attention on the needs of people involved in the editorial sector, such as giving rewards to outstanding journalists and all other facilities that can support their activities.
