The development of the E-Muhadatsah kit or Arabic conversation kit based on an android application is a self-communication platform among non-Arabic speakers in Malaysian Institutions of Higher Learning. This study aims to identify the need for developing the E-Muhadatsah kit among non-Arabic speakers at the tertiary level as well as to identify the level of interest in Arabic speaking, Arabic communication confidence, and students' willingness to communicate in Arabic. The assignment and exercise needs in improving students’ Arabic speaking or communication skills were also identified. A set of questionnaires was distributed to 214 respondents from universities in Malaysia namely UPM, UPSI, UniSZA, and UiTM. Then, the data obtained from the administration of the questionnaire were analyzed using SDSS version 25 software and interpreted based on the analysis of mean scores and standard deviations. Meanwhile, the open-ended questionnaire data were analyzed thematically. The results showed that respondents saw the development of the E-Muhadatsah kit as a great need for non-Arab students in higher education. In addition, the study also found that respondents showed a high interest in Arabic speaking, confidence in Arabic communication, and students' willingness to communicate in Arabic at a high level. Thus, this study proposes the development of a conversation-based Arabic language interactive multimedia kit to improve the communication proficiency of non-Arabic speakers, further able to help Arabic language educators to diversify multimedia-assisted teaching methods.","PeriodicalId":30344,"journal":{"name":"Journal of TechnoSocial","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47120898","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The formation of shared values must be based on local values because each community is formed with local culture and religion. The attitude of religious tolerance is closely related to human moral values that need to be practiced at the individual, community and institutional levels to ensure unity in a multi-religious community. This writing discusses the relationship between humanity values from various religions and religious tolerance as an element of strengthening social cohesion in urban communities. This writing also proposes a conceptual framework for the relationship between humanity values and religious tolerance for strengthening the social cohesion of urban communities. The process of collection and analysis will be performed to validate or refine the hypothesis that has been formulate in this writing.","PeriodicalId":30344,"journal":{"name":"Journal of TechnoSocial","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47186942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the football club's recent performance in domestic and European tournaments has left a lot to be desired. The recent 2021 Europa League final failure encapsulates the football club's decade-long condition. MUFC's days of competing seriously for trophies in every tournament open to the club are over. MUFC came close to winning the local league in the 2017 and 2021 seasons but fell short, just like they did in the previous Europa League final in2021. Numerous reasons have contributed to the current poor performance streak. This study aims to apply an enterprise architectural framework to enhance football player performance and manager-player relationships. This study discovered that MUFC might leverage big data analytics-IT integrated systems by following easy-to-understand enterprise architectural framework phases, which streamlines the adoption process for MUFC.","PeriodicalId":30344,"journal":{"name":"Journal of TechnoSocial","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45883046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is certainly interesting to be meta-synthesized in finding the uniqueness of each of these converged concepts. The general purpose of the research was to find similarities and differences in the findings presented. In particular, the purpose of this study was to explain a comprehensive understanding of myths, social identity, and the commodification of Dieng dreadlocks. The concept presented discussed myth, social identity, and commodification. Myth is a series of stories, which may or may not have a basis in origin and may not, which then emerge and last for a long time because they are constantly discussed and remembered in certain societies. Social identity is something that relates to the individual knowledge of certain social groups and to the emotions and judgments caused by members of that group. Commodification is the transformation of use value into exchange value. The research method used was meta-synthesis, namely literature review research where qualitative techniques are used to combine similar primary data to get a new understanding of the issues raised. The use of the meta-synthesis method is to compile findings and to enable the development of new concepts or theories about myths, social identity, and commodification of Dieng dreadlocks. Data were collected using a purposive sampling technique by taking into account quality research results presented in e-journals and institutional/university repositories through the google search engine. The research findings showed that myths and social identities are transformed into commodification when the government includes them on the tourism agenda because rituals that were originally free of economic value have now become of high economic value and become a major tourism asset in the tourism industry in the Dieng Plateau.","PeriodicalId":30344,"journal":{"name":"Journal of TechnoSocial","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47899275","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although, the scenario is not common only to Nigeria but the manner at which the ill-gotten wealth individuals were being celebrated in country is highly alarming. Nigeria is known for its series of anti-corruption mechanisms put in place by the government in order to curtail the menace in the society. Upon the establishment of the Military Legislations to curb the menace in 1975 under Generals Murtala Ramatu Muhammed and Olusegun Obasanjo down to 1999under the administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo where two separate anti-corruption bodies were formed (ICPC and EFCC), and to the present Administration under President Muhammadu Buhari where whistleblowing mechanism is introduced, the level of corruption is more pronounced and rampant both in public and private sectors of the Nigeria’s economy. One will be wondering why Nigeria is yet to put total remedies to the scourge of corruption in the country. The study proffers some hints, if it can be adopted by the government to strengthen the anti-corruption tools put in place. Some of the measures include, the inclusion of individuals, all and sundry in the fight against corruption. As opined by the collective action theory employed by the study, corruption cannot be fought and won in isolation but requires collective efforts and change of masses’ orientation on the need to return sanity back to Nigeria. Similarly, our religious and traditional leaders have numerous roles to play in reducing unethical conducts in the society. Conferment of religious or traditional titles to those that do not deserve it in the society should be corrected and discouraged in its totality. When these and many more are done, there is every possibility that Nigeria will be a lesser corrupt country and great again.","PeriodicalId":30344,"journal":{"name":"Journal of TechnoSocial","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46006874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Strike actions have been considered by the organized unions as a means of expressing their grievances and strugglingfor their rights and privileges. These actions have serious and negative effects on organizational efficiencies such as low productivity, loss of profit, low performance, and the eventual collapse of some promising ventures. Owing to these consequences, there is a need for alternative tactics to end this menace. Thus, the influence of trust-building and consensus approach on conflict resolution as alternative strategies to strike actions in Nigeria is examined in this study. The study adopted a survey design. A sample of selected organized labour union leaders and key top executive officers formed the respondents of the study. Cluster and simple sampling techniques were used to select sampled respondents. A validated structured questionnaire and interview were adopted to gather needed information for this study. Ordinary least square regression, correlation, and cross tabulation were used to analyze the collated data. The findings revealed that honesty, loyalty and sacrifice are significant in conflict resolution and crisis management. It was deduced from the study that conflict is unavoidable in a workplace but can be managed through a proactive measure of trust and consensus-building approach. The study recommended among others that keeping to the agreement, openness, understanding, collaborative and participative efforts are needed to enhanced organizational efficiency.","PeriodicalId":30344,"journal":{"name":"Journal of TechnoSocial","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46143636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Threat calls, terrorism and security issues pose a risk to the country as they affect the stability of the government and threaten the safety of the people. The rapid globalization process has led to the weakening of the nation and eroded by various demands and threats. Malaysia is also no exception to thechallenge of the speedy globalization process. The issue of security is not merely an issue that concerns the defense agenda of a country, but rather covers various aspects, especially those related to human society. Malaysia's experience in dealing with terrorism in the past has led governments to be cautious of any possible consequences. In fact, the threat of terrorism and issues related to security issues in Malaysia need to be clearly understood in order to look at the trends and long-term effects on society, the economy, politics and social as a whole. The activities and behaviors of terrorism and security threats are also unpredictable apart from its difficult to understand movement. Political stability, economic development and the well-being of thepeople are essential to maintaining peace and ensuring national security.
