The purpose of this study was to identify vitamin A content in moringa leaf noodles with a variety of boiling time. This research method is experimental. The organoleptic assessment was carried out by 45 trained panelists. After getting the noodles, the panelists liked the most, followed by boiling wet noodles with 2, 4 and 6 minutes. Analysis of the results of organoleptic tests using Kruskal Wallis Test (p <0.05) then continued with the Whitney Mann Test. The results of this study found that panelists found it difficult to distinguish the concentration of wet noodles, but when viewed from the average results, panelists preferred wet noodles with a concentration of 30%. Then proceed with the boiling process of wet noodles and obtained three results that the content of wet vitamin A mi is below 30.77 mcg / 100 grams. It is expected that the general public can know this moringa leaf wet noodle product besides that due to the low content of vitamin A in wet noodles, it is also suggested that people consume additional sources of vitamin A from other sources of food.","PeriodicalId":303323,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Inter-professional Health Collaboration (ICIHC 2018)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122820711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Factors that cause maternal mortality that can still be prevented are patient factors, factors of health personnel, facilities and infrastructure factors, and referral factors. The number of maternal mortality in Bekasi District in 2015 was 36 cases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal factors that contribute to maternal mortality. The research design was descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional method. The research sample was obtained from 32 samples of OVM and RMM documents. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square, the factors of maternal characteristics indicated that maternal age, parity, the distance of pregnancy, comorbidities did not contribute to maternal mortality that can be prevented. The level of education showed ρ value = 0.02 means that the level of maternal education contributes to maternal mortality which can be prevented. In the factor of health personnel, did not contribute to maternal mortality that can be prevented. In the referral factor; the referral case with a ρ value = 0.012 and the referral delay with a ρ value = 0.007 mean that the referral factor contributes to preventing maternal mortality. In terms of facilities and infrastructure; the place of delivery and availability of health facilities did not contribute to preventable maternal mortality. Cross-sectoral cooperation and strengthening of health service systems from various lines and community empowerment systems were essential to reduce maternal mortality in the future. Groundwater as a source of clean water, in general, can be directly used for everyday life. However, without realizing that ground air contains much metal dissolved in air, also iron (Fe). The initial survey was conducted on February 8, 2017 at the dig wells of residents RT.08 Padang Serai Village, Bengkulu City after measuring iron (Fe) 2.28 mg / L. Coal is sedimentary rock which is chemically and physically heterogeneous and contains elements of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen as the main elements and sulfur and nitrogen as additional elements. Waste produced from the pecan formation process is a pecan shell so far has not been used optimally. Pecan shell weight reaches two-thirds of the weight of whole pecan seeds, and one third is the core (kernel) of candlenut. This waste will be very helpful for people who use products that have selling value, namely as active charcoal products. This type of research uses a pure experimental method (True Experimental) with the design of the Post Test with the control group, which is research conducted before and after. The results of the study showed that iron (Fe) content in screening using a combination of control tests was 2.28 mg / l. Results or a decrease of around 84.21%. Based on the table the average of iron (Fe) is 0.360 mg / l. The lowest mean was 0.23 mg / l, and the highest was 0.45 with a confidence level of 95% or a significance of 5%, averaging a decrease in the range of 0.2483 mg / l to 0.4717 mg / l.","PeriodicalId":303323,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Inter-professional Health Collaboration (ICIHC 2018)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116641434","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
