The research objective was to find out the description of medical and nonmedical waste management in the Bengkulu City Health Center. Method: This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Population and sample in this study amounted to three Bengkulu City Health Centers. Data analysis using univariate analysis. Results: The results showed that the highest volume of medical and non-medical solid waste management at the Betungan Health Center. On sorting and placing it fulfills the requirements with 100% rating. For collection and transportation as well as destruction or management do not meet the requirements with a total of 0 rating.
