This study aims to find out about financing to support the implementation of education. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the use of education financing is oriented towards the head of educational operational financing that supports improving the quality of education that is right on target by fulfilling the school financial management governance system that must be understood in the implementation of education financing, namely the concept of education budgeting, classifying activities, determining standardization, and determining costs unit in education budgeting. Education financing management has three important stages, namely planning, implementation stage and evaluation (evaluation) stage. These three stages when applied to financial management are the financial planning (budgeting) stage, and the implementation (accounting) stage, and the appraisal or auditing stage. The problems in this research are: 1) what is the role of Indonesian language in the world of education? 2) Can using Indonesian language help the learning process in delivering foreign language courses (English) and Financial Management courses? This research aims to examine the use of Indonesian language in learning at the Lombok Business Academy located in North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research instrument used by researchers was interviews. Research object 2 (two) Lecturers and research locations at the Lombok Business Academy. The results of the research show that Indonesian language is dominantly used in speech events, because the language of instruction in learning is Indonesian language. Formally, education held in schools is often known as teaching, namely the teaching and learning process which involves many factors, including students, teaching, facilities, materials and the environment. This research is field research which uses a quantitative approach. The quantitative research method in this research is a type of research with a regression and correlation approach. Regression is an approach that predicts the influence of other data or an approach that has a functional relationship between variables. Learning Indonesian Language and Literature at SMP Negeri 1 Pringgasela is classified as good or high level. Based on the results, the author can conclude that 59.77% of respondents use the library collection for Indonesian language and literature subjects twice a week. Apart from that, library use by class VIII-4 students at SMP Negeri 1 Pringgasela is classified as good.
