The availability of appropriate bloodstock is crucial for use during special medical conditions. Therefore, the blood collection center must ensure availability; therefore, it needs to recruit active blood donors, difficult patients to find blood stocks, which will be discussed in this study. The contribution of this research is to design an information system that can find blood donors in the Bandar Lampung area with geolocation technology and use the Dijkstra algorithm to determine the closest route, with a system developed on the Android platform. The system can recommend donors to patients who need blood according to the patient's qualifications. Results obtained are an android-based mobile application that can search for geolocation-based blood donors using the Dijkstra algorithm, which can map the location of the nearest blood donor based on the patient's location. Based on data obtained from the results of system testing on functionality and usability, the system can map the location of blood donors and provide blood donor recommendations for patients in need. System testing is carried out using the ISO 9126 standard using the usability aspect, which consists of four test characteristics: the understanding aspect, the learning aspect, the ability aspect, and the operability aspect, and the attractiveness aspect.

This led to the imposition of Large-scale Social Restrictions. The government issued a policy of working from home, learning from home, and worshiping at home. To carry out their activities from home, people are becoming increasingly dependent on the internet. With the increasing use of the internet during this pandemic, we are conducting a study on whether there is a phenomenon of internet addiction and social media in Indonesia. A survey of 2309 respondents from 31 provinces in Indonesia using Kimberley Young's Internet Addiction Test (IAT) has been conducted. After the data cleaning process to remove redundant data, only data from 2206 respondents were analyzed further with the binary logistic regression method. 25% of respondents were indicated with Internet addiction. High school students and college students tend to have a 1.7% higher risk of addiction. The length of time accessing e-commerce web and social media also increases the risk of internet addiction. YouTube and Instagram are social media applications that tend to pose a risk of addiction to respondents. A critical analysis of the Internet Addiction Test from a Philosophy of Science perspective was conducted. Finally, we formulate recommendations on strategies the government and society could take in dealing with the problem of internet addiction.

One of the communication problems that often arise between deaf or speech impaired with normal people is the low level of knowledge and understanding of the deaf or speech impaired's normal sign language in their daily communication. To overcome this problem, we build a sign language recognition system, especially for the Indonesian language. The sign language system for Bahasa Indonesia, called Bisindo, is unique from the others. Our work utilizes two image processing algorithms for the pre-processing, namely the grayscale conversion and the histogram equalization. Subsequently, the principal component analysis (PCA) is employed for dimensional reduction and feature extraction. Finally, the support vector machine (SVM) is applied as the classifier. Results indicate that the use of the histogram equalization significantly enhances the accuracy of the recognition. Comprehensive experiments by applying different random seeds for testing data confirm that our method achieves 76.8% accuracy. Accordingly, a more robust method is still open to enhance the accuracy in sign language recognition.

In this paper, we propose a blockchain model to ensure the secure storage of student grade data. Each record of recording student grades by a lecturer can be seen as a record in a journal or ledger. All records in one of the departments in a faculty can be seen as a student grade journal. Modeling this data by viewing data records as a journal allows us to model a database for all records in an encrypted and distributed manner. Namely, a model that resembles the blockchain model. In this perspective, a blockchain network can be made in which each node is stored in a different direction. So if there are three departments within the faculty, a blockchain with three vertices can be made. Each node keeps a copy of the overall student grade journal data. So that each node can mutually verify the validity of transaction records in each department. Student value journals are structured in such a way that they form a blockchain that builds hashes that lock together. This modeling of student value records answers the problem of being vulnerable to student scores hacked by irresponsible parties both from within the campus and from outside the campus. Security follows the protocols in the blockchain architecture. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000

However, the establishment of the wayang as a world cultural heritage does not make it is recognized by the young generation in Indonesia. They considered that wayang is only as a conventional culture, the duration is too long, and it tends to be boring. Creative and interactive media are needed to attract the younger generation to wayang, one of them is using the game. A Game is an interactive media that is much liked by all ages because they are entertaining, challenging, and fun. In the development of a game, it needs to emphasize a good user experience. The measurement of user experience in the game called the gameplay experience. This paper discussed the measurement gameplay experience (GX) using Immerse Experience Questionnaire (IEQ) on Wayang Game. The results of GX measurements become a benchmark for the quality of the game ‘pewayangan’ in attracting the young generation.

Mounted in a robot platform such as Pioneer, these high computational power hardware do all the processing in SLAM. Still others, SLAM algorithms exploit GPU power to provide deep details in map reconstruction. Yet, it is desirable to deploy SLAM in a small robot without advantages from high computational power hardware. Single board computer with limited power supply and low computational power is frequently the main board available in a small robot. Therefore, it is important to consider the design solution of SLAM that targets such a system. With this in mind, current work presents a survey paper of SLAM in low-resource hardware. This paper presents the development of a miniaturized antenna for RFID application (924 MHz). Meandering technique has been adopted to create a geometrically small antenna relative to its operating frequency. Measurement result shows that the fabricated antenna inherits low return loss, down to -25.915 dB. The geometry of the antenna is 25.54 mm x 16 mm, which is much smaller than its resonance wavelength (0.079? x 0.049?). The measured gain is relatively small, of about -12 dBi.
