In this situation the firm has more information than consumers, and this fact generates consumer uncertainty due to a possible firm opportunistic behaviour. To reduce it, consumers can use, on one hand, signals that the bank sends to the market, such as reputation, and on the other hand, they can seek for more informal information, such as positive word-of-mouth communication from relatives and friends, to generate or increase trust, and through this variable, to develop an intention o contract with a specific bank and not others. Relations among those variables were tested with a sample of 155 bank users when they have not still worked with a specific bank. There is therefore a necessity for specific research and articles on this subject that can provide investors with elements of evaluation. The article focuses on Benito Juarez County, Quintana Roo, Mexico, home to tourist destination Cancún.</p><p>The article begins with an outline of the importance of the SME's and a basis is established according to which we can consider SME's as being Mexican together with the origin of tax obligations. Furthermore a mechanism is introduced which calculates the federal tax fee on incomes, according to the main sectors a stratified sample of SME's is being determined, in accordance with the sample an estimation of revenue is made and finally the conclusions are presented. However, the principles of social responsibility can and should be integrated into any organization, including micro-enterprises. In this paper, we study how cooperation networks could be an appropriate incentive for the micro-enterprises to implement social responsibility policies, strengthening some advantages and mitigating some disadvantages that micro-enterprises may have when dealing with such policies, and enhancing, ultimately, the level of development of their relational and structural capital. Thus, they are the object of growing research interest. Forming a new company represents a decision based on both personal and subjective motives, as well as on the environment. But regardless of the origin, a founder's motivation represents a commitment to a project or business idea, and thus dictates the future success of the enterprise. This article investigates the motivational profiles of entrepreneurs, and why they choose to create new industrial enterprises. To detail this profile, we present the results of an empirical study of 101 entrepreneurs who have founded companies. The results offer significant conclusions for both academics and practitioners. Firstly, making money or being one's own boss does not appear to be sufficient reasons to create a new venture. Secondly, the motivation content of entrepreneurs influences their decision to start a business.
