In such cases, in the description of the same object with multiple-source remote sensing information, how to conduct effective data processing, play the advantages of a variety of remote sensing data, the application of remote sensing image fusion is a very important choice. When remote sensing data is large, fusion is large in computing capacity and time-consuming, so it is difficult to carry out rapid, real-time fusion. However, in some remote sensing applications, such as disaster prevention and relief quick, etc., fast even real-time fusion is required. The fusion method based IHS (intensity, hue, saturation) transformation is a basic method. In this paper, with Beijing-1 Micro-satellite remote sensing images as the experimental data, based on the advantages of parallel computing, a parallel IHS fusion method of remote sensing image is proposed. Experiments show that good results of remote sensing image fusion can be obtained with the method, and the fusion speed is also fast.","PeriodicalId":301048,"journal":{"name":"2011 4th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123689547","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper analyzes the reasons that influence the transmission quality of network video. A real-time packet analysis system is designed to monitor packet loss. Then a set of experiments based on our system are conducted to show the effect of packet loss on video quality. Furthermore, the effect on the video quality is analyzed under the specific condition, which refers to certain packet loss rate, packet loss with different frame type and packet loss containing frame type tag. Learning of the difference of impairment level among various packet loss types, it could help to decide which packet to lose in the intermediate node in order to relieve network congestion.","PeriodicalId":301048,"journal":{"name":"2011 4th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing","volume":"47 33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121901808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After the contourlet transform on the images, contourlet coefficients of the source images are trained to Contourlet-domain HMT model using the Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm. Because the Contourlet-domain HMT model efficiently captures all dependencies across scales, space and directions through a tree structured dependence network, it can give more accurate description of images. Then a new fusion rule for the high frequency is built based on the window energy ratio, and weight average is adopted for low frequency. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm provides more satisfying fusion results in terms of visual effect and objective evaluations, such as standard deviation, standard variance and clarity.","PeriodicalId":301048,"journal":{"name":"2011 4th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing","volume":"157 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122053128","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposes a method which generates stereoscopic images for outdoor scene by based on object feature analysis. First, it detects vanishing lines and vanishing point on an image. Second, it segments the objects on the image by Hill-climbing based segmentation and makes initial depth-map. Finally, it accurates the initial depth-map for the image based on object feature analysis. The final depth-map is used for generation of the stereoscopic image. It improves the comprehensiveness and reliability of detection. A hyperspectral imaging system is developed to perform acquisition of hyperspectral imaging data. The adaptive band selection is adopted to select the optimal characteristic wavelength from lots of data, and the optimal wavelength is 1420nm. The images of all samples at 1420nm are segmented, reversed and operated, and then the target images are obtained. The mean value and standard deviation of gray scale are extracted as grey features, and the mean value and standard deviation of energy, entropy, geometrical moment of inertia, correlation as texture features.
