Based on this measurement two different solutions are proposed for Explorative Service Compositions in a stateless environment: the Eliminative Method and Two-Stage Explorative Parallel Composition. Each solution provides certain cost advantages that are dependent on the possibility of search failure of directory and access to services. To meet this demand young people are encouraged to study ICT and choose ICT as a career. However, ICT does not appeal to many young people due to its poor image and many employers have criticized ICT courses being out dated and irrelevant. In this paper we propose an ontological solution to organize knowledge in the domain of ICT education. The proposed ICT Education Ontology (IEO) consists of four related sub-ontologies: ICT curriculum, ICT jobs, ICT skills and ICT research. For this purpose, we propose the direction determination algorithm using the Hough transformation and horizontal line search with vision information. Our proposal shows that this scheme can be used in any indoor environment where there are horizontal line structures (corner, any notice on the wall). In order to verify the proposed algorithm, we perform the experiments by the mobile robot utilizing a webcam as a vision sensor. State-of-the-art approaches usually use supervised machine learning algorithms to gather data from a variety of sources in this medical ecosystem, mining this data for specific event patterns and information discovery. Supervised approaches not only limit the type of detectable events, but also requires learning examples be given to the machine learning algorithm in advance. On the other hand, the more generic and flexible unsupervised machine learning methods currently produce such complex results, that the domain experts are not capable of assessing the results in a natural and efficient manner. In this paper, we present a novel framework with which SM-EI field practitioners can interact with medical ecosystem data, and assess the results of such complex unsupervised SM-EI algorithms. The present paper discusses the missing requirements to support daily life situations of elderly people. Therefore, we introduce metrics to evaluate smart home architectures for AAL. Furthermore, we will elaborate extensions to Persona, the most advanced architecture approach of our investigation. The goal of this research is to present an architecture that meets all requirements including those which were identified as missing or have not been taken into account completely. The design of fuzzy logic controller (FLC), however, has some difficulties such as formation of the fuzzy rules, tuning of the scale factor and the rule explosion. The decision of fuzzy rules are not easy since the fuzzy rule is formed by the expert's experience. Finding suitable scale factor is difficult as conventional PID ones since it takes long time. As input increase, fuzzy rule increase exponentially. To overcome these problems, the information integration is used for preventing the rule explosion and fixed the fuzzy rules and scaling factor is used. we proposed Fuzzy PD Controller Tuning method by using Quantum-inspired Evolution algorithm (QEA).
