It needs to be a concern for policy makers whether financial inclusion is evenly distributed in various regencies and cities. It also becomes a need for more effective and efficient financial inclusion programs. This study aims to calculate and analyze financial inclusion index of regencies and cities in South Sumatra. Methodology to calculate financial inclusion index follows Sarma’s concept. The result shows that the level of financial inclusion in South Sumatra is different in each region. There are significant differences between the city and regency areas. The city areas in the South Sumatra Province has a relatively higher financial inclusion than the regency area.","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122692958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses hand-delivery, mail and online survey method with the criterion of government auditors who have carried out audit assignments for at least 1 year. The total respondents in this study is 94 government auditors. Conflict management style in this study consist of collaborative, dominating and avoidant, while role stress consists of role conflict, role ambiguity and role overload. The result of Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square shows that government auditor's perception of collaborative conflict management is negatively related to role conflict and role overload, but positively related to role ambiguity. Government auditor's perception of dominating conflict management style is positively related to role conflict, but not related with role ambiguity and role overload. Government auditor's perception of avoidant conflict management style is positively related to role conflict and role overload, but not related with role ambiguity.","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"13 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120855818","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mismatch that occurred was education mismatch with the category of undereducation and overeducation . Using 2018 Sakernas data, the unit of analysis consisted of 13,683 workers of which 74.66 percent of workers experienced mismatches and the remaining 25.34 percent of workers matched educational qualifications with their jobs. The problem of mismatch will have an impact on income. Estimation results using the OLS model, simultaneously shows that all determinants of worker's income, namely age, working hours and education have a significant effect. It was found that the most dominant variable affecting worker income statistically significantly both undereducation and overeducation was education, where changes in employee income overeducation due to changes in the level of education were two times greater than changes in under education workers.","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129882041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Five hundred front and back office employees who work at seven Islamic banks from four different locations are selected randomly as respondents, and as many as four hundred and eighty-seven questionnaires are returned in fully filled status. The multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the model in explaining the causal relationship among the three variables, and all items in the questionnaires are first tested for validity and reliability. The results show that all items, 8 items of transactional leadership, 12 items of transformational leadership, and 5 items of job satisfaction are valid and reliable. Hypothesis test results show that transactional leadership and transformational leadership simultaneously influence job satisfaction and there are no partial effects of the two leaderships, transactional or transformational styles on job satisfaction. These support previous studies which stated that transactional leadership and transformational leadership are complementary and interrelated. In addition, the results indicate that the leadership styles have a role in creating job satisfaction directly without any combination of other variables.","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125576458","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The calculation results show that the efficiency level of this industry is still low, so it needs to be strived to continue to be improved. Based on data, that the decrease in labor use is followed by an increase in the amount of production. This indicates that in this type of industry, the role of labor (Human) has begun to be replaced with systems or machines. The variables used to calculate optimal city measurements are the number of residents, the cost of the city management and the value of benefits for the citizens of the city. The research period is 2007-2017. The research uses descriptive and exploratory research methods by testing or proving theories to measure the optimization of city size. Hypothesis testing is done with economic modeling, namely the Multiple Linear Regression equation model with the least-squares method. The results showed that the variable population and population growth significantly affected the cost of city management and the benefits received for the residents of Palembang City, namely the creation of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"156 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131831307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
