There is a possibility that funds are given to the area has not been efficient so poverty reduction is not optimal. The research focuses on the efficiency of specific allocation funds and village funds as an input factor and the level of poverty as an ouput. The data used is secondary data and processed with the DEA model. Research findings with the CRS and VRS methods indicate that the average district/city has not been efficient in using specific allocation funds and village funds. Therefore, contributions of special allocation funds and village funds to poverty rates are relatively low.","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129761737","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method uses laboratory experiments, which are data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a case scenario of emotional exhaustion employes. A questionnaire was distributed to 190 economics faculty students department of management. The structural equation model (SEM) is then applied for data analysis. The results showed that customer orientation attitude was significantly related to surface acting in the restaurant industry. Surface acting variables cannot mediate the relationship between customer orientation attitude and emotional exhaustion. and surface acting has a significant impact on emotional exhaustion. Based on these findings, theoretical and practical implications are provided, as well as limitations and research recommendations for future studies.","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"50 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123350444","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research objective is to find out whether the industrial sector can be an engine of growth at the full employment level. The results showed that the industrial sector can take a share of 34 percent of economic growth. However, if the input factor is also allocated to the agriculture and mining sectors, the role of industry actually decreases to 14.6 percent. The role of manufacturing does not specifically accelerate the pace of economic growth in South Sumatra. This can be seen from the small and insignificant influence of the difference between the growth of manufacturing with agriculture and mining on the economic growth of South Sumatra. This means that the growth of the manufacturing sector is relatively not greater than the growth of the non-manufacturing sector or even a negative difference, which means faster growth of other sectors. The role of the industrial sector in creating employment is in line with the share of the creation of added value in the industrial sector which is also not yet encouraging in terms of the process of structural transformation. The role of the industrial sector in creating employment opportunities can be said to be insignificant.","PeriodicalId":297113,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th Sriwijaya Economics, Accounting, and Business Conference (SEABC 2019)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115735070","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
