The insurance strategy under study is that the entire area on which the insured crop is grown is divided into several areas, each of which has its insurance parameter - the level of insured yield. The task is to find the optimal partition. The proposed strategy is evaluated according to two criteria: the total average income and the reliability of the harvest. It raises new questions of modeling competition in information oligopolistic markets, which are dictated primarily by peculiarities of consumer behavior, an increasing role of network effect and switching costs. This paper shows the impact of switching costs in the situation when ecosystem-leader is lowering prices. The list of problems still includes the issues of control signal transmission - including the possibility of using various neural interfaces, such as oculographic, based on electroencephalogram signals, exoskeleton and others is actively investigated. The work investigates the possibility of reading the operator's control signal in the form of blinks by means of the electroencephalogram. The authors present a scheme of the approach, a description of the software prototype and examples of its operation. The study has shown that the approach of transmitting a control signal through the operator's eye blinks using a brain-computer interface allows you to control the robot in real time. We studied the criteria for selecting investment program proposals for company's forecasting activities. The article analyzes the criteria for investment process efficiency aimed at implementing projects of environmental reconstruction, technical re-equipment and further development of the oil business. It is recommended to carry out operational and medium-term planning in a format in which the main production, economic and environmental indicators for the previous first three years of the enterprise's activity are known and the planned indicators for the fourth year are identified. Based on the optimal values of the criteria application for the functions of pure and mixed strategies for managing investments in production and the environment, the indicators of the economic attractiveness of alternative projects for the development of the oil business are calculated.
