De récentes recherches portant intérêt à la géographie de cette économie ont théorisé les logiques spatio-fonctionnelles auxquelles se soumettent les territoires de l’économie culturelle où préfigurent les concepts d’effets de lieu et de milieu. S’inscrivant dans un cadre de recherche où géographie économique et géographie culturelle se croisent, le présent article propose d’examiner la dimension urbaine de l’artisanat traditionnel de Constantine par l’analyse des effets précités à l’échelle de sa médina, territoire emblématique de cet artisanat. De quelle manière la médina se mobilise- t-elle pour la production artisanale, quels effets de lieu et de milieu exerce t- elle ?","PeriodicalId":295103,"journal":{"name":"les cahiers du cread","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128333050","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this context, this paper aims at highlighting the methodology of such an approach with an application to Algeria. Our findings show that low private returns to economic activities due to micro risks (high taxes, weak contract enforcement & property rights, electricity shortcomings, corruption…), and insufficient access to finance, are a critical binding’s constraint to growth in the country. However, unlocking Algeria’s growth potential requires that economic policymakers should prioritize their intervention on the removing of such constraints.","PeriodicalId":295103,"journal":{"name":"les cahiers du cread","volume":"143 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122065544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To evaluate the potentially existing risk of developing type 2 diabetes, the Finnish Diabetes Risk score was used to design a questionnaire that was randomly administered to 178 taxi drivers. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS v.26 at 0.05 and our survey was performed in September 2019. We found that the probability of developing the disease among the taxi drivers who were over 55 years was higher than those who were under 55 years. In addition, eating fruits and vegetables regularly had no significant impact on reducing the risk of developing type 2 diabetes whereas physical activity showed a significant impact. Also, taxi drivers were characterized by a lack of physical activity and 35.3% of them did not have health insurance. An active policy can be initiated by including discounts in sports clubs for people below 55 years old, and free access for those over 55.","PeriodicalId":295103,"journal":{"name":"les cahiers du cread","volume":"214 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122374606","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

En théorie, elles sont considérées comme essentielles dans toutes les formations, et en particulier dans les formations d’ingénieurs du fait de leur vocation professionnalisante. Basé sur une enquête qualitative menée entre 2018 et 2020 et constituée de l’analyse des curricula et d’une campagne d’entretiens avec des enseignants et des responsables pédagogiques dans trois écoles d’ingénieurs algériennes, cet article ambitionne d’identifier les différentes compétences transversales visées par les écoles d’ingénieurs en Algérie. Il vise également à saisir les objectifs et les enjeux recherchés à travers la mise en place de ces compétences à travers les discours les acteurs interviewés. Cette étude montre que les écoles introduisent des compétences transversales afin de former des ingénieurs généralistes, mais leur pourcentage reste faible et leur présence timide. Elle montre aussi, que l’environnement dans les écoles n’est pas vraiment capacitant et met en lumière le problème du manque de moyens (humains et financiers) dans les écoles d’ingénieurs algériennes pour pleinement atteindre les ambitions de formation exprimées.","PeriodicalId":295103,"journal":{"name":"les cahiers du cread","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129810531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our work was built around the theoretical concepts relating to the educational uses of ICT and the factors that influence ICT integration in pedagogical tasks. This work starts from this standpoint and seeks to propose objective solutions that are expected to provide relevant elements of thinking about the problematic of the pedagogical integration of ICT in the Algerian universities. That is why we have chosen the University of Tlemcen, among the first Algerian universities and the main promoter institution of higher education in the country, as our main field of research. We propose a conceptual model encompassing the factors that affect ICT integration. We contribute to existing literature in three ways: First, the impact of each institutional quality indicator on FDI flows is examined separately. Second, construct an institutional index in order to capture the overall impact of institutions on FDI. Finally, the paper also looks at the impact of the Arab Spring on FDI flows. Based on dynamic panel models, the empirical results show that some institutional indicators are more important than others in attracting more FDI in-flows. The results indicate that, the investment profile, law and order, and political institutions, lead to increased FDI flows. We also find a negative association between the Arab Spring unrest and FDI inflows.","PeriodicalId":295103,"journal":{"name":"les cahiers du cread","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130073845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Considering that the equilibrium exchange rate of the Algerian dinar is determined by a set of fundamentals of the national economy, the study reached the following main results: In the long run, there are positive relationships between the real effective exchange rate and the differential productivity, real oil price and net capital flows. Whereas, there are inverse relationships between the dependent variable and each of the trade openness, General government final consumption expenditure (% of GDP). The second result is that the REER registered a number of deviations from its equilibrium level, that vary between overvaluation and undervaluation. The third result is that the exchange rate cannot be the only adjustment variable, given the extent of macroeconomic imbalances (internal and external). Parallel efforts at fiscal consolidation and deep structural reforms to diversify the economy and accelerate growth are also essential.","PeriodicalId":295103,"journal":{"name":"les cahiers du cread","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128578514","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cependant, la réussite du partenariat est compromise par l’optimisation de la répartition des risques entre les parties contractantes. Considérant ce postulat, la présente recherche se propose d’explorer les pratiques de répartition des risques mises en place dans un échantillon de PPP en Algérie. En adoptant une approche qualitative, l’étude a porté sur les PPP contractés dans le secteur des transports, des ressources en eau et de l’énergie, en l’occurrence le port de Bejaia, les stations de dessalement de l’eau de mer, la gestion de l’eau potable (SEAAL) et le métro d’Alger. Les résultats de cette recherche nous ont permis de mettre en évidence la performance quantitative comme élément fédérateur pour l’ensemble des partenariats et ce, dans l’objectif de combler le déficit enregistré dans le service public visé par le contrat. En outre, la répartition des risques n’a pas fait l’objet de négociation ou de cadrage contractuel clair, à l’exception du projet des stations de dessalement de l’eau de mer où une matrice détaillée d’allocation des risques, présents et futurs inhérents aux projets, a été élaborée et adoptée par les partenaires.","PeriodicalId":295103,"journal":{"name":"les cahiers du cread","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125475092","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
