In order to solve these problems, analytical network process (ANP) was utilized to estimate the risk possibility. Risk factors index system of bank financing products were built firstly. ANP considered all kinds of risk factors as well as influence among them. The feedback relation between every two factors were described and calculated. Finally all of the risk factors were sorted synthetically. So the image has a low SNR and the detection of the dim point target under the low conditions becomes the sticking point. We introduce a novel tracking system based on dynamic programming algorithm (DPA). This algorithm can detect the dim point targets under the condition of low SNR. The dynamic programming technique can detect the trace of the point target which is moving with straight line and reduce the calculation amount. This paper presents hand gesture recognition applied human-computer interaction (HCI) system. It presents new method to automatic gesture area segmentation and orientation normalization of the gesture. It is not mandatory for the user to keep upright gestures in the regular position, the system segments and normalizes the gestures automatically. The method is an unsupervised nonlinear dimensionality reduction approach that utilizes the local linearity to discover the low dimensional manifold embedded in the high dimensional space. This suggests that the method may preserve the neighborhood configuration for the nonlinear structure of the multi-view hand shape data distribution. The experiment shows this method is very accurate. The sampling principle of UKF is firstly addressed, which is based on moment matching method. Then we designed an extended symmetric sampling strategy, given an n-dimensional state, which defines 4n+1 symmetric points that lie on axes to fully represent the mean and covariance of the state. The performance of the two UKFs, namely, the UKF and the extended symmetric UKF (EUKF), is compared by using the mean of the root of mean square error. The practice showed that the model has well recognizes the precision.
