An ideal green alternative has become an important issue in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks (VANETs). In this paper, we propose a novel framework of energy harvesting and cooperation to maximize the life cycle in VENETs. In this VANET scenario, the RSU node can harvest energy from the nature and also receive down steam vehicle energy dispatch to maintain the energy needed for data transmission, may transfers a portion of obtained energies by RSU nodes to the neighboring RSU nodes through energy cooperation. Each vehicle can access the RSU in two ways: 1) direct delivery when the vehicle is within the transmission range of the RSU; 2) multi-hop relay when the vehicle is not within the transmission range of the RSU. By analysing the data rate, transmission power and energy transmission, we solve the problem of maximum network life cycle in the conservation law of energy and traffic. We consider involving energy constraints and data transmission joint problem, we optimize each RUS nodes energy management over vehicular outgoing data links and its energy transfers to neighboring RSU nodes. For this case, with no energy cooperation, we show that each RSU node should allocate more power to links with more noise and/or more data flow. In addition, when there is energy cooperation, our numerical results indicate that the energy is routed from nodes with higher energy to nodes with lower energy. According to the calculation results, the spatial layout of artistic furniture is simulated by combining geographic information system technology. According to the simulation results, judgment is made, and the evaluation grade of the rationality index of artistic furniture layout is divided. According to the divided evaluation grades, judge its rationality, and finally realize the quasi-evaluation of the rationality of artistic furniture layout. The updated guidelines stipulate that if a invention relating to computer program or business model includes a technical feature, it should not be excluded from being patent eligible. Four types of claims, which are method, program module, computer system and storage media, are provided to protect the invention patent application on the computer program processing flow based on the amendment. Since artificial intelligence related inventions include methods for implementing mental steps using computers and devices designed to automate mental activities, the implicit requirements for judging patent eligibility may be inconsistent with the nature of artificial intelligence technology. Many schemes of the FPGA-based 2-D convolver are focused on the buffer scheme and computational complexity. This paper optimizes the convolution unit from a unique perspective – underlying resource utilization, and presents a novel reconfigurable 2-D convolver. The purpose of this structure is to probe into the internal structure and resources of DSP blocks in FPGA and give full play to their computing power to complete convolution. This 2-D convolver can greatly reduce the consumption of logic resources without sacrificing the equivalent performance of convolution. The matched filtering method is used to reduce the noise of the monitored video image, the adaptive association rule learning algorithm is used to construct the fuzzy feature large data set, and the edge profile feature detection algorithm is used for feature decomposition. The key action point fusion method is used to enhance the fuzzy information of the monitored video image, and the region equivalent histogram of the monitored video image is extracted. The extracted gray histogram is input into the BP neural network fuzzy feature extractor, and the adaptive association rule learning algorithm is used to optimize the monitoring video image feature clustering in the hidden layer of the fuzzy feature extractor. The fuzzy feature extraction and optimization of batch monitoring video image is realized. The simulation results show that the algorithm has good accuracy, strong ability to resist inter-class attribute disturbance, and high recall rate of monitoring video image output. The web extraction model is used to extract financial information of agricultural supply-side structural reform in Heilongjiang province from various web pages, and the extracted XML data files are sorted to remove the repetitive financial information. The sorted financial information is mapped to the database according to the set mapping rules. Clustering algorithm is used to integrate financial information data in database. In order to verify the research effect of financial information data integration under big data architecture, a comparative experiment is conducted with traditional information integration.
