Moreover, the mediating role of employee engagement in both of these associations was explored. \u0000Methodology – A cross-sectional survey was administered, targeting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Lampung, Indonesia. The study involved 198 participants and data collection was conducted through the utilization of a questionnaire. To test the hypotheses, a quantitative approach incorporating structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed, using the AMOS software package version 24.0.\u0000Findings – The study showed that P-O Fit and job satisfaction had a negative impact on turnover intention. Employee engagement was also identified as a mediating factor in both of these relationships.\u0000Originality – There was a lack of extensive study examining the correlation between the variables within the specific context of SMEs, particularly in Lampung. Therefore, this study was carried out to introduce a study model grounded in social exchange theory.","PeriodicalId":293886,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Organisasi dan Manajemen","volume":"14 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138955019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The collected data were analyzed using SEM SmartPls-3.\u0000Results – The results showed that both role conflict and role ambiguity exerted a significant negative impact on employees performance, and also contributed to increased work stress. Moreover, work stress showed a significant negative impact on employees performance. The inclusion of work stress as an intermediary highlighted its role in mediating the negative relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity, and employees performance.\u0000Originality – Incorporating work stress as a mediator in the connection between these variables enriched the exploration of the interrelation. Methodology – Questionnaires were used in this quantitative study, to obtain information from 61 employees, with subsequent analysis implementing the Structural Equation Model SmartPLS 4.0. Results – The results showed that EP was significantly influenced by POF, JS, and OC. This indicated that POF relevantly influenced employee JS. POF and JS also significantly influenced OC. Moreover, the compatibility between employees and organization significantly influenced EP through JS and OC. POF also substantially influenced OC, mediated by JS. Based on the mediation by OC, JS then significantly influenced EP. Originality – This study investigated the employee issues that significantly and widely impacted organizational performance. It also provided a deeper comprehension of the personal relationships between organization fit, employee engagement, and JS.","PeriodicalId":293886,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Organisasi dan Manajemen","volume":"34 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139175857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data was gathered using documentation instruments and the distribution of online questionnaires. The foundation for selecting the sample was oriented towards a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling formula. This research comprised a sample of 200 consumers who made buying of fashion products through E-Commerce.\u0000Findings – The results showed that celebrity endorser, fashion involvement, and shopping lifestyle positively and significantly affected impulsive buying. Meanwhile, sales promotion had a positive and insignificant effect on impulsive buying.\u0000Originality – The interaction between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement formed very high impulsive buying patterns on E-Commerce. These two concepts were interrelated and strengthened each other. The research sample included 375 students who were currently enrolled in university and had attended online courses. The collected data will be analyzed using SEM Amos.\u0000Result – The results of data processing and analysis revealed that the factor influencing students' decisions to continue choosing online learning methods was students' attitudes towards online learning methods. Because there was a strong incentive to choose online lectures if the student's attitude was positive. In addition, students' decisions to choose online learning methods in the post-COVID-19 pandemic will be heavily influenced by their experience taking online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, experience influences student attitudes, perceptions, and motivation.\u0000Originality – This research used Attitude, Perception, Motivation, and Experience as mediators to analyze students' decisions to continue choosing online learning methods.
