The data obtained were then examined using SmartPLS 3.2.9.\u0000Findings - The results showed that workload did not impact turnover intention, with burnout serving as a mediator. Moreover, the mediating role of employee engagement in both of these associations was explored. \u0000Methodology – A cross-sectional survey was administered, targeting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Lampung, Indonesia. The study involved 198 participants and data collection was conducted through the utilization of a questionnaire. To test the hypotheses, a quantitative approach incorporating structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed, using the AMOS software package version 24.0.\u0000Findings – The study showed that P-O Fit and job satisfaction had a negative impact on turnover intention. Employee engagement was also identified as a mediating factor in both of these relationships.\u0000Originality – There was a lack of extensive study examining the correlation between the variables within the specific context of SMEs, particularly in Lampung. The collected data were analyzed using SEM SmartPls-3.\u0000Results – The results showed that both role conflict and role ambiguity exerted a significant negative impact on employees performance, and also contributed to increased work stress. Moreover, work stress showed a significant negative impact on employees performance. The inclusion of work stress as an intermediary highlighted its role in mediating the negative relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity, and employees performance.\u0000Originality – Incorporating work stress as a mediator in the connection between these variables enriched the exploration of the interrelation. Rino","doi":"10.33830/jom.v19i2.5494.2023","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33830/jom.v19i2.5494.2023","url":null,"abstract":"Purpose – The main purpose of this study was to assess how Work-Family conflict, workload, and work stress function as mediating factors influencing the performance of female employees at BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) in the West Sumatra Province. \u0000Methodology – This quantitative investigation was conducted using a survey approach, with the sample consisting of 188 married or formerly married female employees out of a total of 128 participants. A questionnaire was used as an instrument which was designed using Google form and consisted of 58 questions. Furthermore, the sampling was carried out using Cluster Sampling, with districts/cities serving as the clusters. Descriptive statistical and Partial Least Square (PLS) analyses were adopted for the data analysis process using the Smart PLS 3.2.3 program.\u0000Findings – The results showed that workload and Work-Family conflict had a positive influence on both work pressure and the performance of female employees. Meanwhile, Work-Family conflict and work pressure negatively influenced the performance of female employees. Methodology – Questionnaires were used in this quantitative study, to obtain information from 61 employees, with subsequent analysis implementing the Structural Equation Model SmartPLS 4.0. Results – The results showed that EP was significantly influenced by POF, JS, and OC. This indicated that POF relevantly influenced employee JS. POF and JS also significantly influenced OC. Moreover, the compatibility between employees and organization significantly influenced EP through JS and OC. POF also substantially influenced OC, mediated by JS. Based on the mediation by OC, JS then significantly influenced EP. Originality – This study investigated the employee issues that significantly and widely impacted organizational performance. Despite this, a gap exists in understanding the role of internet information, necessitating further investigation. \u0000Methodology – The study utilizes a quantitative, causal research approach with a questionnaire survey involving 151 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is employed for data analysis.\u0000Findings – The study reveals that positive user experience encourages product switching, while user satisfaction has a negative effect with the intention to switch. Additionally, internet information moderates the impact of user satisfaction, offering insights into users' product-switching tendencies. The data was gathered using documentation instruments and the distribution of online questionnaires. The foundation for selecting the sample was oriented towards a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling formula. This research comprised a sample of 200 consumers who made buying of fashion products through E-Commerce.\u0000Findings – The results showed that celebrity endorser, fashion involvement, and shopping lifestyle positively and significantly affected impulsive buying. Meanwhile, sales promotion had a positive and insignificant effect on impulsive buying.\u0000Originality – The interaction between shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement formed very high impulsive buying patterns on E-Commerce. These two concepts were interrelated and strengthened each other. The research sample included 375 students who were currently enrolled in university and had attended online courses. The collected data will be analyzed using SEM Amos.\u0000Result – The results of data processing and analysis revealed that the factor influencing students' decisions to continue choosing online learning methods was students' attitudes towards online learning methods. Because there was a strong incentive to choose online lectures if the student's attitude was positive. In addition, students' decisions to choose online learning methods in the post-COVID-19 pandemic will be heavily influenced by their experience taking online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, experience influences student attitudes, perceptions, and motivation.\u0000Originality – This research used Attitude, Perception, Motivation, and Experience as mediators to analyze students' decisions to continue choosing online learning methods. Sailah","doi":"10.33830/jom.v19i2.6381.2023","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33830/jom.v19i2.6381.2023","url":null,"abstract":"Purpose – This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality on student satisfaction as well as formulate quality improvement strategies for State University-Public Service Agency (SU-PSA) in Indonesia. \u0000Methodology – The respondents included 290 students from 17 SU-PSA, and the Structural Equation Modeling and Smart PLS were used to analyze data and calculate Community Satisfaction Index (CSI). \u0000Results – The results showed that three dimensions (tangibles, responsiveness, and empathy) had a significant effect on student satisfaction at SU-PSA, and two dimensions (reliability and assurance) had no significant impact. Furthermore, tangibles specifically exerted the most significant effect. These results contributed to SU-PSA management in quality improvement strategies and formulating policies for enhancing service completion time for student and addressing complaints, suggestions, and feedback. Improvement quality of educational staff regarding responsiveness and efficiency in serving student could be achieved through training, development, and public awareness efforts. The ability of the leaders of organization to strategically determine the direction of changes and manage change are the fundamental skills.\u0000Methodology - This research is qualitative research using multiple-case study that carried out in six organizational settings within three different sectors. Data were collected in 2021, from archival reviews and semi-structured interviews with eighteen change leaders, from six organizations. The data coded and analyzed using NVIVO to find out the common pattern on how the leaders managing changes in three sectors.\u0000Findings - The research identify five common building blocks of change: identifying rooms for improvement, organizing change agents, mobilizing support, executing change, and sustaining the change results.\u0000Originality - Leadership development is identified as the most effective strategies for sustaining change and transformation initiatives in all three sectors.
