Bu izler, fiziksel, kimyasal, ısıl ve mekanik etkilerle meydana gelir.Yüzey pürüzlülüğü, işlenen parçaların kalitesini etkileyen önemli bir faktördür. Pürüzlülüğü minimizeetmek ve istenilen kaliteyi elde etmek için doğru kesici aletlerin seçimi, kesme parametrelerinin doğrukullanımı ve işleme şartlarının kontrolü gerekmektedir. Yüzey kalitesi, yataklama, aşınma ve malzemeyorulması gibi faktörler için de önemlidir. Yüzey pürüzlülüğünün ölçümü için indüktif prob tabanlı cihazlarkullanılarak doğru ve hızlı sonuçlar elde edilebilir. Talaş kaldırma işleminin temel amacı, parçalara istenenşekli vermek ve toleranslara uygun üretim yapmaktır. Yüzey kalitesinin iyileştirilmesi için malzeme, kesicitakım, takım tezgahı ve işleme yöntemleri gibi alanlarda gelişmeler yaşanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yapaysinir ağları kullanılarak yüzeyde oluşan girinti ve çıkıntıların alan bakımından eşitlendiği orta ekseninüstünde ve altında kalan alanların aritmetik ortalaması tespit edilmiştir. Model içerisinde 6033 parametreile işlem yapılmış ve tespit sonucunda yüzde 98 başarım elde edilmiştir. Abrasive wear and compression strength testswere carried out on the composite samples. According to the data obtained, the type of ceramic oxidereinforcement in the composite structure was compared according to the wear behavior and compressivestrength. As a result of the abrasive wear tests carried, the lowest wear loss amount was obtained from theAl2O3 reinforced composite, while the highest wear loss value was obtained from the WO3 reinforcedsample. Looking at the compressive strengths, it was seen that the highest compressive stress was obtainedfrom the Al2O3 reinforced composite, while the lowest compressive stress value was obtained from theNd2O3 reinforced sample. It was understood that the hardness values of the ceramic oxides doped into theAl2024 matrix directly affect the wear loss and compressive strength values of the composite structures. Fractal decomposition is an effective technique forbreaking down a PCG signal into simpler components based on their fractal features. The suggested methodfor fractal decomposition employs the wavelet-based multifractal analysis (WB-MFA) method, which hasalready been proved to be successful for PCG segmentation. Davranışsal finansteorisi, yatırımcıların rasyonel olmadıklarını ve çeşitli psikolojik faktörlerin etkisi altında yatırım kararıverdiklerini ileri sürmektedir. Bu faktörler arasında yatırımcıların finansal varlıkların gelecekteki nakitakışları ve riskine ilişkin olarak eldeki bilgiler ile desteklenmemesine rağmen oluşturdukları inanışlarönemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu inanışlar yatırımcı duyarlılığı olarak adlandırılır ve yatırımcıların yatırımkararlarını nasıl verdiklerini ve menkul kıymet taleplerinin nasıl oluştuğunu açıklamaya yardımcı olur.Yatırımcı duyarlılığı aynı zamanda menkul kıymetlerin fiyat ve getiri davranışlarını öngörmeye de katkısağlar.Bu çalışma, Türkiye’de yatırımcı duyarlılığının hisse senedi piyasası üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktadır.Bu amaçla, yatırımcı duyarlılığını temsilen tüketici güven endeksi (TGE) kullanılmıştır. TGE’nin hissesenedi piyasası ile ilişkisini incelemek için BIST 100 endeksi seçilmiştir.Çalışma kapsamında Ocak 2012-Mayıs 2023 dönemine ait aylık veriler kullanılmıştır. Veriler TürkiyeCumhuriyeti Merkez Bankası’nın elektronik veri dağıtım sisteminden elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikleverilerin durağanlık özellikleri Lee- Strazicich Durağanlık (Birim Kök) Testi ile test edilmiştir. Daha sonraveriler arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi Toda-Yamamoto testi ile araştırılmıştır. Bu test, seriler arasındakinedensellik ilişkisini eşbütünleşme durumuna bakmaksızın tespit etmeye olanak sağlamaktadır.Sonuçlar, TGE ile BIST 100 endeksi arasında tek yönlü nedensellik ilişkisi olduğunu göstermekte, bu dayatırımcı duyarlılığının hisse senedi piyasası hareketlerini etkilediğini göstermektedir. Overdosingon tramadol has been reported to cause acute liver failure. Tramadol-related minor enzyme increases areoften asymptomatic, self-limited, and resolve even when medication is continued. This investigationexamines the short- and long-term effects of tramadol use on liver enzymes in an animal model. The studyinvolved sixty (60) mature Wistar rats of both sexes. Tramadol (300g) were administered to the animals inthe experimental and control groups in the following ways: Before being sacrificed, Group A (n = 5 Malesand 5 Females) received no treatment within the study's time frame. Group B (n = 5 Males and 5 Females)received tramadol 30 mg/kg body weight for 7 days and were sacrificed; Group C (n = 5 Males and 5Females) received tramadol 30 mg/kg body weight for 14 days and were sacrifice; Group D (n = 5 Malesand 5 Females) received tramadol 30 mg/kg body weight for 21 days and were sacrifice, Group E (n = 5Male and 5 Female) received tramadol 30 mg/kg body weight for 42 days and were sacrificed, while GroupF (n = 5 Male and 5 Female) withdrew for 3 weeks after receiving tramadol 30 mg/kg for three weeksbefore sacrificing. Liver was removed from the animals for biochemical examination. The findings of theSPSS analysis on the generated data were expressed as mean SEM. After three and six weeks of tramadoladministration, the results obtained demonstrated a progressive increase in weight and an increase in theactivities of ALT, ALP, and AST in the plasma while decreasing the level of total protein, albumin, directbilirubin as well as indirect bilirubin as compared to the control rats. Therefore, this study comes to theconclusion that tramadol has harmful effects, both acute and chronic, on the structure and operation ofhepatic tissue in wistar rats. Popüler ve güncel YOLO modellerinden olan YOLOv5, YOLOv7 ve YOLOv8 uygulanmıştır.Model eğitilmeden önce beyin tümörleri tespitinde daha iyi sonuç vermesi adına görüntüler üzerinde renkdönüşümleri, histogram eşitleme, renk kanalları ve bu kanallar üzerinde filtre işlemleri gerçekleştirilmiş veen belirgin olan sonuç tüm görsellere uygulanmıştır. The approach included using ReactJS for front-enddevelopment, integrating WalletConnect and MetaMask for secure purchases, and using the PostgreSQLdatabase with the Django Rest framework for efficient data management. The goal was to create an easyto-learn interface that would appeal to a wide range of users. The main results of the project were thesuccessful integration of WalletConnect and MetaMask, which allow users to securely transfer Ethereumfrom their personal wallets to the site’s pool wallet with minimal transaction fees. The integration ofCoinGecko has increased transparency for customers by showing them the real-time dollar equivalent ofthe Ethereum price on product pages. Additionally, the existence of a membership system enabled userregistration and facilitated store opening requests, providing access to a dedicated panel for productmanagement for approved vendors. Important results from this research show that Web3 technologies offera secure shopping experience using Ethereum. WalletConnect and MetaMask integration provided areliable environment for transactions, minimizing the risk of failed or incorrect payments. The successfuladoption of cryptocurrency as a payment method in the context of online shopping highlights the potentialof decentralized finance in traditional e-commerce applications. In summary, the Crypto Market projectdemonstrates the advantages and feasibility of incorporating cryptocurrency payments into online shoppingsites. MnS nanoparticles were synthesized using the microwave synthesis method.Additionally, a multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) was incorporated into the MnS structure toprepare MnS@%10MWCNT. The microwave synthesis method was chosen due to its fast, energy-efficient,and easily controllable synthesis process. The size and morphological properties of the synthesizednanoparticles were determined using analytical techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanningelectron microscopy (SEM). The results demonstrated that the microwave-synthesized MnS nanoparticlespossessed a crystalline structure and a homogeneous distribution. The incorporation of MWCNT wasconfirmed through SEM images and XRD analysis. Subsequently, the usability of the synthesized MnS andMnS@%10MWCNT nanoparticles in supercapacitor applications was evaluated. The supercapacitorperformance was examined using electrochemical characterization methods such as cyclic voltammetry andcontinuous charge-discharge tests. The results of the study revealed that MnS nanoparticles exhibited highcapacitance and fast charge-discharge characteristics in supercapacitor devices. Furthermore, it wasobserved that the capacitance and stability increased with the incorporation of MWCNT. This studydemonstrates the potential of MnS and MnS@%10MWCNT nanoparticles in energy storage. Themicrowave-synthesized MnS and MnS@%10MWCNT nanoparticles highlight their potential insupercapacitor applications. Supercapacitors are divided into two categories as EDLC andpseudo capacitors. Pseudo capacitors use materials that exhibit pseudo capacitance, such as transition metaloxides/sulphides and conductive polymers. Electrochemical studies and synthesis methods of polymerbased metal oxide composites, polyaniline and polypyrrole are examined in detail. Evaluating the variousmethods used in the preparation of supercapacitor electrodes, an idea is presented on the selection ofsuitable materials for electrochemical applications. Conductive polymers have good capacitance behaviorbut low cyclic stability. Transition metal sulfides exhibit electrochemical performance with highcapacitance values and excellent redox reversibility. This study investigates NiS/PPy polymer assupercapacitor electrode material. The NiS structure was synthesized using Na2S and nickel foam. NiS-PPycoating was carried out by electrochemical coating method. Structures were characterized by XRD andSEM, electrochemical studies such as cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic discharge (GCD) werecarried out. The objective of this project is to seamlesslycombine a mobile game with a website and a distinctive token ecosystem to provide players with anenjoyable experience. For the purposes of creating mobile games, websites, and smart contracts,respectively, the Unity Game Engine and the \"Next.js' framework, Solidity, are employed. The projectmakes use of Web3 Modal, the MetaMask extension, Microsoft Azure PlayFab for player management,and Web3 Modal for a seamless interface with blockchain networks. The main outcomes of the projectinclude successful implementations like a mobile game with simple gameplay that players can quicklyunderstand and a website with an interface that will allow you to withdraw crypto tokens securely usingsmart contracts. By offering real benefits like personalized crypto tokens, the idea increases playerparticipation. The primary conclusion to be drawn from this project is that combining gaming withblockchain integration results in a unique and engaging experience for gamers.
