Berdasarkan pengumpulan data awal yang telah dilakukan, belum ada penelitian secara khusus yang terkait dengan evaluasi dan analisis dari segi penerimaan pengguna, manfaat dan kondisi nyata pada sistem informasi ft.ung.ac.id. Sebuah sistem informasi dikatakan layak dan sukses jika memenuhi faktor kemudahan pengguna dan kebutuhan pengguna. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan pengguna ft.ung.ac.id melalui pendekatan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan 3 variabel antara lain persepsi kemudahan (Perceived Ease Of Use), pengaruh persepsi kegunaaan (Prceived Usefulness), dan kondisi nyata penggunaan sistem informasi (Actual Usage) dengan total sampel 340 dari total populasi 2.291. Setelah dilakukan pengujian tingkat penerimaan sistem informasi melalui metode TAM, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ft.ung.ac.id dinyatakan layak digunakan. Pengujian hipotesis memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan dari standar yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 1,967.ft.ung.ac.id is an information system which serves as a media for dissemination of information from thr UNG faculty of engineering. Based on the preliminary data collection that has been conducted, no studies have been conducted specifically to evaluate and analyze user acceptance, benefits, and actual condition of the ft.ung.ac.id system. Information system is considered feasible and successful when it meets the user convenience factor and user needs. The purpose of this study was the measure the level of user acceptance of ft.ung.ac.id trought the tecnology Acceptance moder (TAM) method approach whit tree variables, including Perceived Ease Of Use, the effect of Perceived Usefulness, and the Actual Usage of information system with a total sample of 340 from a total population of 2,291. Furtermoew, after testing the level of acceptance of information system trough the TAM method, it was concluded that the ft.ung.ac.id information system is feasible to use. Kenyataannya banyak ruangan yang menyalakan lampu siang hari, penggunaan AC serta peralatan listrik lainnya tanpa adanya kegiatan dalam ruangan tersebut. Berdasarkan data dari bagian rumah tangga Universitas Negeri Gorontalo penggunaan energi listrik pada Fakultas Teknik rata-rata setiap bulan sebesar 655.140 VA dari daya terpasang sebesar 2.180.000 VA dan ini berdampak pada pembayaran rekening listrik rata-rata setiap bulannya sebesar Rp. 148.667.264,75. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsumsi energi listrik pada sistem pencahayaan, tata udara serta peralatan listrik lainnya yang digunakan pada bangunan gedung Fakultas Teknik. Metode yang digunakan adalah audit energi serta observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) bangunan gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo untuk lantai menggunakan AC sebesar 14,33 kWh/m^2/bulan dikriteriakan cukup efisien dan untuk lantai tidak   menggunakan  AC sebesar 5,2 kWh/m²/bulan dikriteriakan efisien.Academic activities carried out by universities, especially the Faculty of Engineering, can have an impact on the use of electrical energy consumption on the Gorontalo State University campus. In fact, many rooms turn on daytime lights, use AC and other electrical equipment without any activity in the room. Based on data from the household section of Gorontalo State University, the average monthly use of electrical energy at the Faculty of Engineering is 655,140 VA from an installed power of 2,180,000 VA and this has an impact on the average monthly electricity bill payment of Rp. 148,667,264.75. This research aims to analyze electrical energy consumption in lighting systems, air conditioning and other electrical equipment used in the Faculty of Engineering buildings. The methods used are energy audits and field observations. Penerapan teknologi digital dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk tetap terus meningkatkan belajar secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah perancangan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, transformasi digital media pembelajaran Teknik Elektro dan Komputer   dapat lebih optimal sebab dengan adanya pemanfaatan transformasi digital  maka diharapkan terjadinya digitalisasi dalam proses pembelajaran pada Jurusan Teknik Elektro dan Komputer, sehingga di implementasi transformasi digital pada media pembelajaran Teknik Elektro dan Komputer dapat meningkatakan  motivasi dan kemandirian belajar. Pemanfaatan transformasi digital pada  mata kuliah Teknik Telekomunikasi Dasar dan Sistem Telekomunikasi lanjut.The aim of this research is to optimize the digital media transformation of Electrical and Computer Engineering learning. So the learning process is more flexible because it can be offline as well as online and hybrid, and helps students continue to learn independently and be motivated to continue learning. Furthermore, Digital Transformation needs to be developed further to make it more interactive. Digital transformation technology is the development of future technology with digitalization. The application of digital technology can facilitate students to continue to improve their learning independently. The method used is learning media design. Penggunaan metode yang umumnya masih memiliki kekurangan. DSS didesain untuk mendukung semua langkah pengambilan keputusan dan membantu mengevaluasi setiap kriteria yang muncul dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), menetapkan kriteria dan memberikan bobot nilai sehingga mempermudah dalam mengambil keputusan terkait prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyediaan air bersih menjadi prioritas utama dengan bobot sebesar 0.69, diikuti oleh pengelolaan sampah dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0.15. Prioritas ketiga adalah sanitasi dengan bobot prioritas 0.11, dan prioritas terakhir adalah perumahan atau bantuan perbaikan rumah bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu dengan nilai bobot prioritas sebesar 0.06.This research is focused on assisting in the process of determining the priority of infrastructure development in the village. The use of commonly employed methods still has its limitations. The Decision Support System (DSS) is designed to support all steps of decision-making and aid in evaluating each criterion using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. It establishes criteria, assigns weight values, thus facilitating decision-making related to the priority of infrastructure development needed by the community. The results of this research indicate that the provision of clean water is the top priority with a weight of 0.69, followed by waste management with a priority weight of 0.15. Pada kegiatan praktikum, media praktikum yang ada masih sangat terbatas sehingga membuat para praktikan dalam hal ini mahasiswa kesulitan untuk menerapkan berbagai teori yang telah dipelajari. Selama ini, kegiatan praktikum masih dilakukan melalui simulasi pada komputer sehingga kemampuan psikomotorik mahasiswa kurang dikembangkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun modul praktikum dasar-dasar teknik digital yang mencakup gerbang logika dasar, flip-flop (RS, D, JK), multivibrator monostable, display seven segment, counter up down, dan aritmatic logic unit. Hasil dari penelitian modul praktikum yang dibuat diletakan dalam sebuah box koper yang terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu bagian penutup (gerbang logika dasar, RS flip-flop dan D flip-flop), dan bagian utama (input toggle switch, port VCC dan GND, multivibrator monostable, JK flip-flop, display seven segment, counter up down, ALU, dan output indikator LED). Input output rangkaian terhubung dengan banana socket dan tidak terhubung satu sama lain sehingga pada proses pengujian menggunakan kabel jumper yang telah dipasang banana plug dan pengujiannya berdasarkan teori dan data sheet dari setiap modul praktikum.The Departement of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo has digital engineering learning, which is Digital and Microprocessor  Engineering  courses that the theoretical and practicum  learning are conducted simultaneously. In practicum activies, the available practicum media is still limited and affect the practitioners, partycularly students, to implement the theories they have learned. In a recent period, practicum activities are still conducted through computer simulation which affects the stagnant development of psychomotor abilities. Therefore, this research aims to design and create practicum nodules for the basics of digital engineering which include basic logic gates, flip-flops (RS, D, JK), monostable multivibrators, seven segment displays, up-down counters, and unique arithmatic logic. The results of the practicum  module research that was made are placed in a suitcase box which is divided into 2 parts, the closing part (basic logic gate, RS flip-flop, and D flip-flop), and the main part (VCC and GND input toggle switch port, monostable multivibrator, JK flip-flop, seven segment display, counter up down, ALU, and output LED indicators). Prestasi ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek, seperti lama studi dan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Analisis ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan pada Perguruan Tinggi itu sendiri, serta untuk membantu Mahasiswa dalam mencapai prestasi yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan clustering prestasi akademik lulusan pada Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo untuk Tahun Akademik 2023/2024 semester Ganjil dengan menerapkan metode K-Means. Jumlah dataset lulusan yang digunakan sebanyak 240 data. Analisis clustering dilakukan berdasarkan atribut lama studi, umur, dan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya 3 (tiga) cluster utama. Cluster 1 (satu) merupakan kelompok lulusan dengan prestasi akademik cukup baik, terdiri dari 56 lulusan. Cluster 2 (dua) menggambarkan kelompok lulusan dengan prestasi akademik sangat baik, terdiri dari 138 lulusan. Sementara itu, Cluster 3 (tiga) menunjukkan kelompok lulusan dengan prestasi akademik kurang baik jika dilihat dari lama studi, terdiri dari 45 lulusan. Pemilihan jumlah cluster sebanyak 3 didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan teknik Elbow dan evaluasi Davies-Bouldin Index yang memberikan nilai terkecil yakni  0,79 sehingga hasil clustering masuk kategori baik karena nilai DBInya di bawah 1.Academic achievement is one of the important indicators to measure a student's success in completing their studies at the university. This achievement can be observed from various aspects, such as the duration of study and the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). This analysis is used to improve the quality of education at the university itself and to assist students in achieving optimal performance. This research aims to cluster the academic achievements of graduates at Ichsan Gorontalo University for the Academic Year 2023/2024 Odd Semester using the K-Means method. The number of graduate datasets used is 240. The clustering analysis is based on attributes such as the duration of study, age, and Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). The results of this study indicate the existence of 3 main clusters. Cluster 1 represents graduates with fairly good academic achievements, consisting of 56 graduates. Cluster 2 describes a group of graduates with excellent academic achievements, totaling 138 graduates. Meanwhile, Cluster 3 indicates a group of graduates with less satisfactory academic achievements when considering the duration of study, consisting of 45 graduates. The selection of 3 clusters is based on the results of the Elbow technique calculation and the evaluation of the Davies-Bouldin Index, which gives the smallest value of 0.79. The adopted approach, which also preserves the proportional integral controller's straightforward structure and features, significantly enhanced the performance of the prior proportional integral controller. The final PI controller delivers quick and precise response, strong noise rejection, and minimal sensitivity to permanent magnet synchronous motor parameter fluctuations. The findings demonstrate that the suggested controller may provide best performance in terms of accuracy, parametric variation, and load torque disturbance when entering a proportional value of 0,013 and an integral value of 16,61. The proposed method has been exhaustively tested under various circumstances. Nasibu","doi":"10.37905/jjeee.v6i1.23315","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37905/jjeee.v6i1.23315","url":null,"abstract":"Pemantauan kualitas air sungai merupakan bagian dari upaya pengelolaan kualitas air yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kualitas air sungai lewat perhitungan indeks kualitas lingkungan hidup.  Penelitian ini membuat sebuah alat monitoring kualitas air sungai dengan mengukur parameter kekeruhan, suhu, total zat padat terlarut dan pH menggunakan mikrokontroler atmega328. Perancangan alat monitoring kualitas air menggunakan metode eksperimen, terdiri dari tahap perancangan perangkat keras (hardware) dan perancangan perangkat lunak (software) dilengkapi dengan 4 sensor.  Desain menggunakain sensor kekeruhan  Module SEN0189,  sensor suhu DS18B20, sensor TDS SEN0244, dan sensor pH-4502C. Tahapan perancangan melalui proses inisialisasi  dan sketch yaitu proses inisialisasi pin dan penulisan kode program, selanjutnya diverifikasi dan diupload ke board arduino IDE. Push button switch akan memilih jenis sensor yang akan diukur. Sensor kekeruhan, sensor suhu, sensor TDS dihubungkan port USB tipe A standard ukuran 2.0,  dan sensor pH dihubungkan dengan port BNC pada arduino. Probe sensor dicelupkan pada sampel air 1000 ml, hasil pengukuran akan ditampilkan lewat monitor LCD. Hasil pengukuran dari alat ini untuk 30 jenis sampel air sungai yang berada di daerah limboto, bolango dan bone dibandingkan dengan alat standar. Hasil pengukuran suhu DS18B20 setelah dibandingakan dengan termometer alkohol menunjukkan nilai rata-rata error 1,92% dan nilai akurasi 98,08%. Hasil pengukuran TDS menggunakan sensor SEN0244 dibandingkan dengan TDS-3 dari alat standar, nilai rata-rata error TDS 14.06% dan nilai akurasi 85.94%.  Hasil pengukuran pH menggunakan sensor 4502C dibandingkan dengan alat standar ATC PH-009(I)A, nilai rata-rata error pH adalah 6.85% dan nilai akurasi 93.15%. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan pengembangan sistem doorcam dengan metode  Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) untuk Face Recognition yang berfungsi untuk pengenalan dan menggunakan algoritma Haar Cascade Classifier untuk proses pendeteksian wajah serta menggunakan sensor Passive Infra Red (PIR) untuk mengetahui seseorang datang bertamu ke rumah serta aktifitas lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui siapa yang datang ke rumah, apakah dikenali pemilik rumah atau orang asing yang kemudian sistem akan mengirimkan notifikasi hasil tangkapan kamera ke pemilik rumah lewat aplikasi internet messaging telegram. Sistem ini memanfaatkan perangkat Raspberry Pi4 yang nantinya akan dihubungkan dengan Kamera dan Telegram pada prototype doorcam. Disamping itu sistem  dapat mengirimkan pesan telegram ke pemilik rumah dengan Text To Speech serta selenoid door untuk membuka dan menutup pintu rumah melalui jaringan internet messaging. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan bila sensor PIR mendeteksi suatu gerakan akan mengaktifkan doorcam untuk mengenali bentuk wajah di kenal atau tidak, bila wajah dikenal umaka sistem akan mengaktifkan solenoid doorlock untuk membuka pintu. Bila wajah tidak dikenal sistem akan melakukan pengambilan gambar yang hasilnya akan dikirim ke aplikasi telegram.In utilizing the world of technology, there have been many development innovations in everyday life that we often encounter, especially in the field of smart homes. In this study, researchers developed a doorcam system using the Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) method for Face Recognition which functions for recognition and uses the Haar Cascade Classifier algorithm for the face detection process and uses a Passive Infra Red (PIR) sensor to find out if someone has come to visit you. home and other activities. The purpose of this study was to find out who came to the house, whether the owner recognized the house or a stranger, and then the system would send notifications captured by the camera to the home owner via the telegram internet messaging application. HAVS memberikan efek rusaknya pembuluh darah, otot dan tulang menajadi lemah, serta kehilangan sensoris secara permanen.  Seseorang yang tedampak Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) salah satunya ialah pengendara Hand Tractor. Pada penelitian ini dibangun alat Kendali hand tractor dengan mengimplementasikan Internet Of Things melalui Wifi LAN Untuk mengurangi getaran yang diterima pengendara hand traktor. Alat kendali Hand tractor yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan smartphone Android sebagai remote control, Access point sebagai penghubung, rangkian elektronik berbasis Node MCU ESP8266 untuk menerjemahkan perintah dari Smartphone android menjadi gerak untuk menggerakkan tuas kompling utama untuk maju dan berhenti, Tuas Gas, dan kopling perseneleng untuk belok ke kiri dan belok ke kanan. Sebuah aplikasi android dikembangkan sebagai remote sumber perintah. Metoda yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Research And Development dengan sepuluh (10) tahapan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan alat kendali dapat menarik tuas kopling handtractor sehingga alat dinyatakan cukup mempu menggantikan pengendara handtractor.Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) is a disorder of the human hand caused by exposure to machine vibrations. HAVS causes damage to blood vessels, muscle weakness, permanent sensory loss, and bone damage. Hand Tractor Driver One of the workers affected by Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS). To reduce the vibrations received by the hand tractor driver, in this research an IoT-based hand tractor controller was built. The tractor controller implements the TCP/IP protocol in a small coverage area, namely a Local Area Network (LAN) with connecting access point devices. Android smartphone is used as the main remote control. An electronic circuit based on the Node MCU ESP8266 to translate commands from an Android smartphone into movements to move the main clutch lever to move forward and stop, the gas lever, and the shift clutch to turn left and turn right. The access point is used to connect Android applications with electronic circuits. This research uses the Research and Development method.
