Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit yang sudah tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat indonesia. Penyakit ini juga termasuk dalam penyakit berbahaya yang dapat menimbulkan kematian pada penderitanya. Tidak hanya orang dewasa yang dapat terserang penyakit diabetes mellitus, bahkan anak-anak pun bisa saja mengidap penyakit ini. Kebanyakan masyarakat kurang sadar akan bahaya penyakit diabetes mellitus dan tidak mengetahui bahwa dirinya juga berkemungkinan mengidap penyakit ini. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit diabetes mellitus disertai dengan keterbatasan biaya dan waktu untuk berkonsultasi ke dokter. Maka dari itu di penelitian ini penulis ingin membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu masyarakat mendiagnosis gejala penyakit diabetes mellitus sejak dini. Penerapkan metode pada penelitian ini ialah metode penjumlahan terbobot yang sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini biasanya digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria dan pembobotan nilai, yang nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat mengetahui bahwa dirinya mungkin terjangkit diabetes mellitus sehingga tidak terlambat dalam menanganinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah pengelompokan hasil perhitungan yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai diagnosis gejala diabetes melitus berdasarkan tingkat resikonya.Diabetes Mellitus is a condition that occurs when the body is unable to produce sufficient amounts of insulin and causes glucose to build up in the blood. Diabetes Mellitus is a well-known disease in Indonesia. It is classified as a dangerous disease that can cause death to the patient. It threatens not only adults but also children. Most people lack of awareness about the threat of diabetes mellitus and whether they could have and not know it. It’s because people barely have the knowledge about diabetes mellitus also barely have the time and money to consult to a doctor.  Therefore in this study the researcher wanted to create a decision support system that can help people diagnose the symptoms of diabetes mellitus at an early age. The research method that used in this study is the weighted addition method, also known as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method is usually used to determine the criteria and preferred weight values, which later is expected to let the people know whether they may have diabetes mellitus so they could treat it immediately. Pada daerah dengan karakteristik angin yang tepat, energi angin mungkin sudah dapat bersaing dengan pembangkit listrik lainnya, tetapi pada beberapa daerah yang tidak memiliki potensi angin yang cukup analisa kecepatan angin perlu dilakukan minimal satu tahun. Dalam penelitian ini, data kecepatan angin diperoleh dari BMKG Blang Bintang Aceh Besar. Selanjutnya semua data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode numerik yang berbeda untuk mendapatkan parameter fungsi distribusi Weibull bentuk k dan skala c, kecepatan angin rata-rata (Vw), dan potensi energi atau densitas daya angina (Pw) di kawasan Blang Bintang Aceh Besar. Hasilnya, parameter Weibull yang dihitung dengan menggunakan metode empiris dan metode momen dapat menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada metode grafik. Nilai Vw dan Pw dengan menggunakan metode momen didapatkan masing-masing sebesar 4,60 m/s dan 76,154 Watt/m2. Nilai tersebut lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan hasil dari menggunakan metode grafik dan empiris yaitu masing-masing Vw sebesar 4,24 m/s dan 4,59 m/s serta Pw sebesar 60,986 W/m2 dan 75,649 W/m2.The wind is one of the convertible energy sources to meet the needs of electric energy in on-grid and off-grid modes. In areas with the right wind characteristics, wind energy may already be able to compete with other power plants, but in some areas that do not have sufficient wind potential, wind speed analysis needs to be carried out for at least one year. In this study, wind speed data were obtained from BMKG Blang Bintang Aceh Besar. Furthermore, all data were analyzed using different numerical methods to obtain the parameters of the Weibull distribution function of shape k and scale c, average wind speed (Vw), and potential energy or wind power density (Pw) in the Blang Bintang Aceh Besar area. As a result, the Weibull parameter calculated using the empirical method and the moment method can show better results than the graph method. The values of Vw and Pw using the moment method were obtained respectively 4.60 m/s and 76.154 Watt/m2. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) pada awalnya menggunakan metode wawancara dengan mahasiswa untuk menentukan UKT. Namun kendalanya adalah jika banyak mahasiswa yang akan diwawancara akan berpengaruh pada ketelitian akibat faktor kelelahan pewawancara. Selanjutnya UNG menentukan besaran UKT mahasiswa didasarkan pada jumlah penghasilan orang tua. Pada penelitian ini telah dirancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis logika fuzzy untuk menentukan besaran UKT mahasiswa. Terdapat tiga input sistem fuzzy, yaitu penghasilan orang tua (empat level), jumlah tanggungan (tiga level) dan jumlah rekening air, listrik, internet (tiga level) dan satu output yaitu besaran UKT mahasiswa (delapan level). Aturan JIKA-MAKA sejumlah 36 aturan. Digunakan tiga input (tidak hanya penghasilan orang tua), sehingga hasil penentuan UKT lebih adil. Proses defuzifikasi menggunakan centroid. Dalam simulasi, data uji diambil sebanyak 25 mahasiswa angkatan 2020. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi model fuzzy yang dirancang sebesar 76%, yang artinya terdapat 19 UKT mahasiswa yang tepat sama dengan UKT sebenarnya.Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) is a fee charged to each student to be used in the learning process, which has been in effect since 2013. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) initially used the interview method with students to determine UKT. However, the obstacle is that if many students will be interviewed, it will affect the accuracy due to the interviewer's fatigue factor. Furthermore, UNG determines the amount of student’s UKT based on the amount of income of the parents. In this study, a Decision Support System (DSS) based on fuzzy logic has been designed to determine the amount of student’s UKT. There are three fuzzy system inputs, namely parents' income (four levels), number of dependents (three levels) and the number of water, electricity, internet billS (three levels) and one output, namely the amount of student’S UKT (eight levels). The IF-THEN rule totals 36 rules. Three inputs are used (not only parents' income), so that the results of determining the UKT are fairer. The defuzification process uses the center of gravity. In the simulation, test data were taken from 25 students of class 2020. Pembebanan yang terlalu berat dapat menyebabkan perubahan temperature pada hot spot. Menurut IEC, transformator akan berumur normal yaitu 30 tahun pada temperature hot spot  98ºC dengan pembebanan yang terus menerus. Ketika temperature hot spot melewati batas yang telah ditetapkan maka hal ini dapat menyebabkan isolasi pada transformator akan mengalami penuaan yang cepat dari waktu normalnya. Isolasi menjadi cepat rusak dan temperature pada transformator akan naik yang akan menyebabkan nilai dari isolasi minyak menurun karena meningkatnya temperature minyak yang  menyebabkan pergantian komposisi dan sifat dari minyak trafo. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui susut umur dari trafo daya 150 kV di GI Isimu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data real sistem pada PT. PLN (Pesreso) ULTG GI Isimu dan data temoerature dari BMKG Gorontalo. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, perhitungan beban konstan dengan pembebanan 100% diperoleh temperature hot spot  sebesar 112,75ºC dan susut umur sebesar 5,49 pu/hari diperoleh perkiraan umur transformator yaitu 5,27 tahun, sedangkan perhitungan pembebanan pada tanggal 18 november 2019 diperoleh rata-rata temperature hot spot  sebesar 73,42 ºC dan susut umur sebesar 0,0625 pu/hari  diperoleh perkiraan umur transformator GI Isimu melebihi 30 tahun. Factors influencing the age of a transformer oil temperature, and ambient temperature. According to the IEC, the transformer will last to its normal life of 30 years with a constant load at a hot spot temperature of 98 °C. When the hot spot temperature exceeds the predetermined limit, it will cause the insulation on the transformer resulting in rapid aging from its normal life. The insulation becomes swiftly damaged, affecting the increase of transformer temperature that will cause a decrease in the value of insulating oil. It is due to the increase in oil temperature, which causes changes in the composition and characteristics of the transformer oil. This research aims at determining the age loss of the 150 kV power transformer at GI Isimu. The research is quantitative, employing data analysis methods. The data are the real system data at PT. PLN (Persero) ULTG GI Isimu and the temperature data is from the Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) of Gorontalo. Based on the calculations, the constant load calculation with 100% loading obtains a hot spot temperature of 112.75'C, and the age loss of 5,49 p.u/day obtains a life cxpectancy of 5.27 years. ISO/IEC 25010 adalah salah satu organisasi internasional yang mengeluarkan standar untuk mengukur kualitas sebuah website atau perangkat lunak yang bersifat online. Tesadaptif.net merupakan produk perangkat lunak yang dirancang sebagai sebuah aplikasi Computer Based Test yang berbentuk Computerized Adaptive Test yang berbasis web. Oleh karena itu aplikasi tesdapatif.net ini perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui kualitasnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan dua buah hasil pengujian karakteristik functional suitability dan performance efficiency dari lima pengujian karakteristik yang diberikan oleh ISO/IEC 25010. Metode pengujian pada karakteristik functional suitability adalah dengan meminta 88 responden, menguji 18 fitur telah berhasil diimplementasikan berdasarkan kuisioner yang diberikan. Kemudian untuk pengujian performance efficiency dengan menggunakan webtool dari GTMetrix. Hasil Pengujian karakteristik functional suitability, berdasarkan matriks feature completeness memberikan hasil X = 0,999. Nilai ini menyatakan bahwa tesadaptif.net bernilai baik sebab nilainya mendekati 1. Dengan kepopuleran yang dimilikinya, menjadikan Twitter salah satu laman untuk mengekspresikan opini publik mengenai isu yang sedang dalam perbincangan. Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja adalah Omnibus Law pertama dalam hukum Indonesia yang disahkan yang mana didalamnya terdapat aturan yang mengatur tentang ketenagakerjaan, penyederhanaan perizinan, persyaratan investasi, hingga administrasi pemerintahan. Opini pro dan opini kontra terhadap Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja banyak dituangkan masyarakat Indonesia pada sosial media, dalam kasus ini Twitter. Penelitian yang dilakukan berguna untuk menganalisa opini masyarakat Indonesia di media sosial Twitter terhadap Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja dengan mengklasifikasi opini kedalam kelas positif atau negatif. Dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes Classifier, klasifikasi opini dilakukan oleh peneliti. Beberapa langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yang diteliti kali ini yaitu pengumpulan data, pelabelan manual, preprocessing, term weighting, pemodelan, pengujian, dan evaluasi performa. Performa terbaik yang diperoleh oleh Naive Bayes Classifier adalah akurasi sebesar 89.9%, precision sebesar 90%, recall sebesar 89.9%, dan f-1 score sebesar 89.9%. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia 52.9% kontra dan 47.1% pro terhadap Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja.Twitter is one of the most familiar social media that used by Indonesian. With that popularity, Twitter is one of a page to express publics opinions about the recent issues.  Job Creation Law is the first Omnibus Law that was enacted in Indonesia and regulates employment, simplification of licensing, investment requirements, and government administration. Therefore, Job Creation Law received pros and cons from Indonesians on Twitter. The conducted research is to analyze publics opinions towards by classifying the opinions into positive or negative class. The opinions were classified using Naive Bayes Classifier method. The stages in this study are data collection, manual labeling, preprocessing, term weighting, classification modeling, testing, and performance evaluation. The performance obtained by Naive Bayes Classifier is 89.9% accuracy, 90% precision, 89.9% recall, and 89.9% f-1 score. Penambahan bahan pengisi sebanyak 15 gram, 30 gram dan 45 gram abu arang tongkol jagung, DGEBA 100 ml, MPDA 50 ml. Metode pengujian tegangan tembus berdasarkan standar IEC 1109 dan metode pengukuran hidrofobisitas berdasarkan IEC 62073 yakni metode sudut kontak. Nilai Tegangan tembus tertinggi  pada sampel SI00 (tanpa filler) kondisi kering bersih yakni sebesar 74,64 kV dan tegangan tembus terendah pada sampel SI45 kondisi kering bersih sebesar 17,81 kV. Penambahan jumlah sampel bahan pengisi hanya memperburuk tegangan tembus isolator. Sampel SI00, SI15, SI30, dan SI45 bersifat hidrofilik atau menyerap air. Penambahan bahan pengisi pada resin epoksi juga semakin membuat permukaan isolator menyerap air. Pada sampel dengan bahan pengisi 45 gram abu tongkol jagung sudah mengalami breakdown pada tegangan 17,81 kV sehingga tidak dilanjutkan untuk kondisi pengujian yang lain.This study aims to measure the breakdown stress and hydrophobic properties of epoxy resin insulators with and without corncob charcoal ash as filler. Addition of filler as much as 15 grams, 30 grams and 45 grams of corncob charcoal ash, 100 ml DGEBA, 50 ml MPDA. The breakdown voltage testing method is based on IEC 1109 standard and the hydrophobicity measurement method according to IEC 62073 is the contact angle method. The highest value of the breakdown voltage in the SI00 sample (without filler) is in the clean dry condition of 74.64 kV and the lowest in the SI45 sample in the clean dry condition is 17.81 kV. Increasing the sample size of the filler only exacerbates the breakdown voltage of the insulator. Samples SI00, SI15, SI30, and SI45 are hydrophilic or absorb air. The addition of fillers to the epoxy resin also makes the surface of the insulator absorb air. PKH adalah program bantuan bersyarat oleh pemerintah yang diberikan kepada Rumah Tangga Miskin (RTM). Tujuan dari program keluarga harapan yaitu meningkatkan kualitas hidup penerima bantuan melalui kualitas kesehatan, pendidikan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Desa Candirejo merupakan salah satu desa yang menerapkan program tersebut. Dalam penentuan penerima bantuan, terdapat 14 kriteria yang digunakan. Pada pemilihan penerima bantuan sering terjadi permasalahan, salah satunya yaitu proses penentuan penerima bantuan yang cukup lama dan timbulnya prasangka masyarakat terkait penerima bantuan dari program tersebut. Dalam membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem rekomendasi penerima bantuan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mempermudah dan mempercepat perangkat desa dalam menentukan penerima bantuan PKH secara objektiv. Metode SAW juga biasa disebut metode penjumlahan terbobot, dengan membobotkan semua alternatif dan kriteria yang akan menghasilkan nilai referensi yang tepat. Dari hasil perhitungan metode SAW menghasilkan nilai yang dapat dijadikan rekomendasi penerima bantuan yang layak dan tidak layak berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai alternatif serta beberapa kriteria dan bobot yang ditentukan.Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is one of the Indonesian Government programs to improve community welfare. PKH is a conditional sosial assistance program from the Government to Rumah Tangga Miskin (RTM). This program aims to improve their livelihoods through improving the quality of healthcare, education, and social welfare. Candirejo Village is one of the villages that has been carrying out the implementation of PKH. There are 14 criteria used to determine eligibility for PKH beneficiaries. A problem that often occurs when selecting PKH beneficiaries is the long process of determining beneficiaries and it evokes public prejudice towards PKH beneficiaries. A recommendation system for beneficiaries is needed to resolve this problem, using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The main purpose of this research is to simplify and help the village apparatus determine PKH beneficiaries quickly and objectively. The SAW method is also known as the weighted addition method, by weighting the alternatives and criteria and will produce the precise reference values. Jika jantung energi utama dari daya ini tidak bekerja, maka jika suplai daya utama mati, perangkat mati dan bantuan akan berhenti. Karena itu, perusahaan telekomunikasi, termasuk Telkom, harus memiliki sistem catu daya yang dapat mendukung No Break System (Layanan tanpa putus) agar layanan terus aktif (Always on). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis cara kerja perangkat catu daya, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan SOP (Standard Operasional Procedur) dan SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedure), dalam menjamin kehandalan dan keberlanjutan layanan no-break system agar layanan terus aktif (Always on). Metode yang penulis terapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara. Dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, Telkom memiliki catu daya yang bersumber utama dari PLN dengan sistem yang bekerja selama 24 jam sehingga layanan telekomunikasi tidak terputus. Saat terdapat kendala yang menyebabkan aliran listrik terhambat atau terhenti sehingga catu daya pada PLN padam atau terpaksa harus dipadamkan, maka Genset dapat dipakai sebagai sumber daya pengganti. Ditambah dengan baterai yang bisa dipakai sebagai catu daya cadangan saat pengalihan. Sebagai contoh, pengalihan dari catu daya PLN ke Genset memakan waktu 30 detik sampai 10 menit. Saat catu daya diganti, untuk tetap mengaktifkan aliran listrik, maka digunakanlah baterai sebagai catu daya sementara sampai penggantian selesai. Selain itu, Telkom memiliki sistem catu daya yang didukung oleh layanan tanpa putus atau No Break System yang menyokong layanan agar tetap aktif (Always On)). Abstract--The power supply is the main energy heart for the total telecommunication system. If the main energy heart of this electricity does not work when the main power supply, the device turns off and service will stop. Therefore, telecommunication companies, including Telkom, must have a power supply system that can support the No Break System (continuous service) so that the service continues to be active (Always on). The purpose of this research is to analyze the workings of the power supply devices, especially those related to the Standard Operational Procedure SOP and the SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedure), in ensuring the reliability and sustainability of the no-break system service so that the service continues to be active (Always on). The method that the writer applies in this research is literature study, observation and interview. In improving customer service and satisfaction, Telkom has a power supply system that works for 24 hours without interruption; this is so that telecommunications services are not interrupted. The power supply used is PLN as the main source, Genset as a source when the power supply at PLN goes out, and Batteries as a backup power supply when changing the power supply from PLN to the Genset which takes 10 to 30 seconds. Salah satu penerapannya adalah pada dunia kesehatan. Aplikasi tersebut dikembangkan pada bidang informasi pelayanan kesehatan dan perawatan pasien di rumah sakit secara online. Setiap perawat akan mengganti cairan infus pasien, apabila cairan akan habis. Perawat melakukan pengecekan infus, seringkali infus hampir habis pada saat perawat tidak melakukan pengecekan. Pada penelitian ini perangkat monitoring infus berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang menggunakan dua platform, yaitu platform Web server untuk memonitoring keseluruan informasi terkini dari infus yang ada diseluruh rumah sakit dan platform aplikasi chat gratis telegram untuk notifikasi data infus setiap pasien. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan 3 buah botol cairan infus yang berisi air mineral biasa dengan volume cairan 1.000 ml. Perangkat tersebut dapat melakukan monitoring data infus dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,89%. Notifikasi telegram pada perawat dapat bekerja dengan baik, apabila volume cairan infus sudah mencapai tingkat volume yang telah ditentukan.Information technology applications that are fast and accurate are increasingly needed today. One application is in the health world. The application was developed in the field of information on health services and patient care by online in hospitals. Each nurse will replace the patient's intravenous fluids, if the fluids run out. The nurse checks the infusion, often the infusion runs out when the nurse does not check it. In this research, an Internet of Things (IoT) based infusion monitoring device uses two platforms, namely the Web server platform for monitoring all the latest information from infusions throughout the hospital and the telegram free chat application platform for notification of infusion data for each patient. The test results used 3 bottles of infusion containing mineral water with a fluid volume of 1,000 ml. The device can monitor infusion data with an accuracy rate of 98.89%.
