Pada kegiatan praktikum, media praktikum yang ada masih sangat terbatas sehingga membuat para praktikan dalam hal ini mahasiswa kesulitan untuk menerapkan berbagai teori yang telah dipelajari. Selama ini, kegiatan praktikum masih dilakukan melalui simulasi pada komputer sehingga kemampuan psikomotorik mahasiswa kurang dikembangkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun modul praktikum dasar-dasar teknik digital yang mencakup gerbang logika dasar, flip-flop (RS, D, JK), multivibrator monostable, display seven segment, counter up down, dan aritmatic logic unit. Hasil dari penelitian modul praktikum yang dibuat diletakan dalam sebuah box koper yang terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu bagian penutup (gerbang logika dasar, RS flip-flop dan D flip-flop), dan bagian utama (input toggle switch, port VCC dan GND, multivibrator monostable, JK flip-flop, display seven segment, counter up down, ALU, dan output indikator LED). Input output rangkaian terhubung dengan banana socket dan tidak terhubung satu sama lain sehingga pada proses pengujian menggunakan kabel jumper yang telah dipasang banana plug dan pengujiannya berdasarkan teori dan data sheet dari setiap modul praktikum.The Departement of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo has digital engineering learning, which is Digital and Microprocessor  Engineering  courses that the theoretical and practicum  learning are conducted simultaneously. In practicum activies, the available practicum media is still limited and affect the practitioners, partycularly students, to implement the theories they have learned. In a recent period, practicum activities are still conducted through computer simulation which affects the stagnant development of psychomotor abilities. Therefore, this research aims to design and create practicum nodules for the basics of digital engineering which include basic logic gates, flip-flops (RS, D, JK), monostable multivibrators, seven segment displays, up-down counters, and unique arithmatic logic. The results of the practicum  module research that was made are placed in a suitcase box which is divided into 2 parts, the closing part (basic logic gate, RS flip-flop, and D flip-flop), and the main part (VCC and GND input toggle switch port, monostable multivibrator, JK flip-flop, seven segment display, counter up down, ALU, and output LED indicators). 摘要
