Addiction can happen to anyone, whether they are children or adults. So, if someone becomes addicted to gadgets. The cause of gadget addiction is the habit of interacting without rules, leading people to increasingly feel the pleasure and addiction of interacting in the virtual world. Gadget addiction is very dangerous when experienced by children because it poses problems for them including a lack of socialisation with friends as they already have virtual friends, not communicating with those around them, and health issues such as eyesight problems that can affect a child's emotional stability. From these issues, it is necessary to educate parents to always accompany and limit their children while playing with gadgets. Many parents do not understand how to support their children while playing with gadgets, which is one of the challenges faced by parents at Khodijah 112 Dadapan Kindergarten. So far, irrigation has been sustained from rainfall. As a result, farmers supply irrigation by pumping water from rivers. However, it costs a lot of money. This activity aims to apply solar panel-based green energy to overcome operational costs in agricultural irrigation experienced by farmer group partners in Kedungbenda Village, Purbalingga. The approach used in this activity is the installation of solar panel-based Appropriate Technology (TTG) tools. The output target of this activity is that solar panels are installed and function to pump water as a saving on agricultural irrigation operations. TTG Solar panels can reduce operational costs for farmer groups by up to 90%. In addition, the sustainability of this activity is expected to help farmer groups in Kedungbenda Village in agricultural irrigation by irrigating rice fields without electricity and diesel costs. Learning in the post-pandemic transition period also requires optimizing the use of the internet and interactive learning media so that learning can run according to the desired targets and catch up during the pandemic. This technical guidance was carried out at Cawan View Resto which is located in Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency and was attended by madrasa teachers in the district. The presentation of the material was carried out by FKIP lecturers at the University of 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi and the material was divided into material about PTK and its implementation, material about learning strategies and models, material about interactive learning media, and technical guidance for PTK and Learning Media as well as structured assignments. It is difficult for a company to survive in the long term without satisfied customers. Every company in the field of products and services has a different excellent service system. This research is aimed at finding out how efficient it is in helping the Excellent Service process. The methods used in the research are questionnaires, documentation and using the Androgogy development model. The results of this research show that there is efficiency in Service Excellent training, meaning that the learning process has demonstrated an understanding of the material. This is in line with the opinion of Edwin B. Flippo (Sukma, H.P 2018) that after employees are recruited, selected and appointed/introduced, they must then be developed to be more suited to the job and organization. This development includes training to increase general knowledge and understanding of the entire environment. Meanwhile, based on the assessment of superiors and subordinates, in this case the Service Excellent Training participants, changes in employee behavior after attending the training show that employees have experienced an increase in their behavior of helping others, self-integrity, mutual respect, professionalism at work, working together in teams, completing tasks on time, caring about colleagues and customers, and using greetings to colleagues, superiors and customers.
