Tenny","doi":"10.22158/jetr.v3n3p9","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22158/jetr.v3n3p9","url":null,"abstract":"Using data from the World Development Indicator (WDI) and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Statistical Bulletin, this article analyzed the impact of exports, imports, the currency rate, and inflation on Nigeria’s economic development between 1981 and 2020. The research employed Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) bound testing methodology. The variables utilized in the study were evaluated for stationarity using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller and Philip Perron test, and the bound testing process was applied to the equations. The lag of variables test can be performed to determine the relationship between the variables. The outcome demonstrated that variables are stationary at first difference. Economy growth, exports and imports, exchange rate, and Inflation all exhibit long-term cointegration, as determined by a cointegration test. Export positively impacted on growth while inflation and exchange rate were found to be negatively affecting growth in Nigeria. In view of this, this study analyzes the causal relationship between population growth and human capital development from the period of 1970-2020. The primary school enrolment rate was set as a proxy for human development capital and the population growth rate used to measure population growth. In carryout the study, the Augmented Dicker Fuller test, was used to test for stationarity. The two variables were stationary at levels. The granger causality test was then carried out and results revealed bi-directional causality in that population growth granger caused human capital development and vice versa. This is a preliminary study that hopes to spur up more studies in this direction with specific interest to Nigeria. The research was conducted in the Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province where the research subjects were MSMEs actors, while the object studied was an accounting information system based on financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium entities in MSMEs. By using a triangulation approach in collecting data, namely interviews, observations and documentation, the data analysis carried out also refers to a triangulation approach, so that the data obtained are then analyzed and discussed with reference to theory and empirical. The results of data analysis show that MSMEs actors have not as a whole implemented an accounting information system. MSMEs actors only record simple transactions including sales, purchases, debts, receivables, profit or loss. Therefore, English business contracts are widely used in the foreign economic and trade activities. However, we also find that there are still many foreign-related economic disputes which mainly caused by the ambiguity of translation happening in these trades. Due to the unclear rules of the parties’ obligations and rights, the improper translation of the contract, the meaning vague and the loose broad, the parties are tracked in this situation where any part of them could intentionally or unintentionally exploited a contractual loophole to avoid responsibility and obligation, which would lead to a dispute. The distortion of translation can lead to the fuzziness and uncertainty of contract which can be easily exploited by commercial fraud to evade responsibility; this situation is happened in reality and practice which has negative impact on foreign relations and trade. The research focuses mainly on the actors of the agri-food supply chains, in particular the organic sector, given the growing trend of the cultivation methodology and the need to protect entrepreneurs involved in short-chain spinneret who have less possibility of relieve higher costs incurred to ensure the sustainability of the product. However, our analysis envisages a customizable hedging method for any company that intends to protect itself from the price fluctuations of the commodity that represents the inherent nature of its business. The technique consists in the construction of specific contracts (in particular, derivative financial instruments) by investment banks or commercial banks oriented to the corporate segment that offer this service. Personalization is achieved by calibrating the constituent elements of the derivative on the basis of hedging needs. The parameterization is carried out by replicating the contractual specifications of the main futures on commodities listed on regulated markets. Academics as well as practitioners devoted much attention to the Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy and its impact on business performance. It is found that the roots of TQM and its successor can be traced to more than 1400 years ago in the holy book Al-Qur’?n and the teachings of Prophet Mohammad, Peace and Blessings of All?hbe upon him. Many verses in the holy Qur’an stressed the impact of good deeds and doing the right things. Not only we will explain these principles, but we will give some business applications of these principles from an Islamic perspective. This paper is therefore structured as follows. First, we will offer some of the existing concept of the quality management paradigms, literature review and suggest definition to reflect our contribution from an Islamic perspective.
