So that the existing e-library can be accessed by many people with mobile computing equipment, it is necessary to make software that can access documents in the E-library in the form of a book in the Protable Document Format (PDF) format. The purpose of this research is to make books in PDF format so that they can be accessed and read and protected from being reproduced without the permission of the ITDA library. The method used in this research is in the form of software design with object-oriented programming, by dividing the application into small parts / objects into a large application that is used to access e-libraries with mobile computing devices. The application created also uses a library in Android Studio called the secure flag. The results of the tests carried out stated that the protection of book files in the android-based e-library application was able to prevent users from taking screenshots, copying book files, and downloading files illegally, while the speed of access in opening book files in e-library-based applications android is greatly influenced by connection speed and book file size. The system development method that will be carried out in this research is Extreme Programming (XP) in order to build a system quickly and according to user needs which has four main stages, namely planning, designing, coding, and testing before releasing the system. This study seeks to assess how comfortable users are using the Kitabisa application and to pinpoint any problems so that interface design mockup can be developed as potential fixes. The comfort felt by application users can be used as a determinant that the application can be categorized as a good application. The discovery of problems felt by Kitabisa users included inconsistencies in language, appearance, colors, and icons causing users to feel confused when using the Kitabisa Application. The Heuristic Evaluation is a method that involves user interface experts who are expert with the aim of finding user interface problems. The Heuristic Evaluation method will be used to guide the flow or steps that will be carried out in each process during the analysis and evaluation of the Kitabisa application so the solution can be made for the problems found. To reach efficiency of design and optimal reliable level, a big scale web server needs that measurement of network design performance. This final task discussed about modeling and simulation of web server design on Local Area Network University of Lampung to find out reachable optimal performance of web server. Research has been done by create modeling of client and server on software simulator. And simulation of web server model design on LAN network has been done by make implementation of simulation scenario. Modeling and simulation will give approximation on web server performance level on LAN network as the consideration of the making of principle realization of web server on LAN network. Based on the result of simulation, web server optimum design on LAN network is on the design with 100 nodes. Betel and binahong are medicinal plants that are widely used by Indonesian people. One part of the plant that is commonly used to classify plant species is the leaf. The CNN method is a very common method used for image classification because this method produces the most significant accuracy in image recognition. The study used 900 data images with a comparison of training, validation, and testing data, namely 7:2:1. Based on the test results using epochs of 15, 20, and 25 on betel leaf and binahong images, it shows the greatest accuracy of 95.67% for test data. Using games as medium will create fun atmosphere for an interactive teaching process. This Android based introducing method utilized prototype method, from research stage to application test stage. The result of this application design is an application that may help ease children in learning hijaiyah letters. But in its appication, there are obstacles such as the low use of HMIS, the lack of employee knowledge in using HMIS, HMIS display is difficult to understand, HMIS has not been integrated (BPJS system, attendance and employee payrol) and there is a buildup of queues in the administrative process. So that the evaluation of the implementation of HMIS quantitatively uses the HOT-Fit (Human Organizational and Technology Fit) model that focuses on three dimensions, namely human (system development, user satisfaction, system use), organization (organizational structure, organizational environment), and technology (system quality, information quality, service quality). This study aims to find out the factors that affect the success rate of HMIS implementation at Arsani Hospital using questionnaires where a total of 99 respondents obtained by PLS-SEM data analysis using SmartPLS v3.3 software. The results showed that of the 18 hypotheses developed, 1 hypotheses were accepted while the other l7 hypotheses were rejected. For this reason, it is necessary to have technology that can implement the process of detecting rice leaf disease in order to provide information to farmers about rice leaf damage. The most modern approach today can be done with machine learning or deep learning by using various algorithms to improve recognition and accuracy in the detection and diagnosis of plant diseases. Based on this, this study aims to propose a method of classifying rice leaf diseases in order to provide information to farmers about rice leaves which are expected to reduce the disease by detecting the disease early so as to increase rice production. In this study, the classification process is carried out using the augmented image, then the Color Histogram feature extraction method is applied, and the classification is carried out using the Random Forest algorithm. In addition, this study also conducted several comparisons, including feature extraction and yahoo to get the results, and the highest results reached 99.65% of the proposed method. In processing the picture, a feature extraction method is needed to find important information from the image to be processed. One of the feature extraction that can be used is the wavelet. After the image goes through feature extraction, 5624 features are generated; many features can result in a long computation time. Therefore, it is necessary to make feature reduction to reduce the number of features from 5624 to only 2 or 3 elements, one of the newest feature reduction methods that can be used is t-SNE. In this study, a comparison of the results of cluster quality between those using feature reduction and those not using feature reduction was carried out. Silhouette Index results obtained without feature reduction is 0.046, and after using the t-SNE feature reduction, there is a significant increase to 0.418.
