This study aims to find out the factors that affect the success rate of HMIS implementation at Arsani Hospital using questionnaires where a total of 99 respondents obtained by PLS-SEM data analysis using SmartPLS v3.3 software. The results showed that of the 18 hypotheses developed, 1 hypotheses were accepted while the other l7 hypotheses were rejected. Abstract

Abstract — Arsani Hospital has been implementing HMIS since 2010 to support operations to improve service and limprove work effectiveness and efficiency.
