After the lecturer has a registration number, the lecturer then takes care of the lecturer academic position (JAD) to indicate the duties, responsibilities, authority and rights of a lecturer. The application process carried out by lecturers faces a number of obstacles such as incomplete documents and lecturers being slow in completing the requirements. The aim of this research is to overcome problems that arise during the process of applying for lecturer registration numbers and lecturer academic positions by creating an information system that can help lecturers. This information system will also be accessed by lecturers to track the status of their submissions and generate automatic reports to leadership. The system development method uses waterfall and the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. This is the reason why so many people want to cultivate it. During the cultivation period, farmers are often negligent in providing fish with a feeding schedule. Quite a few cultivators also pay less attention to dosage, feed size, temperature and pH levels when feeding baby betta fish, which results in waste and neglect of the environmental health of cultivation ponds. Controlling the correct dosage, size and feeding schedule according to the age of the baby fish, temperature and water pH will be able to increase the success of cultivation. Controlling the dosage, size and schedule of feed can actually be done automatically with the realization of IoT devices. This device was built through co-create, ideate, Q&A IoT OSI, and prototype so that this device can run well. This device uses an Arduino Uno R3 SMD as a microcontroller, a DS18B20 sensor as a temperature sensor, and a pH sensor connected to a servo motor to control the feed dispenser. The Arduino Uno R3 was chosen because of its wide compatibility with various sensors as well as the flexibility to write our own program code. Water temperature and pH sensors are used to monitor environmental conditions in real-time which will be used to make intelligent decisions regarding feeding. This device will put food into the pond according to the schedule, dosage and size of the food based on the water temperature and pH conditions. As a monitoring screen, thingspeak is used as a dashboard which can be accessed online via a web browser. Based on several experiments carried out, this IoT device is able to provide good feed dosage accuracy according to the needs of young fish, making it easier for farmers to care for fish without their physical presence. Many millennials are still apprehensive about investing. This results from a lack of understanding about effective investing. A machine learning information system is necessary to assist in the selection of investment products in order to boost the community's and millennials' interest in investing. The Markowitz and K-Nearest Neighbor algorithms were used in the system's construction. Finding recommendations for investment portfolios that match the risk profile can be aided using the K-Nearest Neighbor approach, which is a machine learning technique. This system integrates information from various sources, such as student data, exam result data, peer evaluations, and classroom observations. Muthia Harapan Vocational School is a vocational school with a private educational institution. Decision making for teacher salary increases is still manual or not yet computerized, which causes errors and not being on target. In this research, designing and developing a website that functions as a platform for assessing teacher performance. Teachers can enter their data and upload evidence of their performance. The system then performs calculations based on the weighting criteria determined by the school or educational institution. The SAW method is used to calculate teacher performance scores based on these criteria. One way is to perform data mining analysis on the sales transaction database using the a priori algorithm of the association rule method. This method makes it possible to find combinations of items that often (often) appear from a collection of items (itemset), so that store management knows market conditions, consumer tastes and sales patterns. The utilization of multimedia-based literacy learning media in the teaching and learning process can greatly assist in delivering educational materials in a more engaging and interactive manner. This is because multimedia-based learning media is equipped with features such as images, sound, text, and animations that enhance children's learning experiences in understanding the subject matter. Furthermore, multimedia-based learning media can also help reduce boredom levels among children during the teaching and learning process. The development method of multimedia drills and practice used by the author in creating multimedia-based literacy learning media is highly effective. Cipta Utama packaging in processing payroll data still uses Microsoft Excel. All payroll calculation activities are carried out manually based on documents related to employee salary calculations. This study discusses the payroll system starting from the document. The object of research uses a computerized payroll system, performs analysis and makes applications using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 programming language so that it provides a lot of efficiency and effectiveness in processing payroll. The data source used is secondary data in the form of company financial statements for four years, 2016 - 2019. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The panel data regression test was assisted by using Eviews 9. The panel data regression method chosen was the Common Effect Model. The results showed that CR had a significant positive effect on ROA, but DAR had no effect on ROA. This study uses data from property companies in Indonesia for the period 2013-2018 with 20 samples of companies. In this study, capital structure is calculated based on the capital structure using financial leverage measure with the formula debt to equity ratio. Net financing is measured using net equity in the current period less current debt to total assets in the previous period. Profitability is measured using return on equity, current asset ratio is used for liquidity. Earnings quality is calculated based on the earnings response coefficient. The results show that capital structure has a positive effect on earnings response coefficient, net financing has no effect on earnings response coefficient, profitability has a positive effect on earnings response coefficient and liquidity has no effect on the earnings response coefficient. Capital structure and profitability have a positive effect on earnings quality, with this condition company needs to focus on how to manage capital structure and focus on profitability to keep maintain earnings quality.
