As a matter of fact, industrialization, the increase in the world population, which leads to a dramatically increasing consumption are seemed to be the core causes of ecological problems. On the other hand, the produced goods are being consumed by a relatively small part of the world's population. In particular, the question of consumption is criticized as created by the marketing discipline. The marketing discipline, which cannot remain unconcerned to the criticisms, offers solutions with sustainable marketing and social marketing efforts. These solution proposals are not independent from the changes made in the strategies of the enterprises and the nature of the products they produce. The fashion industry has also taken its share with sustainable fashion strategies. \u0000Sustainable fashion and slow fashion concepts/trends appear as marketing concepts that define the strategies used by business companies. In this study, brands that are easily found in most countries of the world and appealing to the consumer are the subject. The websites of the brands that are the subject of the study, the commercials they use, and the news related to sustainability were analyzed by content analysis technique. The analyzes were made over the three elements of the marketing mix which are product, price, and promotion. The aim of the study is to focus on whether the interviewed participants are faced with stigmatization practices arising from the disease, if they do, how stigma is interpreted by sick individuals and how they develop attitudes towards stigmatization practices. The study aims to respond to the gap in the literature that limits the relationship between Covid and stigma, especially in Turkey, from the perspective of healthcare professionals. Indeed, it focuses on the subjective, everyday experiences of people with different demographics who have experienced the disease. The study was completed through face-to-face in-depth interviews, which is one of the qualitative research techniques, with twenty-five adults over the age of eighteen, with an approach that includes phenomenological research, which is frequently used in qualitative research methods. In the study, a descriptive analysis technique based on theming and categorization was used as an analysis approach that is frequently used in qualitative research. At the end of the study, it was revealed that despite the risk of stigmatization, the participants shared their illness with their social circles with a sense of collective responsibility. Contrary to what was predicted, it is possible to say that stigma was not observed in all of the participants, and in this context, the experience of stigmatization in this participant profile was limited. Khatir","doi":"10.47138/jeaa.1008187","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47138/jeaa.1008187","url":null,"abstract":"Foreign direct investment (FDI) contributes to the economic development of a country via technology spillovers, the production of human capital, and the integration of international commerce. Remittances are a well-known useful source of revenue for developing nations, and they are growing in popularity. Increased GDP, funding of investments and the reduction of poverty are all advantages for economies. In this study, we examined the impact of FDI and remittances on the economies of the five selected SAARC countries, consisting of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan. The data was used for the period of 2008-2020. For the mentioned study, co-integrating regression was used to investigate the long-run association between these variables. In order to know the impact of the independent variables on the dependent variables, we used the Fully Modified Ordinary Least Square and Dynamic Ordinary Least Square regression tests which are used for co-integrating and non stationary data. The results suggested that foreign direct investment (FDI) and remittances have positive effects on the economic growth of the panel nations. It is known that he contributed to establishment of Bektashism order and guild of janissaires. He also trained a large number of caliphes and dervishes. In his work, named Makalat, Veli presents his views regarding the human and cosmos in addition to relationship between human and nature. Makalat means as a word “articles” . This work is named Makâlât-ı erba’în (in other words El- Makâlâtu’l-erba’ûn) which means “Forty Articles”. The work was written originally in Arabic language but then it was translated to Turkish. Knowledge about his writing belongs to himself is suspicious with the exception of Makalat. The Work, which is divided in eight part, also dwells on depiction of human. While stating that there are four type of people, it also presents that they all have different types of worships, demands and situations. Among the significant specialities of human, the work indicates that there are science, wisdom and heart. It is also stated in the work that people who don’t feel by heart everything in life are placed secondary line after animals. At the same time, Veli expresses that the human is the ultimate and greatest one among the things what God created. He displays many shared features between human and nature via instances in the work. In present study, Hacı Bektaş Veli’s views are explained through Makalat in terms of relationship of human-nature and the types of human. The aim of the study is to find out the analogy between human and nature by revealing Hacı Bektaş Veli’s human depiction. The study is a theorical one which rests upon literature research. Kamu yönetimi tarihinde Weberyen bürokrasi anlayışından sonra en önemli kavram olarak gösterilen bu yaklaşım üzerinden geçen otuz yıllık süreye rağmen geçerliğini korumakta ve güncel koşullara göre kendini yenilemektedir. Yaklaşımın temel ilke ve unsurları eğitim, sağlık, güvenlik, adalet vb. kamu yönetiminin her alanında etkisini göstermekte ve devleti yönetecek hükümetlerin de öncelikli kavramlarından biri olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Bu anlamda siyasi politika ve programlara konu olmakta, hükümet programlarına da bu anlayış yansımakta ve kurulacak hükümetleri etkilemektedir. Yeni kamu işletmeciliği anlayışından etkilenen yönetsel alanlardan biri olan eğitim de toplumun hemen her kesimini ilgilendiren bir sektör olarak hükümet programlarında yer almaktadır. Yönetimin eğitim, sağlık gibi alt alanlarında konuyu bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ele alan çalışmaların sınırlı oluşu, mevcut çalışmayı önemli hale getirmektedir. Hükümet politikalarını eğitim özelinde ele alan bu çalışmada özellikle 1980li yıllardan itibaren yeni kamu işletmeciliği anlayışının eğitim alanında etkisini hissettirdiği ve bu etkinin parti ve ideolojilerden bağımsız bir şekilde olduğu görülmektedir. İdeolojik yakınlığın politikalara önemli katkısı olduğu da görülen bu araştırmada özellikle 2002 yılından itibaren eğitim alanında önceki dönemlere göre YKİ ve yönetişim anlayışına uygun daha fazla ve somut hedefler bulunduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu çerçevede çalışmada öncelikle yeni kamu işletmeciliği yaklaşımı ve eğitim sistemine ne şekilde yansıdığı ele alınacaktır. Bu doğrultuda, çalışanların iş becerikliliğinin ve kişi-örgüt uyumunun; işten ayrılma niyetleri üzerindeki etkisinin test edilmesinin yanı sıra, çalışanların iş becerikliliğinin, kişi-örgüt uyumu üzerindeki etkisi de incelenecektir. Araştırma evrenine Şırnak ilinde görev yapan kamu ve özel sektör çalışanları dahil edilmiştir. Anket yöntemiyle 429 adet veri elde edilmiştir. Sonuçlara göre, çalışanların iş becerikliliği kişi-örgüt uyumunu pozitif yönde etkilerken, işten ayrılma niyetini negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Benzer şekilde, kişi-örgüt uyumun da işten ayrılma niyetini negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Bunlara ek olarak, iş becerikliliği ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkide kişi-örgüt uyumunun kısmi aracı etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma kapsamında işletme yöneticilerine, kişi-örgüt uyumunu arttırmada ve işten ayrılma niyeti gibi örgütler açısından olumsuz sonuçların iyileştirilmesinde, olumlu örgütsel ve bireysel iş sonuçlarının pekiştirilmesinde önemli rol üstlenen ve en önemlisi rekabet avantajı kazanılmasında önemli bir faktör olarak değerlendirilen iş becerikliliği davranışlarını çalışanlarının sergilemeleri yönünde teşvik etmeleri önerilebilir. Yöneticilere sunulan diğer bir önemli önerisi ise örgütlerinde destekleyici örgüt kültürünü benimsemeleridir.
