Covid-19 Pandemisi Sonrası OECD Ülkelerinde Enflasyonun Belirleyicileri

This paper explores the main drivers of inflation in OECD countries after the pandemic by using recent data. Our empirical model is estimated with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method applied on cross-sectional data for OECD countries in 2022. The main result confirms that fiscal and monetary expansion during and after the pandemic are strongly associated with high inflation across countries. Other important finding suggests that democracy seems to be an important factor in countries to have less inflation rate. In other words, our study shows that less democratic countries face higher inflation rates. We also find that government debt to GDP ratio is negatively associated with inflation rate. Çalışma, 2010-2020 yılları arasındaki dönemi kapsamaktadır. Çalışmanın bağımlı değişkeni net nakit kâr payı dağıtım miktarıdır. Bağımsız değişkenler ise ekonomik büyüme, döviz kuru, faiz oranı, enflasyon oranı ve Türkiye’nin kredi temerrüt risk primi (CDS)’dir. Firmaların nakit kâr payı dağıtım politikaları ile makro faktörler arasındaki ilişki panel veri analizi ile test edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre ekonomik büyüme, faiz oranı, enflasyon oranı ve CDS değişkenleri bağımlı değişkeni pozitif yönde etkilemektedir. Sadece döviz kuru değişkeni ile bağımlı değişken arasında negatif bir ilişki vardır. Bu amaçla çalışma, kamu harcamaları oranındaki değişmelerin kişi başına GSYH büyüme oranını kısa ve uzun dönemde doğrusal ve doğrusal olmayan bir şekilde etkileyip etkilemediğini ve varsa bu etkilerin Türkiye ekonomisinin genişleme ve daralma dönemlerinde asimetrik bir karakter sergileyip sergilemediğini tespit etmek için ARDL & NARDL yaklaşımını kullanmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, kamu harcamaları oranı ve kişi başına GSYH büyüme oranı arasında hem doğrusal hem de doğrusal olmayan uzun dönemli bir ilişkinin tanımlandığını göstermektedir. Buna göre, kamu harcamaları ve büyüme arasında uzun dönemli doğrusal bir ilişki belirlenmiştir, ancak katsayıların istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı bulunmuştur. Bir diğer bulguya göre, kamu harcamaları ve büyüme arasında uzun dönemli doğrusal olmayan bir ilişki tanımlanmıştır ve kamu harcamalarındaki negatif şokların kişi başına GSYH büyüme oranını uzun dönemde negatif olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Bu değişimler teknolojik, ekonomik, siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel değişimler olarak sınıflandırılmaktadır. Birçok iş kolu bu değişimlerden etkilenmiş ve uygulamalarında köklü değişimlere yönelmeye karar vermişlerdir. Bu değişimleri benimseyen ve uygulamalarına yansıtan iş kollarından birisi de muhasebe mesleğidir. Muhasebe mesleğinde dijital uygulamalara yönelme Covid 19 pandemisi ile hız kazanmıştır. Dijitalleşme ile yer ve zaman kaybı önlenmiş ve daha verimli ve şeffaf uygulamalar ortaya çıkmıştır. \u0000Çalışma Şırnak ilinde faaliyet gösteren muhasebe meslek mensupları üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. 77 muhasebe meslek mensubuna yani Ana kütlenin tamamına Google formlar aracılığıyla anket formu gönderilmiş ve 53 muhasebe meslek mensubundan geri dönüş sağlanmıştır. Muhasebe meslek mensuplarına dijitalleşme ile ilgili 26 ifade yöneltilmiş ve 5’li likert ölçeği kullanılarak cevaplaması istenmiştir. Çalışmanın temel amacı dijitalleşme ile gelen yeniliklerin muhasebe meslek mensuplarını nasıl etkilediğini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirebilmek amacıyla dijitalleşme etkisini katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine göre ölçen 6 adet hipotez belirlenmiştir. \u0000Çalışmada dijitalleşmenin etkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim, unvan, çalışma şekli ve çalışma yılları olarak tanımlanan demografik özellikler açısından farkındalık analizleri yapılmıştır. Bu farkındalık analizinde dijitalleşmenin cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim, unvan, çalışma şekli ve çalışma yıllarına göre bazı ifadelerde anlamlı bir farklılık oluştuğu ortaya konmuştur. The sector's reaching record sales figures with the pandemic and the increasing risks depending on the supply chain constitute the motivation of the study. 32 companies were included in the scope of the research; the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 are determined as the date range and the financial performances of the companies are calculated with “current ratio, acid-test ratio, cash ratio, inventory turnover, receivables turnover, asset turnover, financial leverage ratio, sales profitability, return on equity and return on assets”. Central Asia is one of the most important routes of this historical initiative, which connects the Far East, Central Asia, North Africa and Europe. The interruption of the China-Mongolia-Russia-Europe trade line by the Russia-Ukraine war and the presence of the United States in Southeast Asia and the South China Sea regions have led China to see Central Asia as its gateway to the world. The region is also very rich in natural resources such as natural gas, oil, uranium and etc. that the Chinese industry needs. Research reflects the perspectives of HR managers’ working for 47 large-scale companies operating in various sectors of different industries. The data are collected from HR managers of companies with more than 250 employees through structured interviews between September and December 2019. It could be said that the department of HR was present in almost all of the large-scale companies. However, HR gives an image of a low autonomy department in terms of its own functions. The bottlenecks determined are reaching qualified employee in personnel procurement, being reluctant to participate in-service trainings, objectivity problem in performance evaluation, overtime pay problems in pay management, not following rules and not using protective equipment in employee health and safety issues. These political organizations, which meet on common goals and ideas and carry out activities in order to gain the political power and the authority to represent, play critical roles in the life of individuals and the formation of society. Like all social phenomena, political parties are also affected by social and political changes and are shaped in different formats in every period. On the other hand, it can be said that political ideologies, beliefs, elections and values, which stand out among the basic components in the formation of the political partyconcept, play an important role in the diversification of political parties, as well. The literature presents many types of political parties under different classifications. The intense political effects of the Naqshbandi Order in the Anatolian geography date back to the last two centuries. The Naqshbandi Order differs from other ones in it isolating itself from political and social events. Its capacity in adapting to time and place and organizing strong is one of the most important qualities of the order. Having these features and a city-centred mass structure, the Naqshbandi Order has managed to maintain its existence in every period. For this purpose, due to the lessons I have given for years and the interaction with the students, the preparation of this study has come about because the students could not assimilate these concepts, they could not dwell on these concepts, they were not interested, and the deficiencies in this subject were determined in the literature. In this area, it is thought that this study will have a good contribution especially on students and contribute to the literature. Since these basic concepts differ greatly from societies, cultures and the perspectives of philosophers, and they are very general concepts, it will only be tried to be analyzed from certain points and from a certain perspective. The biggest challenge in this article is that these basic concepts differ for each society and culture. For this reason, it will be an effort to limit the subject a little more and to express it in a narrower sense.
