For the formation of 5-9 seater modifications of aircraft as a prototype was taken aircraft Diamond Da42 with the location of passengers without aisle, crew consisted of 1 person. For the formation of 10-20 seater aircrafts modifications as prototypes were taken aircrafts eV-55 and l-410UVP, the crew consisted of 2 persons, was adopted the full completion of aircraft equipment, power plant consists of two engines was adopted. It shows the economic advisability of the aircraft gas turbine engines use for airplanes of local airlines (5-6 people). It was found that the life-cycle cost of the aircraft with more passengers become lower in modifications with gas turbine engines, therefore, the use of this type of engine is advisable for aircraft with greater passenger capacity. It was found that the main factors influencing the life-cycle cost of the aircraft, are the resource characteristics of the engine, the cost of its maintenance and repair, as well as the price of fuel. keywords: parametric shape, light passenger aircraft, local airlines, aviation diesel engine, turboprop engine, gas turbine engine, the aviation powerplant, technical and economic characteristics, operational characteristics, life-cycle hour cost.","PeriodicalId":291224,"journal":{"name":"Transactions of the Institute of Aviation","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123829061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The way of obtaining graphene in form of planes with dimensions of 90 x 100 mm and the method of manufacturing multilayer composite with graphene were presented. composites were produced from carbon fiber-epoxy resin prepregs in out of autoclave process. The adhesive film were used as an additional component which allows to transfer of graphene plane on carbon-epoxy resin prepregs and facilitate the consolidation process. In terms of the quality analysis of prepared composite samples results of ultrasonic tests of composites plate without the graphene and with graphene as an A-scan, B-scan, c-scan, S-scan were shown. The use of ultrasonic methods of registration: c-scan type amplitude of the echo and bottom echo signal amplitude,that allows to detect manufacturing defects caused by the mismatch of parallel edges of carbon prepregs, were engaged. The analysis of c-scan images allows to determine the accuracy of the angular orientation of the carbon layers. keywords: composite, graphene, composites with grapheme.","PeriodicalId":291224,"journal":{"name":"Transactions of the Institute of Aviation","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132290959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This alternative transport policy with respect to the european Union cohesion goal – “90% of inhabitants able to complete their journey within 4 hours of a door to door travel” – was evaluated. To the predefined graph emulating Polish transport system and including road, rail and airline layers, edges and vertices of a small aircraft transport system layer were added. The new mode is equivalent of the visions of Warsaw Institute of aviation projects: ePaTS, STMS and SaT-Rdmp. The visions assumed services which would offer (regular scheduled or on-demand) transport at a speed of 226 km/h from/to 56 airports. If Poland and the eU are supportive and facilitate in creating such a system, this scenario (SaT226 2030) enables to completely achieve the cohesion policy goal until 2030 in Poland. keywords: transport policy, daily accessibility, european Union policy cohesion goal.","PeriodicalId":291224,"journal":{"name":"Transactions of the Institute of Aviation","volume":"224 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127190079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
