Distance Learning Pictures on Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City . (2.) Overview of learning outcomes for Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. (3.) The effect of the application of distance learning on student learning outcomes in the subject of Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. In this study, it was considered quite good.This research was conducted using a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. A total of 109 respondents were taken through the distribution of questionnaires which were determined as samples in this study.The results of the calculations in this study, for Distance Learning obtained TCR of 71.19% with a good category. With learning outcomes that are above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 52 students, and below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 58 students. From the results of this study, there is a fairly good influence on the implementation of Distance Learning in class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This research design uses descriptive quantitative research methods. With date collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 30 employees and a sample of 30 employees. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used descriptive analysis test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and simple regression test. While the hypothesis test in this study is a partial test (t test). The results of this study state that (1) the competence of the workforce is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 81.41%. (2) Product quality is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 84.49%. (3) The competence of the workforce affects the quality of the product which can be seen from tcount > ttable of 3.313 > 1.679. Then H0 is accepted, H1 is rejected. Thus, the competence possessed by a workforce, especially skills, will be seen from how a worker carries out his work. Meanwhile, the quality of the product can be seen from the reliability possessed by a product because it will increase the attractiveness of consumers towards the products they buy. Then the competence possessed by a worker will affect the quality of the product that will be produced. This type of research is a quasi -experiment. The total population in this study was 235 people. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, so that 40 students of class VII C were selected as the Control class and 39 students of class VII F as the Experimental class. The technique of data collection in this study is to disseminate questions to research respondents and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is t test using SPSS for Windows Version 16. The results showed that (1) The learning outcomes of students in IPS subjects taught using Articulation type cooperative learning model obtained a mean of 63.59 (2) The learning outcomes of students in Integrated IPS subjects taught using Cooperative learning model of the Exchange type pair obtained a mean score (mean) is 54.12 and (3) The learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Integrated IPS taught using the cooperative learning model of the Articulation type are higher than the student learning outcomes in the subjects Integrated IPS taught using the Cooperative Learning model of Pair Exchange with a value of 0.000> 0.05. Where the rates offered by the Gojek application are quite cheap both in the order rates or services offered. (4) Knowing how much influence pedagogic competence and professional competence have on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City.This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques, through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 109 teachers and a sample of 86 teachers. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used is quantitative descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and multiple regression test.The results showed that: (1) pedagogical competence was included in the fairly good category with a TCR value of 68.03%, professional competence in the good category with a TCR value of 80.39%. (2) There is an effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance with a tcount of 2.405 at a significant level of 0.018. (3) There is an effect of professional competence on teacher performance with a tcount of 2.897 at a significant level of 0.005. (4) pedagogical competence and professional competence have an influence on teacher performance which can be seen from the Ftable value of 6,552 with a significant value of 0.002. Entrepreneurial skills cannot be created quickly, but must be accustomed to it from an early age so that children have an interest in doing business. School education is an effort to introduce entrepreneurship education to students, one of which is class IX A at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. One of the efforts that can be made by Indonesian language teachers is to conduct training to write short stories on entrepreneurship themes to students. The goal is that students can imagine story characters who work as entrepreneurs or business people. Students will also be introduced to specific terms in the field of entrepreneurship, such as stocks, capital, company, director, profit, and other terms. In conducting this research, the writer used the Stalakmid model. Researchers used 2 stages, namely the pre and post stages of the application of the Stalakmid model. From the data analysis, the students' ability to write short stories with the theme of entrepreneurship, the student's score before the implementation of the stalakmid model was 33.3%. Whereas at the post stage, the students' abilities increased to 88.8%. (3) Knowing the effect of learning styles on learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI IPS Negeri 1 Jambi City. 4) Knowing the effect of the family environment and student learning styles on student learning outcomes of class XI IPS on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption tests used are Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that: (1) The family environment and learning style were included in the fairly good category with an average TCR (X1) of 77.10%, (X2) 75.36%, and student learning outcomes in economic subjects were obtained. A score of less than 68 was 72 students, while those who scored above 68 were 34 students.(2) There is an influence of the family environment on learning outcomes which can be seen from the tcount value of the family environment variable (X1) of 2,212> 1,658. (3) There is an effect of learning styles on learning outcomes which can be seen from the tcount> ttable that the tcount of learning style variable (X2) is 2.184> 1.658). 4) There is an effect of the family environment and student learning styles on student learning outcomes with a value of 8.892 with a significant value of .000. Thus, a good family environment will have a positive impact on children so that children become enthusiastic in carrying out the learning process, and learning styles are influential enough for each individual to absorb information from outside himself. (2) Knowing how the work management system influences the success rate of field work practice in the accounting department at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. Where the population in this study were 146 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, while the classical assumption tests used were quantitative descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, simple regression test and partial t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a description between the implementation of field work practices and work management systems. (2) There is a significant influence between the work management system on field work practices in class XII accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This is confirmed by t count> t table, which is 2.019> 1.658. Thus, the implementation of field work practices will be better implemented if the procedures and debriefing carried out by the school are optimized. The implementation of field work practices will be very influential if the process is guided by a good work management system.
