The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Case study instruments in qualitative research researchers must be able to complete the data and compare it with the facts in the field. Basically, cases are chosen because they are thought to contain their own specialties. While generalization is to show the position of the important things from the case in the knowledge map that has been built. This research is a quantitative study, the total population of this study were 123 students and the number of samples was 95 students. With a significant level of 5%. Selection of this sample using Proportional Random Sampling Technique. Data collected using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed from the test of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen from the R Square table of 0.708, which means that learning outcomes are influenced by learning discipline and learning motivation by 0.708 or 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on table 4.13 above, it is known that the sig value is 0.024 <0.05 and it can also be seen that the calculated F value of 3.906 is greater than the F table value of 3.09. This type of research used quantitative research with 40 research subjects, which were conducted in two schools namely SD Negeri 38 and MIN 1 in Maro Sebo, Muaro Jambi Regency. In this study using data collection techniques through questionnaires, Processing data analysis using the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, and homogeneity test as well as verification analysis with simple linear regression. The results showed that t value of the training variabel (X) on teachers performance (Y) is 2,752 with a sig. 0,008. This means that t count > t table. In other words. o is rejected and H is accepted because 0,000 < 0,005. In this study the authors used descriptive research methods and factorization analysis. This factor analysis does not classify variables into categories of independent and dependent variables but instead looks for interdependence relationships between variables in order to identify the dimensions or factors that compose them. The results showed there are several factors that exist, namely individual factors, environmental factors, higher education institution factors and brochure factors, with the value of KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) Measures of Sampling Adequacy is 0.407 with a significance value of 0.004. Meanwhile, the value of Bartlett's Test of Sphericity is 6. The design in this research is quantitative research, using quasi-experimental methods. The population in this study were students of class XII IPS, with a total sample of 58 students. While the data analysis technique used is ancova analysis technique with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) students' conceptual understanding in economics subjects using conventional models is low, this is evident from the number of students who received low scores at the time of the study, (2) students' conceptual understanding in economics subjects used the Flipped model. Classroom has increased, this is evident from the presentation of the highest score in the experimental class 60 while the control class is 58, (3) there is a very significant difference in students' understanding of concepts before using the Flipped Classroom model and after using the Flipped Classroom model where the largest presentation in the control class ranges from 36 -41 and in the experimental class the largest percentage is in the range of 48-53. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis technique with a qualitative approach, which consists of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threaths.The results showed that (1) the performance of KUD Bukit Manunggal's marketing division had not been fully implemented optimally. This conclusion is based on the performance of KUD Bukit Manunggal management who are always optimal in selling FFB, but on the other hand, they do not yet have a clear marketing strategy so it can also be said that the marketing division is not carrying out its functions as it should, and (2) There are 3 alternatives strategies that can be applied in developing the marketing division obtained from a combination of Strengths and Opportunities (SO), namely (a) Maximizing the potential for FFB sales by opening RAM under the auspices of KUD. Through the opening of RAM under the auspices of KUD, it is hoped that it will be able to reach a wider membership so that it can increase the effectiveness of KUD Bukit Manunggal's marketing performance, (b) Improve the performance of administrators to reach other villages that do not yet have KUD. By improving the performance of the management through training, the management, especially the marketing department, will be able to develop their performance to reach villages that do not yet have a KUD to join the Bukit Manunggal KUD, and (c) Utilize the independence of the KUD to explore other villages.
