Kandungan abu cangkang kerang berupa kalsium karbonat (CaCO3) dapat meningkatkan pH tanah asam menjadi netral. pH tanah merupakan salah satu faktor yang cukup berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan budidaya tanaman. Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan mendapatkan dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan tepung cangkang kerang yang tepat bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah telah dilakukan pada lahan jenis tanah Entisol di BPP Ranah Pesisir, Nagari Pasir Pelangai, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, dengan ketinggian 11 meter di atas permukaan laut, dari Januari-Mei 2023. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah Pupuk Kandang Ayam dengan 4 taraf yakni 0, 5, 10, dan 15 ton/ha. Faktor kedua adalah Tepung Cangkang Kerang dengan 3 taraf yakni 0, 0,5, dan 1 ton/ha. Kedua faktor dikombinasikan menjadi 12 perlakuan dan 3 kelompok sehingga diperoleh 36 satuan percobaan. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya interaksi pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan tepung cangkang kerang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Pemberian dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan tepung cangkang kerang secara tunggal dapat dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan hasil tanaman bawang merah dimana dosis terbaik yaitu 10 ton/ha pupuk kandang ayam dan 0,5 ton/ha tepung cangkang kerang.
 ABSTRACT
 Chicken manure functions to improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil. The content of clam shell ash in the form of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) can increase the pH of acidic soil to neutral. Soil pH is one factor that is quite influential in the success of plant cultivation. This experiment aims to determine the effect and obtain the right dose of chicken manure and shellfish flour for the growth and yield of shallots. sea ??level, from January-May 2023. This experiment used a Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 factors. The first factor was Chicken Manure with 4 levels namely 0, 5, 10 and 15 tons/ha. The second factor was clam shell flour with 3 levels namely 0, 0.5 and 1 ton/ha. The two factors were combined into 12 treatments and 3 groups to obtain 36 experimental units. Based on the experimental results, it can be concluded that the interaction of chicken manure and shellfish flour can increase the growth of shallot crop yields. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen yang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola faktorial yang masing-masaing dilakukan tiga kali ulangan untuk uji jumlah total bakteri dan organoleptik. Percobaan ini terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor A dan faktor B dengan perlakuan sebagai berikut: Faktor A level persentase jumlah daun Kelor yaitu a1(0%), a2(7%), a3(14%). Faktor B lama Penyimpanan yaitu b1( 6 ), b2 (8 ), b3(10) hari. Hasil sidik ragam, interaksi pemberian daun kelor dan lama penyimpanan pada proses pembuatan telur asin, memperlihatkan pengaruh yang tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah bakteri dan uji organoleptik (aroma, warna kuning telur, tekstur kuning telur, tekstur putih telur, kesukaan), sedangkan untuk uji rasa telur asin memperlihatkan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05). Percobaan dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tamansiswa Padang dengan ketinggian 7 m dpl. Percobaan di lakukan di bulan Juli - September 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan acak lengkap Faktorial dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama pemberian konsenterasi 0 ml/l, 150 ml/l 300 ml/l dan 450 ml/l. Faktor kedua frekuensi pemberian perlakuan yaitu satu kali seminggu dan dua kali seminggu dengan parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, luas daun, muncul daun pertama, jumlah daun, panjang akar, bobot bibit, warna daun dan normalitas bibit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk organik cair daun lamtoro berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di prenursery pada tinggi tanaman, luas daun, umur muncul daun pertama dan jumlah daun pertanaman dengan konsentrasi perlakuan terbaik yaitu 450 m/l.&#x0D; ABSTRACT&#x0D; The aim of this study was to determine the growth response of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) seedlings in the pre-nursery to the application of lamtoro leaf liquid organic fertilizer. The experiment was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tamansiswa University, Padang, at a height of 7 m above sea level. The experiment was conducted in July - September 2022. This study used a completely randomized factorial design with three replications. The first factor is giving concentrations of 0 ml/l, 150 ml/l, 300 ml/l and 450 ml/l. The second factor was the frequency of treatment, namely once a week and twice a week with the parameters observed, namely plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, first leaf appearance, number of leaves, root length, seedling weight, leaf color and seedling normality. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui interaksi yang terbaik pemberian ekoenzim dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Untuk mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik ekoenzim terhadappertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Untuk mengetahui dosis terbaik pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial, dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama terdiri dari 3 taraf konsentrasi Ekoezim : 0 ml/L, 1 ml/L, dan 2 ml/L, faktor kedua yaitu 4 taraf dosis pupuk NPK : 0 %, 25 %, 50 %, dan 75 % dari rekomedasi 250 kg/ha, percobaan diulang 3 kali sehingga terdapat 36 petak percobaan. Data hasil pengamatan disidik ragam dengan uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan duncan’s multiple range test (DMRT) jika berpengaruh nyata pada taraf nyata 5% dan 1%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan : Tidak terdapat interaksi ekoenzim dan NPK dalam meningkatkanpertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Terdapat konsentrasi ekoenzim terbaik untuk meningkatkanpertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Terdapat dosis pupuk NPK terbaik untuk meningkatkanpertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah.&#x0D; &#x0D; The experiment was carried out on dry land belonging to the Nagari Surantiah Murni Farmers Group, Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, which was carried out from April to July 2023, at an altitude of 13 meters above sea level. Research Objectives: To determine the best interaction between providing ecoenzymes and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of shallots. To find out the best concentration of ecoenzymes for the growth and yield of shallots. To find out the best dose of NPK fertilizer for the growth and yield of shallots. The experiment used a completely randomized factorial design (CRD), with two factors. The first factor consists of 3 levels of ecozyme concentration: 0 ml/L, 1 ml/L, and 2 ml/L, the second factor is 4 levels of NPK fertilizer dosage: 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75% of the recommended 250 kg /ha, the experiment was repeated 3 times so that there were 36 experimental plots. The observational data was investigated for variance using the F test and continued with Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT) if it had a significant effect at the 5% and 1% significance levels. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded: There is no interaction between ecoenzymes and NPK in increasing the growth and yield of shallots. Bahan aktif yang terdapat pada tumbuhan merupakan produk metabolit sekunder yang memiliki peran penting untuk dijadikan pestisida nabati dari cekaman lingkungan biotik, seperti: serangan hama, patogen, herbivora, maupun abiotik. Selain itu juga memiliki jumlah dan jenis yang bervariasi. Senyawa tersebut ialah golongan alkaloid, fenol, terpenoid, steroid, saponin, dan flavonoid. Flavonoid termasuk bagian dari senyawa metabolit sekunder yang bersifat antibakteri, antioksidan, antiinflamasi, antivirus, dan antifungi yang bisa dijadikan sebgai pestisida nabati. Senyawa ini bisa ditemukan pada seluruh jaringan tumbuhan dan memiliki pigmen merah, biru, dan ungu. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah menganalisa perbandingan Indeks Performance dan Pendapatan usaha beternak ayam Broiler antara populasi 10.000 ekor dengan 9.000 ekor di Gomin Farm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Survey, dengan pengumpulan data dengan teknik Observasi, Dokumentasi dan Wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance produksi usaha ternak ayam Broiler Gomin Farm populasi 10.000 ekor yaitu Deplesi = 3,18 %, ABW = 2,00 Kg, FCR= 1,495, Umur panen = 32,44 hari dan IP =399. Performance Gomin Farm populasi 9.000 ekor yaitu Deplesi = 4,61 %, ABW = 2,06 Kg, FCR = 1,457, Umur panen = 32,16 hari dan IP = 419. Perhitungan aspek ekonomi populasi 10.000 ekor yaitu biaya produksi = Rp. 358.958.597, penerimaan = Rp . 385.024.891 dan pendapatan = Rp. 26.066.294. Populasi 9.000 ekor yaitu biaya produksi = Rp. 343.525.074, penerimaan = Rp. 367.038.085 dan pendapatan = Rp. 23.513.074. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah IP (Indek Performance)  yang didapatkan dalam usaha ternak ayam Broiler di Gomin farm populasi 10.000 ekor adalah 399, lebih rendah dibanding populasi 9,000 ekor yaitu 419 dengan selisih 20. One of the types of tubers used is the Lasbok accession sweet potato. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of NPK fertilizer and the best cutting source for sweet potato plants, Lasbok accession. The research was conducted in the Katulampa Village, Kec. East Bogor, Bogor City. The experimental design used was a completely randomized block design (split plot) with two factors. The main factor in this study was the dose of NPK fertilizer, while the sub factor in this study was the type of cuttings. Cuttings from tertiary shoots (S3) (89.7 leaves) were significantly higher than cuttings from main shoots (S1) (62.8 leaves) and mid stem (S2) (59.4 leaves) at 45 DAP. S2 has significantly fewer tuber candidates compared to S1 and S3. The tuber weight per plot at the recommended dose (M2) was significantly higher than M0 (control) and M1 (30% below the recommendation) but not significantly different from M3 (30% above the recommendation). This research was carried out on Street Kaliberantas No. 19 Alai Parak Kopi Padang and analyze in the Ruminant Nutrition Laboratory Faculty of Animal Science Andalas University Padang. This research was conducted by experiment method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a factorial pattern with 2 factors namely factor A is Forage corn which consists of 2 fractions namely : a1= Upper Fraction, a2= Lower Fraction. Factor B is the content of corn flour additives which consists of 3 levels namely b1= 4%, b2= 8%, b3=12% with 4 replications. The measure Variable is Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) dan Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF). Salah satu senyawa metabolit sekunder yang berfungsi sebagai pertahanan terhadap patogen (antifungi) adalah tanin. Tanin merupakan senyawa aktif metabolit sekunder golongan polifenol yang terdiri dari gugus hidroksi dan beberapa gugus terkait seperti karboksil yang dihasilkan oleh tanaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah penggunaan tepung azolla microphylla yaitu, A= 0%, B= 2%, C= 4%, D= 6%, dan E=8%. Pakan yang digunakan terdiri dari jagung giling kuning, dedak padi, kosentrat ayam pedaging, tepung azolla microphylla, dan top-mix, dengan kandungan protein 23% dan energi metabolisme 2800 kkal/kg. Percobaan membutuhkan 200 ekor burung puyuh umur 15 hari, setiap unit percobaan berisi masing – masing dengan 10 ekor puyuh.  Parameter yang diamati adalah konsumsi ransum (gram/ekor/hari), pertambahan bobot badan (gram/ekor/hari), dan konversi ransum. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung azolla microphylla dalam ransum burung puyuh berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, dan konversi ransum. Konsumsi ransum berkisar antara 16,45 sampai 16,79 (gram/ekor/hari), pertambahan bobot badan berkisar antara 3,73sampai 3,75 (gram/ekor/hari) dan konversi ransum berkisar antara 4,38 sampai 4,49. Hal ini menunjukkan pakan memiliki kualitas gizi dan palatabilitas yang hampir sama.
