Sukolilo District is dominated by residential areas, educational areas, commercial areas and hospitals where some of the wastewater discharges directly to the Kalibokor drainase. The purpose of this study was to determine the watershed conditions of the mafcroinvertebrates types found using biologic method. This research is descriptive with a survey approach that identifies the biota of the Kalibokor drainase as an indicator of water pollution in Sukolilo District. Data analysis was carried out by starting with the identification of the obtained macroinvertebrates, then clasify biota become 2 groups, namely EPT (Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Tricoptera) and non-EPT, then calculating the Water Pollution Index. Bale Mountain. Mining activities at Gunung Bale consist of processes: Stripping and Top Soil Management, Mining Production Operations, Stock Pile Activities, Quality Control and Transportation to Consumers. The methodology used is a study of the application of Good Mining Practice. Data and information are processed and tabulated for later analysis descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the Mining Technical PT. Gunung Bale uses the open pit mining method with a Quarry mining system with a site hill type and a pit type. Mineral conservation is carried out using the method of calculating the volume of resources and reserves with the Triangular method using the Block model concept (software used is SURPAC 6.6.1). To prevent work accidents at the mine site, warning signs are installed and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and first aid kits are provided. Every time starting mining activities, a safety talk is held with the workers. Environmental management includes waste management, restoration and monitoring of water quality, handling of acid mine drainage, revegetation, and making a reclamation plan. The main mining infrastructure for road construction cuts around ±2 Ha. The total length of the road is 2,731 m. Buffalo is one of the large ruminants that have an important contribution in the development of national livestock. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corn Waste Feed on Bcs Performance of Male and Female Mud Buffalo (Bubalus Bubalis) cubs being reared extensively in three sub-districts of Dompu Regency. Research method This study used 103 mud buffaloes which were kept extensively traditionally by livestock farmers in three sub-districts, namely Manggelewa, Kempo and Dompu, Dompu Regency. Of the 103 buffaloes, 55 were female and 48 were male. For 55 female buffaloes, the distribution in three sub-districts is as follows: 21 heads of Manggelewa, 22 of Kempo and 22 of Dompu. For the 48 male buffaloes, the distribution in three sub-districts is as follows: 18 Manggelewa, 19 Kempo and 11 Dompu. The results showed that statistical analysis of the research location had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the BCS value of the Doro Ncanga mud buffalo under study. In the 0-6 month age group, the BCS of female buffalo Doro Ncanga in Dompu District (4.71±0.69) was greater (p<0.05) than the BCS of Doro Ncanga buffalo in Kempo District (4.05±0.62) and Manggelewa District (3.79±0.68 ). For male buffalo, statistical analysis of the study had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the BCS value of the studied mud buffalo. In Table 2, it is known that the research of surveyed breeders in buffalo maintenance showed that the BCS of male mud buffalo Doro Ncanga in the three sub-districts of Dompu Regency was not significantly different (p>0.05) for the 0-6 month age group Manggelewa 3.78±0.79, Kempo 3.71±0.85 and Dompu 3.70±0.8. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is that the location of the 3 sub-districts of Manggelewa, Kempu and Dompu did not have a significant effect on the BCS of mud buffalo calves. \u0000Kerbau lumpur (Bubalus bubalis) dalam bahasa Bima - Dompu sering disebut “Sahe” merupakan plasma nutfah Kabupaten Dompu Nusa Tenggara Barat. One of the conversion methods used to convert coconut pulp into biodiesel is the transesterification method using various catalysts. Based on several literature studies conducted, the yield produced using a CaO catalyst is 96.43% and using a KOH catalyst can reach up to 98.23% with the help of a microwave. The results of a survey that has been conducted on 30 grated coconut traders in various markets, the average coconut pulp produced every day is 20 kg/seller/day. Sungai ini diindikasikan telah mengalami pencemaran yang diakibatkan oleh aktivitas pembuangan limbah domestik dan pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kualitas air Sungai Kalitidu dan berapa besar beban pencemaran dari pemukiman dan pertanian yang masuk ke Sungai Kalitidu, serta merumuskan rekomendasi upaya pengendalian pencemaran air Sungai Kalitidu yang perlu dilakukan dalam rangka menjaga dan memulihkan kondisi air sungai dan menjaga mutu air sungai sesuai dengan peruntukannya Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Parameter kualitas air yang diuji adalah fisika (Suhu, TSS), kimia (pH, DO, BOD, COD, Total Fosfat, Nitrat, dan MBAS) dan biologi (Fitoplankton, Zooplankton, dan Total Coliform). Hasil pengujian kualitas air Sungai Kalitidu tergolong cemar ringan dengan memiliki nilai Indeks pencemar dengan rincian nilai sebesar 4,8 dengan debit air rata-rata sebesar 2.198 m/detik serta kedalaman air rata-rata 3 meter dari dasar sungai hal ini disebabkan karena dasar sungai cenderung curam sehingga arus air yang dihasilkan lebih deras. Karena arus sangat berperan penting dalam sirkulasi air, selain pembawa bahan terlarut dan tersuspensi, arus juga mempengaruhi jumlah kelarutan oksigen sehingga pada saat dilakukan pengujian parameter fisik, kimia, dan biologi Sungai Kalitidu memiliki nilai dibawah baku mutu kualitas air sungai dan termasuk dalam kualitas air Kelas II berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur Nomor 2 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efisiensi penyisihan kadar BOD dengan fitotreatment menggunakan tanaman melati air (Echinodorus palaefolius), dan pengaruh jumlah tanaman terhadap kadar BOD limbah cair pengolahan ikan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di industri pengolahan ikan yang terdapat di Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari penelitian pendahuluan, proses fitotreatment, dan analisis data menggunakan Anova Dua Arah. Aklimatisasi tanaman dengan konsentrasi limbah cair pengolahan ikan 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100% dengan tanaman melati air (Echinodorus palaefolius) bertahap selama 18 hari. Fitotreatment dilakukan menggunakan konsentrasi limbah 75% selama 20 hari untuk mengetahui penurunan kadar BOD. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa tanaman melati air (Echinodorus palaefolius) mampu menyerap bahan organik dalam limbah cair pengolahan dengan efisiensi penyisihan BOD sebesar 77%. Treatment I with a formula of 10 kg of solid waste and 9 liters of water, and treatment II with a formula of 15 kg of solid waste and 4 liters of water.
