In such real world scenarios, human faces could be easily occluded by other objects that make the face recognition task as a complex one. Satisfactory performance has been achieved earlier but often only in the controlled environments. But it is very tedious to obtain holistic face images for unconstrained face recognition. Thus, in order to avoid the degradation of face images and the huge variations due to illumination, pose, occlusion and expression, a new Robust Face Recognition approach is proposed. In this approach, the partial face recognition using Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) technique is combined with Multi-directional Multi-level Dual Cross Patterns (DCP) technique that makes the recognition task as a robust one when compared to other face recognition approaches. Then, the Robust Point Set Matching (RPSM) is used to match the corresponding stable keypoints from both the gallery image and probe face image. Finally, PNN and K-NN classification are used to classify the face images even with the presence of occlusion, random partial crop, illumination, pose and exaggerated facial expression. The task of estimating the geo-coordinates of a media-recording is known as geo-tagging. Geo-tag is most commonly used for photographs and can help people get a more information about where the pictures was taken or the exact location of a friend who logged on to a service this information helps to develop a better semantic understanding of multimedia content. Therefore, for reliable geotags, this project suggests adopting a multimodal geotagging. This develop tourist destinations and newer applications Thus the multimodal information such as voice, latitude, longitude, temperature, humidity of different location is measured and stored in the database. Also, teachers have to ensure that each computer in the lab has editor and compiler to run the code. This paper will provide guidelines for system interface to teachers in which teachers are able to create new programming assignments and assign it to a particular class. Also, this system helps teachers for grading of programming assignments. It will provide a detailed report of class for each programming assignments. It will also reduce the overhead of installing the software required to edit and run the code. This the system provide an easy interface to students to edit and to compile programs. Power Consumption, Power Dissipation and Leakage Power are the main factors in the IC Design. Memory unit is the primary block in design of any chip like Micro Processor and Micro Controller. As SRAMs comprise a significant percentage of the area and power for many digital chips and leakage can dominate total chip leakage. The proposed paper used to reduce the leakage power by using High-Vth nMOS as pull-down transistors for standard 6T SRAM. This paper demonstrates the Architecture Design and Analysis of 256bitcell 8T SRAM in 45nm technology. This paper presents the methodology to detect Glaucoma using wavelet based contourlet transform with Gabor filters. The input retinal fundus image is localized for its region of interest and enhanced using adaptive Gamma correction with weighted Distribution function (AGCWD). The blood vessels in ROI are removed using the Gabor filter and morphological operators. The designed antenna is combination of two similar patch antenna, which can operate in wideband. Isolation among both patches is obtained by inserting two parallel strips in between them. With the help of inserting reflecting structure in ground plane minimization in mutual coupling is obtained. The substrate dimension is of 55 mm in length and 34 mm in width. It is printed on FR4 (lossy) having height 1.6mm, dielectric constant 4.3 and loss tangent 0.025. Due to increasing population, number of roads and vehicles are increases, which create many problems such as travel time delay, fuel wastage, air pollution and transport related issues. So traffic monitoring and controlling is biggest challenge on traffic management authorities. Here design and develop system for real-time traffic monitoring using Internet of Things (IoT) platform and sensing Technology. To detect traffic levels at lanes used Ultrasonic sensors, its real-time application. Controller receives this data from sensors and processes. After that processed and detected data transfer to server through Wi-Fi module Traffic is controlling by traffic signal control method which depends on the detecting traffic levels at lanes. If any lane gives high traffic level then it gives highest priority means high signal time to pass vehicles. A routing protocol decides the best suitable route to be considered for sending the data from source to destination. One of the major concerns is to transmit the data on a route which consumes less power. The power is a scarce resource in WSNs as these networks are usually deployed in a hostile environment, where it is not possible to give them power supply or to get them recharge. An analysis about the performance of different flat routing Protocols such as AODV, MAODV, DSDV, Flooding and Directed Diffusion is presented and a comparison has also been carried out among these flat routing protocols. In this research work, an introduction of WSNs is presented with a deep insight into the flat routing protocols for sensor networks. The various routing protocols have been implemented in NS2 and compared in terms packet deliver fraction, Residual energy Vs Time and Number of packets dropped Vs Time.
