The designed antenna is combination of two similar patch antenna, which can operate in wideband. Isolation among both patches is obtained by inserting two parallel strips in between them. With the help of inserting reflecting structure in ground plane minimization in mutual coupling is obtained. The substrate dimension is of 55 mm in length and 34 mm in width. It is printed on FR4 (lossy) having height 1.6mm, dielectric constant 4.3 and loss tangent 0.025.
