The geology in this research area consists of Qa (alluvium), Qav ( alluvium fan), and Qv (young volcanic unit). The groundwater level in this study area ranged from 76.2-86.14 dml. This research area has a high Cl (chloride) value with a minimum value of 11,846 mg/l at SG-12 and a maximum value of 70,517 mg/l at SG-19. WKP Tulehu terletak di Pulau Ambon, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Provinsi Maluku. Maksud dari penelitian adalah untuk mengaplikasikan interpretasi data geofisika magnetotellurik untuk menentukan bagian atas zona reservoir (top reservoir) pada kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi panasbumi, Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonfirmasi suatu model konseptual panasbumi dengan hasil korelasi dari data magnetotellurik dan data sumur. Data yang dihasilkan merupakan hasil pengolahan data 3D menggunakan software Leapfrog Geothermal untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut pada sistem geothermal yang berada di daerah Tulehu. In an area that has a high level of rainfall, it is very good to be a water catchment area. Water catchment areas must be maintained and protected so that they can be used to incrase groundwater reserves and prevent flooding, so a spatial plan is needed in determining water catchment areas. This study aims to determine the rate of infiltration in the ara of Mount Pancar, Bogor, West Java. Infiltration rate data was collected directly in the field using a double ring infiltrometer and rainfall data was obtained from BMKG data at Citeko Station. The final result of these data will be made a map of the infiltration rate and rainfall map. The results of the study in the study area obtained an infiltration rate of 0,096 m/day – 0,553 m/day with rainfaal of more than 3000 mm/year. Most of the surrounding land is used as agricultural areas, gardens, rice fields, forests, and settlements. With most of the people working as farmers, it causes land degradation due to agricultural extensification. Because the Cicalengka area is estimated to be the final part of the Lembang Fault, and an area that has experiencing changes of land use, this study aims to examine the relationship between the morphotectonic aspects of the Upper Citarik watershed and land use around the Citarik River. The approach used to identify morphotectonic influences in the research area is the analysis of the ridge lineament pattern as well as geomorphic analysis in the form of bifurcation ratio (Rb), drainage density (Dd), mountain front sinousity (Smf), and valley floor width to height ratio (Vf). The dominant pattern of ridge lineaments in the study area is northeast-southwest, resulting in mountains oriented northwest-southeast. The average Rb value is 3.64, Dd ranges from 0.25-10, Vf with an average of 0.62, and the Smf value ranges from 1.11-1.64 in the north and 1.3-2.39 in the south. This condition causes the areas of Papua and West Papua to be shaken by many earthquakes. This research was conducted to analyze the rock friability level, as well as seismic activity in the study area, in order to minimize the damage caused by the earthquake. The data used is earthquake data from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) from 1971-2021 or within a period of 50 years, with a depth of 0-60 Km, with an earthquake magnitude of M 2 and moment tensor data, using the least squares method. In the research region, 372 earthquake spots have been discovered in the last 50 years.. The highest ai and bi values are at magnitude 7.95 with ai values of 0.028937 and bi values of 0.1661137. At magnitude 4.9, the lowest ai and bi values are ai values 0.028927 and bi values 0.1660554. Aspek Litologi Bendungan Cipanas terdiri dari beberapa litologi, dari tua ke muda adalah Satuan Batulempung Serpih (Tmbl) berumur Miosen Akhir, Satuan Batupasir Molluscan (Tpbpm) Pliosen Awal, Satuan Konglomerat (Tpk), Satuan Batupasir Kasar (Tpbk) . ), Satuan Batulempung Abu-abu Tua-Biru-Hijau (Tpbl) dimana ketiganya di atas berasal dari Pliosen Akhir – Pleistosen Awal, Satuan Tuf (Kt) dan Satuan Aluvium (Ka) adalah Holosen. Analisis stereonet yang berasal dari kelurusan dan pengamatan lapangan menunjukkan bahwa beberapa struktur geologi yang terbentuk di kawasan Bendungan As, yaitu Antiklin Selatan, Antiklin Timur, dan Sinklin Timur, serta Sesar Selatan dan Sesar Naik Utara. Besides its function for groundwater conservation, this area also is used to reduce flood risks. The need for houses also encourages people to use qualified Catchment areas to be used as houses and does not consider its natural factors. It happens a lot in suburban areas such as East Jakarta that in early 2020 this area becomes one of the most affected areas due to the flood in DKI Jakarta. Due to the world pandemic, Covid-19, direct field research is hard to carry out, so this research using remote sensing applications and geographic information systems to identify areas that qualify as water catchment areas. In practice, it uses secondary data sourced from national institutions and agencies with direct access to the data. The results showed that 12,36% of the research areas did not meet the requirements as Catchment areas, 68,01% were sufficiently eligible, and 19,63% were highly qualified. However, in its utilization, only 22.06% of the total research area currently plays an active role as groundwater catchment areas because of the land cover dominated by built-up land. Lereng yang hambat geser tanah/batuannya lebih kecil dari berat massa tanah itu sendiri akan membuat pergerakan massa tanah. Diperlukan upaya untuk mengurangi resiko potensi gerakan tanah, antara lain dengan melakukan analisis sistem informasi geografis (SIG) menggunakan tiga parameter terdiri dari; parameter geologi, curah hujan, dan bentang alam. Daerah cekungan bandung dan sekitarnya rentan terhadap gerakan tanah. Hal ini yang mendorong dibutuhkannya penelitian untuk menentukan zonasi kerentanan dalam upaya meminimalisir tingkat kerugian akibat terjadinya bencana. Selain itu upaya tersebut sangat dibutuhkan dalam rekomendasi atau menentukan arah pembangunan strategis dalam perencanaan tata ruang wilayah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis kajian kebencanaan gerakan tanah dilihat dari kondisi geologi, bentang alam dan intensitas curah hujan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengumpulan data secara primer yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan maupun secara sekunder berupa peta tematik dari pemerintah daerah setempat. Deformasi batuan adalah perubahan bentuk dan ukuran pada batuan sebagai akibat adanya gaya yang bekerja di dalam bumi. Daerah Nglanggran merupakan daerah wisata khususnya geowisata, berdasarkan pemetaan geologi dan metode scanline dalam daerah penelitian dijumpai struktur geologi yang memiliki arah gaya timurlaut-baratdaya (dominan). Struktur geologi yang ada berdampak besar pada pembentukan morfologi daerah Nglanggran ini, dan hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa peta geologi daerah Nglanggran, dan dijumpai struktur geologi yaitu; sesar geser sinistral Ngoro-Oro 1, sesar geser sinistral Ngoro-Oro 2, sesar geser sinistral Terbah, sesar geser sinistral Nglanggran, sesar geser sinistral Putat.
