Various reliefs and geological structures cause the diversity of landscapes to be an attraction for tourists and ecosystems with biodiversity. The study intends to identify geosite and geomorphosite in the South Solok area with field observations to describe the state of geology, geomorphology of geosite sites, and geomorphosite. Site assessment is carried out quantitatively with five assessment parameters; scientific, educational, functional, tourist, and posting activities on tourist sites on social media. Field observation found 17 sites classified into four groups, specifically waterfalls, manifestations of hot springs, geomorphological landscapes, and caves. Based on the results of the highest value representation obtained by the Batukapal Cave sites with a value of 44.86% and the lowest at Timbulun Waterfall at 0.1%. At the research location, there are 4 exposed rock units, namely Tuff Unit, Sandstone Unit, Breccia Unit, and Alluvial Unit. The sandstone unit in the study area has a type of Arkosic Wacke Sandstone. This area is an earthquake-prone caused by subduction zone and active fault. The methods used in this study are: lineament analysis, morphotectonic, and associate of lithology and tectonic activity. The lineament analysis show that the ridge lineament pattern of study area is dominantly oriented West-East, following to structural pattern of Java. The morphotectonic analysis used three geomorphic index: basin asymmetric factor (Af), valley width-to-high ratio (Vf), and mountain front sinuosity (Smf). Then all the geomorphic index calculated by average of five geomorphic indices became index of relative tectonic activity (IATR). The study area was divided into four parts: 1st Class (very high tectonic, 13.14% in area); 2nd Class (high, 8.88% in area); 3rd Class (moderate, 46.21% in area); and 4th Class (low, 15.62% in area). This IATR result show that Cihaur watershed was controlled by moderate tectonic activity. The lithology of the study area is divided into: volcanic rock, sedimentary rock, and lake sediment. The study of geothermal in the UBL area continues to increase along with the existence of geothermal operating areas that have been proven to produce geothermal energy that is capable of being used as a Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP). Therefore, this research was conducted to look in more detail through surface data and subsurface data so that it can provide an overview of the geothermal model in this \"ULB\" area. Surface fluid manifestations show 3 types of springs, namely chloride water, sulfate water, and bicarbonate water. The main reservoir of the study area is diorite-basalt intermediate rock. It is estimated that the reservoir temperature ranges from 184.31O – 200.56O C. The background of this research was to determine the chemical properties of groundwater in the springs in the Parakan Omas area. The method used is taking samples of springs from springs and chemical analysis of the main ions (Mg⁺, Ca²⁺, Na⁺, K⁺, Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻, HCO₃⁻, CO₃⁻) and getting 5 samples of springs entered into the laboratory. The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical characteristics of groundwater in Rumpin sub-district. Lithological conditions affect groundwater facies, volcanic rocks cause groundwater to contain mineral cations Mg⁺ and Ca²⁺ with varying anions while alluvium layers in land areas will cause groundwater to be rich in sodium (Na⁺) minerals with anions in the form of chloride (Cl⁻) or sulfate ( SO₄²⁻). Data analysis using piper trilinear diagram. Daerah penelitian berada di zona alterasi, sehingga perlu diketahui pengaruh dari zona alterasi tersebut terhadap kekuatan batuan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Schmidt hammer test dan Point Load Test. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengamatan petrografi, litologi pada sampel di titik A, B, C, dan E berupa Andesite. Litologi pada titik D berupa Dasit. Pada pengamatan petrografi juga ditemukan mineral penciri daerah alterasi berupa chlorit, calcite, ephidote dan pyrite menandakan daerah penelitian memiliki tipe alterasi propilitik. Besar nilai kekuatan batuan pada titik A 102 Mpa, titik B 108 Mpa, titik C 73 Mpa, titik D 100 Mpa, dan titik E 45 Mpa. Alterasi tidak terlalu mempengaruhi kekuatan batuan pada daerah ini, meskipun sudah terubahnya beberapa komposisi mineral. The purpose of this study is to review the factors that cause inundation or flooding in the city of Jakarta and its surroundings, especially the Pasar Minggu sub-district, on the influence of the depth of the groundwater table. The author collects library materials in the form of lithological conditions of the research area, annual rainfall data in the research area and performs direct measurements of the depth of the groundwater table in the research area. To determine the compressive strength of rocks, a Point Load test is needed where this method is commonly used in the world of rock mechanics in order to determine the point of rock damage to the maximum load that can be accepted by the rock. To find out how strong the rock can accept the load it receives, the rock's breaking point is the benchmark. The purpose of this study was to identify the compressive strength of Andesite, Tufa sandstone, Sandstone, and Claystone when under pressure. This research was conducted at the Geological Engineering Laboratory, Trisakti University, Jakarta. Rock sampling was carried out in the village of Rabak and its surroundings, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency, West Java. After carrying out the Point Load test, the results of the compressive strength of Andesite are 16 Kn / cm2, Sandstone 12.5 Kn / cm2 (in the direction of layer) & 11.11 Kn / cm2 (opposite layer), tuffaceous sandstone 8 Kn / cm2 (in the direction of layer) & 6.25 Kn/cm2 (opposite layer) , and Claystone 3.33 Kn/cm2. The purpose of this research is to interpret the conceptual model of the geothermal system with the data that has been obtained. The first method is water geochemistry which includes ion balance, water type, water source, water geothermometer and water geoindicator. Theremore, the isotopic geochemical method is applied, which is to determine the source of the fluid. Then using gas geochemical methods including gas sources, gas geothermometers, and gas geoindicators. Based on the descriptive provisions, the research area is included in the low relief liquid dominated system. Based on the heat source, the research area is included in seawater. The research area is a medium temperature geothermal system with reservoir temperatures ranging from 185˚C to 240˚C with reservoir temperature parameters. Based on geological and geochemical interpretations, the upflow area in the study area is in the middle of the study area in the Hatuasa regionor between Mt. Salahutu and Mt.
