In order to achieve this, the study analyzed 434 articles and dissertations, classifying them into year, research topic, and research method. \u0000The results of the research trends are as follows. First, in the case of yearly trends, there was an increase or decrease from year to year, but generally did not show a large change. However, when a social incident related to juvenile offenders occurred and was highlighted in the media, the number of research increased. Second, the number of the most research subject was 'laws and institutions', and the least research subject was 'facility'. In the future, research on juvenile offenders needs to be research widely with various subjects. Third, the most used research method is the literature research method. This seems to be due to research ethics and ease of access. \u0000This study is meaningful in that it systematically analyzed research related to juvenile offenders and suggested future research directions. A total of 198 adolescents who agreed to respond to the survey participated in this study with the cooperation of three child protection and treatment facilities which cared adolescents with the 6th protective detention of juvenile. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS macro version 4.0. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted, and the PROCESS macro program was used to verify the mediating effect. As a result of the analysis, first, the level of depression was significantly higher in delinquent adolescents as they perceived more career barriers. Second, the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between career barriers and depression was confirmed, and career barriers caused a low level of positive psychological capital, which indirectly affected the level of depression. A total of nine adolescents with conditional prosecution suspension voluntarily participated. Data were collected via focus group interviews (FGI) and individual in-depth interviews which were systematically analyzed using thematic analysis and constant comparative method for a detailed understanding of the adolescents’ experiences. {"title":"Countermeasures for the Problems of Lowering the Natural Age of Minors in Criminal Justice","authors":"Dong-im Lee","doi":"10.35422/cwsk.2022.81.93","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35422/cwsk.2022.81.93","url":null,"abstract":"The Ministry of Justice is pushing for a revision of the Criminal Law and Juvenile Law to lower the age of criminal minors from under 14 to under 13 to deal with 70 percent of criminal minors who have been protected due to intelligence, brutality, increased crime, and abuse of punishment. \u0000Academia is at odds with lowering the age of criminal minors, and lawyers' groups for a democratic society, the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, and the National Assembly Legislative Investigation Office are opposed. However, according to a survey of 3,506 adult men and women conducted by Media Real Research Korea in June 2022, 80.2% agreed. As such, most people express their approval for lowering the age of criminal minors. \u0000If the age of criminal minors is forced to be lowered at the request of the majority of the people, it should be implemented in a way to minimize the stigma damage caused by punishment. But, until 2000, Buddhism correctional welfare had a strong tendency to personalize, localize and substructure. With the launch of the Buddhism missionary croup in 2000 and the launch of the Jogye order special missionary group for criminals, Buddhism correction welfare begen to be organized, systematized, networked but there have been still diverse problems in terms of human, physical, organizational, legal, and program aspect. Therefore, existing studies have been made to improve diverse problems of Buddhism correction welfare but they lacked a holistic approach because they was mainly approached by human and program despite their contribution. Therefore, I asserted improvement plans of buddhism correction welfare in terms of legal, subject, administration and practice in the macro, interdisciplinary aspect which they passed over, including the micro aspect. Recently, Korean government declared 'War on Drugs', which implies the government should develop policies which aggressively intervene for not only blocking drug supply but also developing treatment and rehabilitation programs for the addict. It is also necessary for us to do evaluative studies on the treatment programs. Especially, studies on the faith-based recovery models are urgently needed as it has been known that faith and spirituality are important factors in recovery. Also, treatment programs should be community-centered to maximize the access by the addicts. This study intended to introduce Reformers Unanimous(RU) program which has been implemented last 25 years in USA and more than 30 foreign countries. This study discussed followings. First, the philosophy of faith-based, community- centered RU was discussed. Second, the curriculum and the format of weekly RU meeting were explained in detail. Third, it discussed the customized programs which intended to meet the needs of special clientele groups. Fourth, characteristics of RU and its implications for Korea were discussed. Fifth, strategies to adopt RU into Korea were suggested. The type of crime is very violent and brutal, and the recidivism rate is also high, making the problem of youth crime even more serious. The main cause of juvenile delinquency is aggression, and in order to reduce juvenile delinquency, it is necessary to pay attention to aggression and prepare measures to reduce it. Among various factors that reduce aggression, studies have reported that grit, a concept similar to resilience, reduces depression and aggression. Therefore, in this study, we tried to verify that depression would have a mediating effect in the process of grit affecting aggression. \u0000As a result of the study, it was found that grit had a negative effect on depression, and depression had a positive effect on aggression. In addition, it was found that grit had a negative effect on aggression, and in the end, it was found that depression had a mediating effect in the process of grit affecting aggression. To this end, organizational factors such as sense of mission are used as independent variables in this study and I tested the influencing factors of organizational factors on organizational satisfaction through multiple regression analysis throughout a research model with demographic and sociological characteristics of two oraganization staffs as control variables and organizational satisfaction as dependent variables study result have shown that role conflict had a negative effect on organizational satisfaction in two oraganization that national correctional oraganization value a sense of mission compared to other factors and communication is more important than a sense of mission in private correctional organization. Currently, the Ministry of Justice recognizes the necessity of research on correction treatment and human rights issues in North Korea after unification, and is making efforts to prepare for the integration of correction policies in earnest in preparation for future inter-Korean relations.Under the rational assumption that South Korea's democracy will be transplanted into North Korea's collapsed socialism, internal conflicts and psychological conflicts between new and old generations are expected to appear in North Korea. As a way to overcome this, the North Korean correctional officer will immediately accept the correctional system.As a requirement for promotion of the right person to be reappointed among the existing management personnel in North Korea, it is judged that the “working training dispatch period” will be required to provide delivery training to local managers after completing practical training at South Korean correctional facilities.
