El objetivo principal de este trabajo consistio en modelar la inundacion que se podria generar en un segmento del Estero del Marga-Marga considerando un factor de desencadenante fluvial, de este modo cotejar los datos presentes en el instrumento de planificacion territorial. El modelo generado fue construido mediante el apoyo de softwares de geoprocesamiento utilizados en la zonificacion de riesgos, en la actualidad existen diversos softwares para realizar estos modelamientos, no obstante, este proyecto utilizara los softwares con mayor popularidad y funcionalidad en su utilizacion paralela como es Arcgis, Geo HEC RAS y HEC RAS, donde estos ultimos son validados por el Centro de Ingenieria Hidrologica de los Estados Unidos. Martinez","doi":"10.23854/07199562.2019551.pena1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23854/07199562.2019551.pena1","url":null,"abstract":"Este estudio evaluo el impacto del incendio Nilahue-Barahona, ocurrido en el verano de 2017 en la VI Region de Chile, mediante el uso de diferenciales de indices espectrales de vegetacion derivados de imagenes optico-satelitales Sentinel-2 adquiridas en fechas ex-ante y ex-post. Diferenciales de indices de estado vegetal (de vigor, turgor y calcinacion) resultantes de la resta entre una imagen adquirida antes del incendio y otra inmediatamente despues de ocurrido este, fueron empleados como medida de severidad de calcinacion de la vegetacion, en tanto que diferenciales de los mismos indices resultantes de la resta entre la imagen adquirida antes del incendio y otra exactamente un ano despues, fueron empleados como medida de recuperacion de la vegetacion calcinada.
