In this regard information efficiency, and environmental safety in the 21st century is recognized as one of the main factors ensuring the sustainable development of the region. The socio-ecological principles of the World Bank, the UN Green Economy Concept, the European Green Course Program, the Strategy 2050 for Environmental Safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other important provisions indicate that the problem of ensuring environmental safety in the context of sustainable development of the region is not national, but international, global. The consequences of climate crises, weather anomalies, man-made accidents and catastrophes carry threats and risks for the entire planet, which confirms the importance of taking into account the environmental component to achieve sustainable development goals. The necessity of applying the criterion \"safety-stability\" is shown. Therefore, the study suggests the factors for ensuring environmental safety in a closed-cycle economy and the principles of its implementation.","PeriodicalId":286391,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Second Conference on Sustainable Development: Industrial Future of Territories (IFT 2021)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134348109","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study methodology is based on a combination of systemic, functional and targeted approaches, the theory of fuzzy sets. A multilevel system of indicators of the interorganizational interaction effectiveness is offered. A methodological toolkit for assessing the effectiveness of interorganizational relations in the network using the fuzzy model has been developed, its approbation is provided on the example of a large tourist and recreational network of the Irkutsk region. The results obtained indicate that in the long term, the effectiveness of interorganizational relations increases – there is a pronounced positive dynamics of various indicators characterizing the network agents' satisfaction. It is shown that collaboration leads to a partial loss of the power of influence of its individual members in relation to the network as a whole, but these losses are compensated by the benefits obtained as a result of increasing the efficiency of interorganizational interaction, determined by means of monetary and non-monetary indicators.","PeriodicalId":286391,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Second Conference on Sustainable Development: Industrial Future of Territories (IFT 2021)","volume":"200 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115720919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The priority directions of activity of the state and society are preservation of the environment and improvement of its quality. Environmental protection measures will lead to the desired results when implementing the principle of reliability and relevance of available information about the natural state of both its individual components and the biosphere as a whole. Natural monitoring copes with this task. The most important result of this process - environmental monitoring - is a variety of information about pollution sources, about the current and future state of the biosphere, the concentration of all pollutants in various biological environments.","PeriodicalId":286391,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Second Conference on Sustainable Development: Industrial Future of Territories (IFT 2021)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124705878","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been determined that the main share of GFS’ emissions is produced by petroleum products, especially when reservoirs are filled fuel storage tanks. It was proposed the way for reduce emissions from fuel storage tanks during the filled operation. It could be reach by applying of an apparatus for the absorption of gasoline vapors from GFS’ emissions into the atmosphere. There presented the results by proposed devices for cleaning emissions GFS’ in this article. It was obtained the regressions of recovery effectiveness for the improving design devices by mathematical processing for fuel oil and kerosene as work sorbent liquids. There are suggesting some approaches for modeling and engineering calculation’s ways of such absorbing recovery devices in this article. The research results were implemented for design of full scale industrial set up that was installed and successful tested in one aspiration schemes GFS situated in Stavropol region of Russia. It was showed the reliability of the proposed device for practical use in the structure of the city municipal economy.","PeriodicalId":286391,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Second Conference on Sustainable Development: Industrial Future of Territories (IFT 2021)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121836880","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is primarily due to the fact that overcoming infrastructural constraints is one of the ways to achieve the goal of sustainable regional development. The article discusses the issues of infrastructural security of Russian regions as one of the factors of their sustainable socio-economic and spatial development. Based on the indicators of the availability of infrastructure facilities, the degree of arrangement of regions with infrastructure facilities was studied and the features of infrastructure provision of individual regions were identified. The differentiation of the regions of the Russian Federation by the level of their infrastructural provision has been investigated. The use of the research results will make it possible to more reasonably approach the determination of the main directions for increasing the infrastructural provision of individual regions of Russia.","PeriodicalId":286391,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Second Conference on Sustainable Development: Industrial Future of Territories (IFT 2021)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131605422","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relationship between lifestyle and health is most fully expressed in the concept of \"healthy lifestyle\" - it is a prerequisite for the development of various aspects of human life, the achievement of active longevity and the full performance of social functions. The integrated development of facilities that form the social infrastructure of the city, their accessibility and effective functioning play an important role in improving the level and quality of life of the population. This is very important for Krasnodar as one of the fastest growing cities with a million-plus population. The working-age population is 58.7%, it is distributed in four intra-city districts extremely unevenly, more than 8% of the population lives in rural settlements that are part of the Krasnodar municipality. The rapid growth of the city's population, on the one hand, creates an increased burden on the social infrastructure, and on the other hand, it is the key to the successful socio-economic development of the city. Krasnodar belongs to the category “City with a favorable urban environment”. However, there remains an urgent need for preschool and secondary education organizations, as well as medical organizations. One of the ways to solve these problems is Krasnodar's entry into the Healthy Cities network. Urban health initiatives, developed under the auspices of WHO, are driving change to create urban health and urban environments that will help improve the health and well-being of people.","PeriodicalId":286391,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Second Conference on Sustainable Development: Industrial Future of Territories (IFT 2021)","volume":"abs/2202.03866 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133556234","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
