Retinal vascular features parameters are important for intelligent diagnosis of arteriosclerosis. These parameters depend on accurate artery and vein (A/V) classification result, but the convolutional neural networks (CNN) used for retinal A/V classification all have some A/V misclassification. In this paper, an optimization method is proposed to optimize the A/V classification of CNN basing on vascular topology. A multi-level lightweight algorithm is proposed to obtain the lightweight information of the vascular skeleton. Using the knowledge of graph theory, the multi-lightweight algorithm preserves the continuous and complete center line structure information. And then, we use multilevel Dijkstra algorithm to estimate the vascular topology on the lightweight vessel skeleton graph, and use the direction algorithm to obtain the vascular directed topology. Lastly, the topology labels algorithm is found on the type of branch nodes to deliver the A/V information along the vascular directed topology to optimize the A/V classification. In the encryption process, the digital image is dislocation encrypted by logistic mapping and diffusion encrypted by Hénon mapping, and finally the cipher image is obtained. Compared with other similar algorithms, this algorithm has the advantages of low algorithm complexity and high operation efficiency. Insufficient utilization of information makes it difficult to fully extract implicit relationships. In order to address these issues, this text proposes an improved joint learning model, which builds text semantic representation through BERT pre-training, obtains relation type representation as an additional mapping through a multi-label classification method, and sequentially uses multi-layer BiLSTM combined with highway network to obtain semantic information, and combine The attention mechanism obtains the entity location score, and the pointer network is used to obtain the entity location. This paper constructs a market power regulation model based on the principal-agent mechanism and analyzes the market equilibrium and the decision interval of market participants of the above two market power regulation measures. The results show that both market power regulation measures can make the market equilibrium price be the regulated price, but under bidding price replacement regulation the market clearing quantity distorts the market resource allocation and the decision interval of market participants is narrower. Therefore, the clearing price replacement is recommended as market power regulation measures. Firstly, AKAZE algorithm was combined with Tanimoto similarity estimation to find the optimal pair of feature points, and the relative depth of feature points on adjacent frames was calculated by using the triangulation method in SFM algorithm. Then, the real depth value was obtained by combining the translation scale. Finally, the depth value of virtual and real objects was compared to realize the virtual and real occlusion of monocular camera. The macroscopic characteristic parameters of spray were extracted, and the variation rules of penetration distance and spray cone angle under different factors were analyzed. It is found that under the conditions of 140 MPa and 160 MPa injection pressure, 1 MPa and 2 MPa back pressure, and 0.315 mm and 0.366 mm nozzle diameter, with the increase of spray pressure, penetration distance increases and spray cone angle decreases. The penetration distance and cone angle decrease with the increase of hole diameter. However, the increasing number of processors also poses a challenge to the scalability of parallel program performance. In a traditional single-threaded program, all data is exclusively occupied by one thread, so the performance optimization of the program mainly focuses on the algorithm logic and implementation skills of the program; while in the multi-core system environment, most multi-threaded applications have performance scalability bottleneck. That is, the application cannot make full use of the performance advantages of multiple cores, and its performance decreases as the number of processors increases. The key factor restricting the improvement of performance scalability is often the synchronization mechanism of multi-core systems. Reader-writer lock is a synchronization mechanism that divides the operation to access shared resources or data into reader lock and writer lock, which enables effective cooperation between multiple different threads and ensures that applications can operate in a multicore environment with logical consistency. However, from another perspective, the reader-writer lock mechanism also limits the scalability of concurrent execution of applications. In application scenarios with different reader/writer ratios, the performance of reader-writer locks also differs, restricting the scalability of the performance of applications in multicore systems. Therefore, in a multi-core environment, it is of practical significance to implement a new type of readerwriter lock with scalable performance. This new reader-writer lock may automatically adjust the lock acquisition path according to the read/write ratio of the application scenario. In view of the shortcomings of the current reader-writer locks, this paper proposes a simple, efficient, optimized, and easy-to-implement adaptive reader-writer lock mechanism and interface which is suitable for multi-core environments, as well as application scenarios with different read/, write ratios. This mechanism gives full play to the high performance of multi-core systems and automatically adjusts lock acquisition according to different application scenarios. There are only minor changes to the application by replacing the original reader-writer lock instance and API interface function calls with an adaptive reader-writer lock instance and the API interface function calls for the adaptive reader-writer lock. The mechanism enables good scalability and improves the concurrency and scalability of reader-writer locks in multi-core systems in application scenarios with different read/write ratios. With the cost recovery and link update as the constraint conditions, the real option is used to solve the problem of the flexibility value of the optimization strategy. The optimization model under uncertainty considering the time factor is given, and the real option is solved by using the LSM method. Genetic algorithm with Monte Carlo is used for network design.
