These celebrities have privacy and publicity rights, which are protected by intellectual property law due to their intangible nature. This research paper demonstrates the economic perspective of such publicity rights as merchandising rights, while also highlighting the Indian context The right of celebrities to determine the volume of publicity they desire to accept and to benefit from publicity if they so choose is a well-known idea in the West. However, in India, the right to privacy established via court declarations is insufficient to guarantee celebrity rights. In this study aims examines the grounds for protecting celebrity rights as well as the techniques used by Indian legal systems to preserve these rights. The study proposes an intellectual property-based approach to celebrity rights protection that may be implemented in India through legislative enactments. The researcher follows the mode of doctrinal research. The researcher in this paper will exa,ine the loopholes in regulating the celebrity rights and their protection under IPRs. Lastly provide conclusion and suggestions. And this increase in power requirement has pushed the researchers and industrialist to design low power systems with smart power management. In this paper, design of a smart system for energy conservation is proposed to reduce the energy consumption which is based on some distributed components like sensors, micro controller and google sheets. The smart power management system can monitor, measure and control electricity usage in real-time. With this proposed system, users can automatically and manually control the unwanted real-time electricity usage, which can also be viewed through graphical representation. One of the critical challenges in the power sector is the issue of electricity theft, which results in huge revenue losses for power utilities. To avoid such issues, the proposed system monitors the real-time electricity consumption of a household or commercial building using a current sensor and sends the data to a cloud- based IoT platform, ThingSpeak, using NodeMCU and WiFi. The platform analyzes the data and identifies any unusual electricity consumption patterns, which could be indicative of electricity theft. This requirement leads to the design of microstrip patch antenna. This paper presents the design of compact 1X2 microstrip patch antenna array which uses the corporate feed technique for excitation. The proposed antenna is designed on FR-4 substrate with dielectric constant 4.4 and thickness 1.6mm. Dielectric constant and parameters like Return Loss, Gain and Radiation pattern are calculated using high frequency simulation software. The fabricated antennas results are to be compared with Simulation results. The antenna has been designed for the range 2.4 GHz.
