Abstract

In the research paper we have covered various aspects related to car Aggregators. Our main objects were to analyse and understand the various aspects that are consider by the car Aggregators in the course of enhancing the quality of the service they provide and that of the customers that opt for the cabs. Along with this a comparative study is conducted between Ola and Uber to understand the level of competition they possess. Car Aggregators is one of the growing markets where there are two major players - Ola and Uber.
