Among them, the Villa Platina, located in the town of Ituiutaba. The objective of this communication is to present questions related to the primary school João Pinheiro, envolving a historical-critical analysis of the early to mid-twentieth century. The implementation of the fi rst elementary school in Villa Platina, occurred in the early twentieth century, in the context of the organization of the Republic, occurred when the acquisition of providence to promote the rationalization management of the Brazilian State. The majestic building of the School of Villa Platina proposal was to make visible the republican ideal, and imposing on the scene Urban, a record of the values and way of life of the local elite. Along the written we are going to defend that, it fi ts the different education practices, the objective of the social changes in the different organizational structures. To this end, it is essential to think about the role of the Education as a practice of socialization in the constitution of the sense of citizenship among its participants. Therefore, we chose to discuss about the relation knowledge-power, being appropriate in this perspective the analysis of the confi guration of existing networks of power in the present society. Thus, we will cross the discussions, concatenating that the current world order, there is some mobility of the population, however, a controlled motion. In this aspect emerges the concept of citizenship, which we are going to treat. We chose this way because we believe that citizenship can be achieved by everyone in theory, but in practice only a few manage to break with the quo status. So, showing up that professionals of Education must align their roles, focused not only on teaching practices, but offering subsidies to purchasers of educational processes. We are going to detach these thoughts in order to break the dichotomy citizen, non-citizen, which has no more reason to play. For this reason it was necessary to address the role of educational processes as they relate to discussions of everyday practices. Then, we are going to defend it is only on the educational processes, and they include school practices, especially basic education compulsory, there is a greater chance of affecting the current reality in the pursuit of disruptions. A fi m de analisar como a Didatica vem promovendo essa integracao, tomamos como referencia os trabalhos do Encontro Nacional de Didatica e Pratica de Ensino – Endipe – dos anos 2004 e 2006. Sua primeira edicao foi em 1982, com a participacao de apenas 60 profi ssionais da educacao, objetivando revisitar os conteudos da Didatica e Pratica e Ensino. Atualmente e um dos maiores eventos do pais a discutir a producao cientifi ca na area de educacao. Este artigo pretende identifi car em que medida a perspectiva historico-cultural tem-se manifestado nos trabalhos dos dois referidos Endipes. Neles tem ganhado forca as pesquisas nesta perspectiva, embora o acesso aos seus materiais seja recente no pais. Nossa pesquisa busca ainda reconhecer se tais publicacoes trazem uma orientacao pedagogica ao professor, no sentido de intervir na realidade com base nessa linha de acao. O trabalho se justifi ca na medida em que se preocupa com a Didatica, enquanto objeto de estudo, que tem como foco a formacao de professores em sua multiplicidade de relacoes, sem perder sua essencia e assegurando que a relacao entre teoria e pratica se consolide. A analise dos trabalhos demonstrou que apenas 4% deles, em media, apresentam orientacoes metodologicas ou sistematizacoes para a acao docente. Isso indica que a Didatica pode estar deixando em segundo plano a preocupacao com a sistematizacao do trabalho do professor.
